Interpretations: “Carryings of heavyweights is abandoned.” – The phase carryings of heavyweights is plural, but the term “is” is used here, which is technically not grammatically correct. But the usage of a singular verb could suggest that an archetypal concept is being highlighted. Archetypes are thought-forms or metaphysical things that are, by definition, singular in nature, existing within the realm of consciousness where ideas are singularities (always existing, never destroyed) reflected within the minds of individuals. Although this concept is somewhat abstract, archetypes, ideas, and thoughts are metaphysical (non-physical) things, which unlike physical objects, can be shared to many minds at once without loss of integrity. For example, the concept of addition, that 1 + 1 = 2 can be imparted to an observer. Once done, that person now has it within their mind and can use it freely without taking away from anyone else’s ability to use it. The teacher who shows their students how to use addition does not lose access to the concept in the process of sharing it—this is a property of metaphysical things, especially structures of mind and consciousness. By contrast, if one shared a piece of paper that had addition tables on it, the person would no longer have the paper in their possession. In another example, if one had a box of candy and gave it to a friend, the original owner would no longer have the candy themselves. Thus, metaphysical structures within consciousness, archetypes can be thought of as singularities that are shared or reflected to other minds without loss of resolution. This underscores the fallacy of intellectual ownership on Earth today, which supposes that one person—simply because they claim to have made contact with an idea first—assumes they are the only one who has the right to use it. But clearly if ideas can be shared with many people without loss in the first person’s mind, any such mechanism of ownership is not inherent in the individual, it is actually a social contract, an agreement that one claims they have over others to retain exclusive rights of use. But in order for social contracts to be honorable, mutual agreement and negotiation must take place—which almost never happens in intellectual property claims in the modern world. But I digress.

In this statement, the archetype or idea being referred to is of carrying of heavyweights, which can be interpreted to mean the act of holding or carrying a burden of some kind. This burden could be an actual physical object, like a bag of rice or stone that puts stress on the body, eventually needing to be released so that one does not hurt themselves. Similarly, a metaphysical burden is something that one holds on to, like a grudge, false concept, or rigid belief, that causes pain or discomfort, and actually degrades the integrity of one’s consciousness or well-being. Consider that hatred, intolerance, bigotry, and aggressive behavior, in general; all cause the bearer emotional disturbances that lead to mental and physical disease. If you hate someone or something long enough, it will eat away at your sense of peace and happiness, reducing you to a shell of your former self.

I find it interesting that this update was released on the 9th of November (11/9), which is the inverse of 9/11—the day when the World Trade Center towers fell. And it is also the day after Donald Trump won the U.S. presidential race. As a result of that event, enormous numbers of people have been sickened by their disgust, hatred, and disappointment. I have personally seen several close friends seem to lose composure from this event, filled with so much inner angst they cut themselves off from others, pour out their venom on anyone who dares cross their path and is clearly weighted down by what happened. But it is a burden they have placed on themselves. Granted they might not have wanted to have Trump win the election, but does fighting the truth provide beneficial effects in one’s life? No, it doesn’t. It never has and it never will. Sure one might have a temporary feeling of satisfaction or calm from rejecting reality, but eventually, the walls of ignorance come tumbling down, and that causes lots of pain and upset in most cases—especially if one can’t find it within themselves to accept the truth while their illusions are dissolving. 

But curiously, this statement seems to imply that those who were carrying burdens have abandoned them. Perhaps this is referring to some grand phase of release that has occurred for Gaia in general, and that we are on some newer lighter plane wherein the soul will be lifted after one realizes they no longer are held back by a heavyweight.

“The Light prevails in difficult moments.” – The phrase The Light in this statement can, again, refer to an archetypal concept, which within many esoteric or mystery school traditions refers to true knowledge or wisdom. Also, consider that light allows one to see things, which in the process empowers consciousness to make sense of them, transforming something that was unknown into something that is known. In the course of gaining knowledge, something that was disorderly within an individuals experience becomes orderly. For example, if one walked into a room filled with objects stacked on shelving that was closely packed together, and asked to move from one side of the room to another, they would probably stumble into things, and it would seem as if the room was in chaos. But when the lights are turned on, one can understand that things are arranged in rows in an orderly fashion, navigating easily through the room by placing each step in the right place so as to not bump into things. Similarly, when we seek to navigate through life, lack of knowledge and unknowing causes misstep and disorder, chaos that is experienced as pain, frustration, mistake, and folly. In this sense, the statement can be interpreted to mean that the pathway or technique of The Light prevails in difficult moments. When we go through darkness, the unknown, it is better to take stock of the situation and use the light of our awareness to gain understanding, taking a situation that was initially out of order and making sense of it. As a friend once said, “do not act if you do not know.” And within the context of the preceding statement, when we bear the burden of a darkened mind via the veils of ignorance we create difficult moments that if we simply bared our light, we would prevail over them with more ease.

“Astro-glances compel the masses to action.” – The prefix astro is contextually used to refer to things of a celestial or star-like nature, such as astrology or astronomer. In this case, the term astro-glances can be interpreted to mean the stars are looking or gazing down on to something. If a star is an example of an embodiment of consciousness that has evolved to such a high degree that they possess limited omniscience, then anywhere their light shines they have an awareness of those things so illuminated. That is to say, the Sun for us is a kind of god-like being that is totally aware of, and places its attention on, everything within the solar system. Focused attention has been measured to affect physical matter and play a part in telepathic phenomenon, like staring at someone who isn’t looking at you can telepathically cause them to take notice of you. This implies that star-like beings, by the simple act of holding us in their awareness, infuse us with something, which if we recall how light causes organization, helps us grow and evolve—become more organized or “organic.” Similarly, the simple act of mindfulness meditation organizes the often random-like nature of the mind, imparting healing and greater powers of manifestation. In this statement, the astro-glances are compelling the masses to take action, which if we consider that the masses are largely ignorant, carrying heavyweights of false beliefs or limited knowledge that are now abandoned, then this would compel them to take action. Consider that one who labors under a false belief usually is inspired to change (an action), like the belief that they had no power against an oppressor or bully once dispelled, compels them to face their fears and the bully. What actions are taken at this time is unclear, but I suspect that each individual will be presented with choices that help them along their unique path of evolution.

“Readings of the Higher Books commence.” – In the last statement of this update, there is yet another archetypal reference—which to be clear, Gaia Portal usually uses in their updates. The Higher Books in this case can be interpreted to mean those tomes of true knowledge held within the minds of highly evolved beings, like stars, that we can think of as the akashic record—but not precisely. Again if an archetype is something that has always existed and will always exist, then knowledge in this sense is a recognition of what is already present. But for the individual it is perceived as a creative act of generation due to the organizing nature of gaining knowledge, making the unknown known. This statement also leads one to conclude that the action mentioned above is one of preparation for receptivity, a feminine attribute. In short, the whole update seems to suggest a process of healing of the mind and consciousness is at hand, where each individual will be compelled to let go of the burdens of ignorance and open their hearts to the wisdom of the stars. The Truth, by nature of the fact it is one, and everywhere present, exists all around us. If we only dare to pick up the Higher Books and read them, our hearts will be lifted and our minds clarified.

He said that we could offer our insights into what they could mean and in doing so create a venue for deep discussion and consciousness exploration. There were many times I wasn’t sure if others found any value in these interpretations, but Julian and others continued to urge me on in this venture. This is just one example of the countless ways he helped me in my life path, for which I am eternally grateful. I want to dedicate these interpretations to him and his memory.
