(Arjun Walia) Dr. Stanley Plotkin is a well known MD who has played a very significant role in manufacturing multiple vaccines. He’s widely known as one of the ‘godfathers’ of vaccines, a ‘medicine’ that’s claimed to have saved millions of lives, and is heavily marketed as one of the most successful medical developments in history. Anyone who questions this narrative and the safety of vaccines often faces harsh ridicule, despite the thousands of scientific studies published in peer-reviewed journals that strongly oppose conventional vaccine knowledge published by government-run health regulatory agencies like the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) or the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Before we get to Plotkin’s testimony, there are a few things I want to point out.
Something is wrong here. When information and evidence is presented showing that vaccines may not be as safe as we think, we tend to respond with ridicule or silence. Let’s take aluminum, for example. It’s been added to vaccines for approximately 100 years without any safety testing. There are no appropriate studies showing that aluminum is safe to inject into a child, yet there are multiple studies that show aluminum does not exit the body, but rather stays in the body, travelling to distant organs and eventually ending up in the brain. This is one of many examples that show vaccines are not as safe as they are marketed to be, but the response to these studies is often complete silence or ridicule.
After scientists discovered that aluminum from vaccines is transported to the brain via what are called macrophages (white blood cells), another study was published last year looking further into this subject by studying the brains of multiple autistic people. When they opened the brains up, they found the highest aluminum content in brain tissue ever measured, even more so than Alzheimer’s patients. The idea that vaccines aren’t entirely safe gained a lot of attention when one of the lead authors of a 2004 study came forward. His name is Dr. William Thompson, a senior researcher at the CDC who co-authored one of the most widely cited studies to debunk any link between the MMR vaccine and autism. The study allegedly found:
“The evidence is now convincing that the measles-mumps-rubella vaccine does not cause autism or any particular subtypes of autism spectrum disorder.”(source)
10 years later, he countered the original study, arguing:
“The [CDC] co-authors scheduled a meeting to destroy documents related to the [MMR vaccine] study. The remaining four co-authors all met and brought a big garbage can into the meeting room and reviewed and went through all the hard copy documents that we had thought we should discard and put them in a huge garbage can.” (source)
A known link between the MMR vaccine and autism exists, and the evidence was destroyed.

Two years later, dozens of CDC scientists came together to put a letter out to the public regarding their concerns about pharmaceutical companies and multiple corporations like Coca Cola and their connection to scientific findings being made and published by the CDC. (source)
This isn’t the first time the CDC has been accused of this type of misconduct. It wasn’t long ago when media outlets were announcing the abrupt resignation of Brenda Fitzgerald, the physician appointed in July 2017 to head the CDC. The resignation followed on the heels of an article published by Politico, which uncovered conflicts of interest pertaining to dubious investment decisions made by Fitzgerald after she became the nation’s top public health official, including the purchase of thousands of dollars of tobacco, pharmaceutical and health care stocks. Apart from the many examples of fraudulent activity related to vaccine science, there are multiple studies and scientific facts that clearly suggest vaccinations are not entirely safe. As previously discussed, numerous studies have proven that aluminum, a common vaccine ingredient, may not be safe. A study published in the journal EbioMedicine stated:
Over the past two decades several vaccine controversies have emerged in various countries, including France, inducing worries about severe adverse effects and eroding confidence in health authorities, experts, and science (Larson et al., 2011).
Vaccines also contain MSG, formaldehyde, aborted human fetal cells, and much more.
The fact that the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act has paid billions of dollars to families of vaccine injured children is a perfect example of that. This statistic only accounts for 1 percent of all vaccine injured children as well. Think about that! You can read more about that here.
There is something seriously wrong here, and parents should have the right to choose whether or not to vaccinate their children. The idea that unvaccinated children are a threat to vaccinated children and elderly people is completely false. For this to happen, vaccines would have to be 100 percent effective for life, giving us complete immunity, which is not the case. For example, there is a history of measles outbreaks in highly vaccinated populations. Herd immunity is a theory that can be mathematically modelled, but it’s not scientifically proven, yet it’s used to coerce and fool people into vaccinating their children. Furthermore, when there is a measles outbreak, we often blame it on unvaccinated children, without mentioning all of the adults who have not received booster shots.
The only thing pharmaceutical companies seemingly care about is profit, and there is often no penalty for them if they cause harm to the population, because the Vaccine Injury Act actually protects pharmaceutical companies from any wrong doing. This means that they can be completely careless with their product and not be held accountable for it.

The Testimony
The development of our vaccines is clearly under question, which is further described below. The following was taken from a video of Dr. Stanley Plotkin under oath. In it, he admits to using orphans, mentally handicapped kids, babies, children, and populations that have been subjected to colonial rule for vaccine testing. Based on my research, some examples could be the first nations populations in Canada, who were used in testing by pharmaceutical companies, as well as the US MK Ultra program. This is extremely unethical, and it’s something that’s still happening in places like Africa and India.
ATTY: Have you ever used orphans to study an experimental vaccine?
DR. PLOTKIN: Yes.
ATTY: Have you ever used the mentally handicapped to study an experimental vaccine?
DR. PLOTKIN: I don’t recollect ever doing studies on mentally handicapped individuals. At the time, in the 1960s, it was not an uncommon practice.
ATTY: So you’re saying — I’m not clear on your answer. I’m sorry. Have you ever used the mentally handicapped to study an experimental vaccine?
DR. PLOTKIN: What I’m saying is I don’t recall specifically having done that, but that in the 1960s, it was not unusual to do that. And I wouldn’t deny that I may have done so.

ATTY: In that article, one of the things it says is 13 seronegative mentally retarded children were given RA 27/3 vaccine?
DR. PLOTKIN: Okay. Well then, that’s, in that case, that’s what I did.
ATTY: Have you ever expressed that it’s better to perform experiments on those less likely to be able to contribute to society, such as children with handicaps, than with children without or adults without handicaps?
DR. PLOTKIN: I don’t remember specifically, but it’s possible.
ATTY: Do you remember ever writing to the editor of “Ethics on Human Experimentation”?
DR. PLOTKIN: I don’t remember specifically, but I may well have.
ATTY: I’m going to hand you what’s been marked as Exhibit 43. Do you recognize this letter you wrote to the editor?
DR. PLOTKIN: Yes.
ATTY: Did you write this letter?
DR. PLOTKIN: Yes.
ATTY: Is one of the things you wrote: “The question is whether we are to have experiments performed on fully functioning adults and on children who are potentially contributors to society or to perform initial studies in children and adults who are human in form but not in social potential?”
DR. PLOTKIN: Yes.
ATTY: Have you ever used babies of mothers in prison to study an experimental vaccine?
DR. PLOTKIN: Yes.
ATTY: Have you ever used individuals under colonial rule to study an experimental vaccine? DR. PLOTKIN: Yes.

The Takeaway
It’s okay to question vaccine safety. There are multiple plausible reasons to avoid vaccinations, but fear seems to be used to drive most people into vaccinating themselves and their children, along with the idea that vaccines are completely safe. Are we looking at another case of DDT? Or Tobacco? It’s become quite obvious that anybody who thinks vaccines are 100 percent effective, safe and necessary has not done any independent research or looked into the matter themselves. How can we really rely on our healthcare professionals when they only learn how vaccinations work, and learn nothing else about the vaccine safety, the ingredients, the bioaccumulation of the ingredients as well as all of the fraud that’s been exposed?
