I missed the previous update, but will make an effort to keep publishing my personal interpretations if others find it valuable. 

The raw Gaia Portal update is first, followed by my extrapolated meanings below in black.

Movements of Celestials among Gaia inhabitants reaches into depths of all.

Resonance factors increase, to amplify effects of Higher Dimensional incomings.

Storms of Light impress, on both outer and inner visibilities.

Fortunes of Delights are inwardly realized, and accepted.

And now the analysis:

I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and contextual usage of the terms. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Possible meanings: “Movements of Celestials among Gaia inhabitants reaches into depths of all.” – Celestial refers to things above – the sky, stars, sun, moon etc. the macro-cosmic universe that directly influences the microcosmic universe below. These movements of Celestials are among Gaia inhabitants suggesting that the term is not literally referring to spacial, but actual beings or things at our level that have the same qualities of spacial bodies; possibly extremely gold and coherent energies that are like planets in their function of energetic ‘projectors’. Whether these are humans or some other type of being actually embodied on the Earth is unclear, but presumably these things are energetically imprinting awakening on to humanity it self, hence: reaches into depths of all. 

The term all here suggests not just humanity but all things and beings within and on Gaia. Its very much like walking into a park or subway and hearing the sound of music being played by a performer, it has a deep affect on us despite it being an invisible influence or sub audible in volume. Music can and does affect consciousness profoundly, and its no coincidence that the energy up-stepping that Gaia Portal discusses is a process of resonance and entrainment.

“Resonance factors increase, to amplify effects of Higher Dimensional incomings.” – Resonance is a term directly referring to wave forms and sonic like properties of the Universe; Cymatics also refers to this. Everything, including life and thoughts themselves, have a resonant frequency, or a vibrational quality that provides a channel for the flow of information; a logical structure of organization. For example, if a guitar was tuned to a piano, simply striking a key on the piano in the presence of the guitar would be enough to vibrate the guitar strings because they are resonant with each other; an entrainment process. The properties of a thing determine how resonant it is with other things, and over time, objects tend to reorient themselves to match large more organized systems under their influence.

The Galaxy sings to produce stars, which sings to produce planets, which sings to produce life. All occurs as a process of synchronizing the higher to the lower, the grander to the smaller – an increasing of resonant factors. Higher dimensional incomings, within this context of meaning, describes these stronger coherent energies or songs coming from above. Much like a church organ will cause the entire hall to vibrate with sound, able to be physically felt by an audience within, the sun, planets and stars around us have been bathing the Earth in their song for countless eons. The culmination of this slow process of generation is more resonance within the living things on Gaia. As we are tuned to these frequencies, the vibrations are felt more strongly, hence they are amplified, like turning up the volume. Higher frequencies in a biological sense, relates to heightened states of awareness. Awareness leads to focused attention, which leads to pattern recognition, which can lead to recognition of truth, if we choose to seek understanding.

“Storms of Light impress, on both outer and inner visibilities.” – Light is often used to represent recognition of true knowledge, and is a synthesis of the outer world of space – time and material things, merging with the inner world of time – space and mind. The higher level of coherence streaming into the Earth literally changes our bodies and as such our minds ability to perceive, the resonant factors stated above. The result is the generation of true knowledge within the mind because as awareness increases, the innate abilities of pattern recognition are enhanced and logical framework of association develops. In other words, we are literally creating the eyes to see by opening ourselves up to the truth that is swimming all around us. Like turning a light on in a dark room, our perception is enhanced and we can now see things that where only pale reflections before. Language is an excellent example of this, as we develop a baseline of understanding within our mind (enhancing the resonant factors) meanings are now recognized in previously meaningless symbols (written words). Eventually we see words and automatically a meaning within the mind is generated by way of attention and association; the genesis of the Feminine Unconscious mind (embedded knowledge) and Masculine Conscious mind (focused attention).

“Fortunes of Delights are inwardly realized, and accepted.” – A Fortune of Delight suggests a possible future wherein we are happy or empowered to realize blissful meanings within our experience. The fact that they are inwardly realized and accepted suggests this is a time-space or mindal process at work; where all actions have their origin. Consider how we daydream about things that we want and a better world, this creates a possible future within the mind, a fortune of delight, which if resonant with reality as whole (in harmony with true knowledge), can be perused and eventually manifested in experience. A desire to go home for the holidays will be explored as a day dream, produce a host of beneficial emotions and begin to crystallize within the mind as an accepted goal; we will want to go home for the holidays. This is describing the process of manifestation for all things, the realm of causes (intention, desire and goals) made real in the realm of effects (a co-creative working of other things and beings); we can actual realize the thing we imagined as a day dream. 

Within the grander context of global ascension and activation, humanity is literally able to imagine what being in a new world will look like, one of love, truth and honor. This indicates we are very close to profound levels of activation on Earth. When and how these archetypes of higher consciousness manifest rest largely on humanities ability to let go of limiting beliefs of the past, and unifying knowledge within by a progressive process of constantly seeking the truth for personal understanding in all things. Presumably, all the outward events that are playing out are part of this grand synchronization, and many of the seemingly horrific and negative things of our day will be seen as part of the process of spiritual activation.
