Stabilizations of Higher Light in progress.
And now the analysis:
I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and contextual usage of the terms. The meanings provided are not the only one that can be gleamed; in my view all meanings have value especially when shared and discussed openly. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Interpretations – “Effectiveness is manifested in stillness.” – The term effective is an adjective for describing a process or method of doing things that achieves the envisioned or desired result. Boiling water is an effective way to make tea. The term stillness here could be interpreted in a number of ways, but seems to suggest a calm of mind and creative expression. That in order to bring our desires into manifested reality some process of stillness is used. I can’t help but think of the name of this blog, Stillness in the Storm, which we chose because of the many meanings it provides.
If we consider the mind in all it’s various activities as a storm of consciousness, then the stillness within that storm is the place where intuition, observation an insight takes place. Consider the mind like a torus or circle, with an eye of consciousness placed at the center. Thoughts, ideas, sensations and intuitions stream into the center point from the outer circle of experience. A belief system or world view would be in between the circle and the center point of unbiased observation, as a result, the more strongly we try to hold on to beliefs and ideas as a way to defend against new information, the less we are able to create stillness within the mind; experiencing intense and distracting emotions. In this way the biases and conclusions we hold most dear can literally block us from developing holistic knowledge or recognizing truth more clearly. But when we simply receive information in an unbiased way, with an open mind and heart, then the data begins to organically ground itself into our knowledge base, the reflected store of truth held within our being as experienced is gained.
Taking all this into consideration, this statement suggests that the most effective way to do something, whether evolving consciousness, becoming more loving and compassionate or simply performing daily tasks, is always done with stillness of the mind. That if we let our past conclusions and beliefs go unprocessed they will literally prevent us from manifesting our desires.
In an interesting correlation, the Star Trek series has a race of beings called the Vulcans, which use various mental techniques to suppress their emotions and enhance their mental abilities. Granted suppression of ones self is arguably not desirable, but in a book describing their meditative practices, which Julian read in 2013, stillness is described as the ability to let go of reactionary patterns in one self, so as to organize one’s experience into a holistic set of meanings. In this way, practicing contemplation and analysis of pre-existing belief systems or definitions allows us to evolve with experience instead of being dominated by life events.
“Reciprocity paradigms come into play.” – Reciprocity refers to the process of negotiating with one’s fellows in a way, which provides mutual benefit for all involved; a term describing a utopic or sovereign way of being. A paradigm of reciprocity would be a generally accepted process of interacting with other living things so as to ensure not even one being is harmed by another. Within a legal or lawful framework this would be the ability to settle controversy honorably without the need for external enforcement by a government or authority. In other words, when humanity finally begins to acknowledge the interconnected nature of reality, when it recognizes that our beliefs and actions can and do affect other beings, then the proper consciousness for a truly moral and ethical society has been established. This statement suggests that in the space of stillness a co-creative set of agreements and protocols can be developed to provide for reciprocity; a golden age type level of co-creative expression. Instead of people choosing to follow laws because due to fear of punishment, they decided to acknowledge the truth and find a mutually beneficial solution problems encountered in life. This has been called self mastery in alchemical schools of thought, and common sense in lawful schools of thought.
“Inner compliance is valued.” – Compliance is a term referring to a choice or action, which demonstrates agreement with a wish or desire, herein used in reference to the term inner. This statement could be suggesting that the inner desires, goals and spiritual yearnings of the higher self are being recognized. The term value refers to a thing which is of import or need for a particular result. For example, in order to read a book one must first develop an appreciation for the value of language and symbolic meanings. What we value is a direct reflection of what we desire, what is important to us. Spiritual values, verses egoic values, are desires which further one’s evolution along spiritual lines; unity, cooperation and harmony. For example, if altruism and morality are a reflection of spiritual truth, then a being that values compassion has a spiritual desire or focus. Spiritual values, once sought after and acted upon provide experiences that impart wisdom to the mind and uplift consciousness as an interaction between Natural Law and free will. In other words, a spiritually focused individual will desire experiences that enhance their progression along a co-creative and honorable line of personal evolution. Finally, the values of spirit are most easily recognized as a result of inner stillness, being able to explore new ideas and information without bias or reaction.
“Flashbacks are dissolved.” – The term flashback refers to a vivid and often negative experience of a past memory, usually containing intense emotions. Given the above discussion about gaining stillness of mind as a result of contemplating and holistically organizing past experience, this statement suggests that as we continue this process, the violent and disturbing upheavals of our past will be diminished. We could also define a flashback as a PTSD level of expression in relation to one’s past experience, which manifests in daily life as a never-ending storm of emotions and irreconcilable meanings. For example, if we define death as the end of consciousness and life, with no hope of further expression, then when we encounter the loss or death of a loved one, this will be felt as an extremely intense emotionally negative experience. But by seeking knowledge, doing research into consciousness and the documented evidence suggesting death is not the end, one can develop a new set of meanings for the past; this process is known as philosophy (philo sophia – the love of wisdom). Eventually the meaning of death will not yield traumatic emotions and instead impart gratitude and reverence for life itself; the development of spiritual values.
“Stabilizations of Higher Light in progress.” – Keeping in line with the theme of this update, as we develop a process of inner stillness, gaining an appreciation for the interconnected nature of all things and exploring the meanings and insights provided by the spiritual realms, a stabilization of spiritual attainment, Higher Light, will progress.
