Chemtrails, otherwise known as, Geoengineering, Weather Modification, Cloud Seeding, Solar Radiation Management, and so on, are major points of contention for awakening minds in the world today.
A testament to how much reality has been obfuscated from the masses is that most people do not recognize the seemingly non-stop spraying of chemicals in the sky. Sharing these revelations with our fellows can be difficult, due to such wide spread cognitive dissonance in humanity at large.
But nothing lend credence to an idea like having official government documents validating what conspiracy realists have known for decades.
The 1978 Government Report on Weather Modification
In a 1976 letter to congress by James B. Pearsox, a U.S. Senator, a request was made to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation in an effort to standardize federal policy in the fields of Weather Modification. Two years later, an extremely detailed report was produced that is a boon for those seeking for ‘hard proof’ that chemtrails or geoengineering is real.
What emerged from this report, is prima facie evidence that, not only has the U.S. Government been actively involved in weather modification programs since at least the 1970’s, but that the history of research into these fields reaches back into antiquity.
Some of the earlier observations in to weather modification noticed that after most major battles, rain would be seen to fall in the area.
Here is that letter from Senator Pearsox (emphasis added):
LETTER REQUESTING STUDY U.S. Senate, Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, Washington, D.C., July 30, 1976. Dr. Norman A. Beckman, Acting Director, Congressional Research Service, Library of Congress, W ashington, D.C. Dear Dr. Beckman: Weather modification, although a relatively young science, has over the years stimulated great interest within the scientific, commercial, governmental, and agricultural communities. Such responses are readily understandable. Weather-related disasters and hazards affect virtually all Americans and annually cause untold human suffering and loss of life and result in billions of dollars of eco- nomic loss to crops and other property. While weather modification projects have been operational for nearly 25 years and have been shown to have significant potential for preventing, diverting, moderat- ing, or ameliorating the adverse effects of such weather related disas- ters and hazards, I am greatly concerned regarding the lack of a coordinated Federal weather modification policy and a coordinated and comprehensive program for weather modification research and development. This fact is all the more disturbing in view of the mani- fest needs, and benefits, social and economic, that can be associated with weather modification activities. These deficiencies in our Federal orga- nizational structure have resulted in a less than optimal return on our investments in weather modification activities and a failure, with few exceptions, to recognize that much additional research and develop- ment needs to be carried out before weather modification becomes a truly operational tool. Reports and studies conducted by such diverse organizations as the National Academy of Sciences, the National Advisory Committee on Oceans and Atmosphere, the General Accounting Office, and the Domestic Council have highlighted the lack of a comprehensive Federal weather modification policy and research and development program. Hearings that I chaired in February of this year reinforced my con- cerns regarding the wisdom of our continued failure to implement a national policy on this very important issue. I am therefore requesting the Congressional Research Service to prepare a comprehensive report on weather modification. This report should include a review of the history and existing status of weather modification knowledge and technology; the legislative history of existing and proposed domestic legislation concerning weather mod- ification; socio-economic and legal problems presented by weather modification activities; a review and analysis of the existing local, State, Federal, and international weather modification organizational (V) VI structure: international implications of weather modification activi- ties: and a review and discussion of alternative U.S. and international weather modification policies and research and development programs. Pearsox is admitting that “weather modification projects have been operational for nearly 25 years” and, “lack of a comprehensive Federal weather modification policy and research and development program.”
To clarify, weather modification was already well established for 25 years back in 1976 – over 60 years as of this writing – and “have been shown to have significant potential for preventing, diverting, moderating, or ameliorating” weather for various purposes. He is also says that lack of a coordinated federal policy to manage all these programs is limiting their effectiveness.
So on the question of weather modification being real and actively cried out across the planet, the answer is unequivocally yes. And this report proves it.
One Reason For Spraying
One possible reason for spraying is to ‘protect the planet from climate change’ via solar radiation management. This topic is a huge issue in and of itself, but in an effort to paint a picture about why weather modification is happening, lets consider a few points.
First, the official policy in regard to weather modification is that it is not happening on a grand scale. Second, that climate change or global warming, is caused by man-made carbon dioxide emissions, not the sun and not due to normal weather cycles.
But, in 2010, The Solar Radiation Management Governance Initiative (SRMGI) was announced, which is “a partnership of the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), the Royal Society, and The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS). The project was launched in March 2010 in response to the 2009 Royal Society report Geoengineering the Climate.”
While the SRMGI does not openly admit to ongoing Solar Radiation Management activities taking place, the connection is obvious to chemtrail researchers. The government is spraying, and when people ask why, they say it’s because of climate change, although none of this is in the public record.
Furthermore, the compounds found in most cloud seeding sprays, as they are termed by researchers, seem to be designed to block high energy frequencies from entering the Earth, such as solar radiation in general and cosmic emissions.
These compounds include, aluminum, barium and strontium, all of which have been demonstrated to limit electromagnetic energy (light) that would normally be absorbed by biological life on the surface.
The last bread crumb is that cosmic rays have been shown to alter biology, causing rapid DNA changes. Historically speaking, it is well documented that high energy emissions from space can and do have a very profound impact on evolutionary processes.
Lets put all the pieces together.
- climate change has been shown not to be caused by humans;
- the cover story for weather modification programs is to protect the planet from solar radiation;
- and evolution is tied to energy emissions from space.
The reason for weather modification programs are manifold, but one of them seems to be arresting organic evolutionary process of the planet, by limiting how much radiation from space is absorbed.
Dieter Broers, a German physicist, researched the effects of solar cycles, demonstrating that the sun and galaxy have a marked influence on human activity.
After all, the powers that be can’t have highly evolved human beings wondering around mucking up their plans for a transhumanist new world order.

Other Effects
How much spraying is actually occurring is unclear to the public, but what seems obvious, is that cloud seeding the planet can and will affect whether patterns, which have a direct impact on economic conditions.
So even if one doesn’t want to consider that spraying is happening because of an aforementioned reduction in biological evolution, one can recognize that modifying the weather can provide a significant economic advantage.

As one final point, let us consider that while man made climate change, due to carbon dioxide emissions, is unfounded, spraying thousands of tons of poisonous chemicals into the atmosphere is having a huge effect on weather and global ecology.
Most of the compounds found in cloud seeding sprays, such as aluminum, is extremely toxic to biological life. Some researchers have demonstrated that many plant and animal die offs, and possibly the acidification of he worlds oceans, are related to geoengineering.
Conclusion
For all intents and purposes, war has been declared on life, and if we who know the truth do nothing in the face of these actions, destruction of the planet is assured.
Thankfully, the reality of geoengineering or chemtrails is one of the best tools we have at our disposal to wake up the sleeping masses. For once one recognizes the truth, they will be reminded on a daily basis that something is not right and we are capable of uniting for change.
And now, we have an official government report to cast some light into the darkened minds of humanity, who by their ignorance, ensure the world is destroyed for future generations.
