I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and contextual usage of the terms. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Possible Meanings – “Illuminations of processionals enhance and strengthen.” – A procession is a gathering of people moving in an orderly fashion as part of a ceremony or organized event. It also refers to the wobble of the Earth’s rotation, what has been called the Precession of the Equinox, whereby the 12 Zodiacal constellations move across the sky marking the ages of the earth; presently we are moving from Pisces into Aquarius. An illumination is a sudden flash of insight or revelation which accurately reflects reality; the truth. Therefore, Illuminations of processionals enhance and strengthen – could mean that greater degrees of truth are being reflected in those beings moving in an orderly fashion, possibly towards the goal of complete conscious awakening. If we consider the Zodiacal interpretation, then as we continue to move forward into Pisces on into Aquarius, illuminations will enhance and strengthen.


“Recognitions come at all Gaia consciousness levels.” – A recognition is a conscious association made between an object in our experience and a meaning pattern within the mind. This concept is fundamental to how our mind-body-spirit system works, and is only now beginning to be understood on earth more clearly. The Feminine aspect of ourselves, that which sees all and remembers all, gathers up all data and memory, settling in the unconsciousness until called upon. A recognition is something very special, as it incorporates the conscious mind (Masculine) with the unconscious mind (Feminine) generating intelligence. This mechanism is echoed in the quote: “all learning is re-membering” Plato, which suggests that the objective aspects of what is learned (the raw data) is already within our consciousness, it need only be recognized and consciously unified with our knowledge base. Given all this, the statement suggests more of humanity is able to see reality for what it is and consciously recognize it – and this also applies to all Gaia consciousness levels; ie all life. 
“Marcations of implications are definitive.” – A demarcation is the action of fixing the boundary or limits on something. Breaking down the word de-marcation, “de” here indicates the act of separation like the words: devolve or destructive. As such, the term marcations suggest an opposing action, that of unification, and is used in reference to implications. An implication is a conclusion that can be drawn from observation, and is NOT explicitly stated, an inference and also implies an action of being involved in something. Within these meanings, the statement suggests a unity of action by those who are taken up the role, are becoming definitive or clearly recognizable, although these are not explicitly stated by the individuals who are showing signs of marcation. 
“Foundationals are complete. Next Higher Phase commences.” – Foundational here suggests personalities more so than physical structures, and also suggests the baseline of a working or developing phenomenon. For example, the foundational aspect to learning a language is the ability to recognize symbols and develop meaning associations thereto. Within the general context of Gaia Portal’s updates, this suggests consciousness, specifically humanity, and are now complete. Considering the next statement, a new phase of consciousness foundation is commencing, a higher phase. While any association to hierarchy has become taboo within the awakening community, if a perspective is correctly held within the mind, this need not be a controlling concept; like that of authority. The Natural Law principles of Polarity and Vibration are underscored within these statements. When a being begins to reflect the truth more clearly within, their consciousness is elevated to higher degrees of vibrational awareness, enhancing perception and vision, creating the potential for moral choice. Literally, the more we ascend in consciousness and intelligence, our drive to be more harmonious is increased; we want to BE the change we wish to see in the world.

In our opinion, consciousness evolves through the process of accumulating knowledge of the truth and contemplating that knowledge to distill wisdom and improve life by discovering and incorporating holistic values.
