Gaia Portal — July 28th 2016: Parsephonial allotments continue to expand | with Interpretations by Justin

Interpretations: “Parsephonial allotments continue to expand.” – The term parsephonial has no official meaning to draw from. It could be the merger of the terms parse, meaning to analyze a sentence into parts so as to describe the syntactic roles of each term (which is very similar to what I do with these Gaia Portal interpretations). Parse is merged with the term phonial, which breaks down into phon, a Greek term referring to sound (e.g. phonics or phone), and the suffix ial, meaning of, or related to, or characterized by. Therefore something that is phonial would be something that is of or related to sound, which is vibration or cyclic motion. Putting all this together, the term parsephonial is most likely a reference to the act of analyzing sounds to determine their innate structure, and in the process, deciphering meanings from them. The term syntax describes the method, framework or organizational technique articulating of ideas using language, and can also be used to refer to the way information is organized in general. Simply put, the term parsephonial is probably a reference to what we do every day in the process of deciphering speech into meanings.

The spoken word employs sounds to express meaning by using sonic symbols (words) with a pre-existing meaning assigned to them. The fact that you can hear words and a meaning is generated within the mind demonstrates that at some past point in life, you decided what that word represented. This is important to understand because we are taught in school that words and symbols, in ,general have meanings outside of us, when in fact, meaning is generated from within. Consider that if one never had any contact with society or other humans, if they saw a stop sign, they would assign a meaning to that symbol via an organic process of association. Let’s suppose that when this person saw the stop sign, they felt an intense pain or shock in their body. Now the next time they see the stop sign, their subconscious will recall that past experience and invoke the emotional state associated with it—the person in our example would probably fear the stop sign. In the same way, consciousness by nature of its power to recognize patterns and find a correlation with past events gives meaning to all things in life, especially words. 

In a grander sense, the mind’s power to associate meaning via juxtaposition is not relegated only to words, whether written or sonic. No, to the mind, everything is symbolic, everything is a symbol which can be associated with experience to produce meaning. Consciousness has the power to charge everything in creation with a unique meaning, tailor made by the individual. Consider that everyone has a unique personal experience, and as such, when encountering new things, they assign a unique meaning. Although, commonalities in responses to stimuli (meaning creation) are usually present, the totality of each person’s experience is utterly unique. For example, a Rorschach test (ink blot) is used in psychology for decades because the random image invokes a personal response in a subject, one that is always unique. This demonstrates that while our meanings may not always be accurate, they are unquestionably our own creation, and most importantly, they affect us. By this I mean, if we misinterpret something, an inaccurate meaning is generated, which produces a real perception and resulting emotional reaction. It is one of the paradoxes of existence that we are bathed in truth at all times yet we are constantly generating meanings that are usually not wholly accurate. But these inaccurate interpretations produce very real feelings, impulses, and experiences, all of which affect us in life. Therefore, we must always be careful not to invalidate the experiences of others, even though they may be based in error or misunderstanding.

Have you ever thought you saw something in a dark room moving past you and felt a pang of fear? Even though it is usually a play of light causing a shadow to run across the wall or floor, we still feel a reaction that is very real. And if we are crippled by this fear, we may not investigate further, causing us to solidify a false belief into our minds. The play of light could have been from a passing car but if we mistake it for a demonic entity, we will probably be overwhelmed with fear, a contraction appose to an expansion of consciousness. 

An allotment is a portion of something allocated or divided from a central store to a person or thing. For example, if there were 10 students in a classroom, and 20 apples delivered for lunch, giving each student two apples would be an equal allotment. Again, the term parsephonial we are defining as the process of deciphering meaning from sonic symbols (words, music, or sounds of life in general). Therefore, a parsephonial allotment would be a collective store of parsephonial function distributed to a population. The capacity to decipher sonic symbols is being given out to a certain population that remains undefined within this statement, but is expanding. The allotment itself is expanding, meaning that the number of individuals receiving parsephonial skills are increasing. In other words, this statement seems to be suggesting that humanity is presently receiving increased abilities to gain meaning and insight from being exposed to sound, in all their forms. And as we’ve discussed so often in these interpretations, entrainment or sympathetic resonance is a central part of evolution at all levels, arguably the most all-encompassing law of the cosmos is entrainment.

When two or more moving things come together in a way that allows the information of their motions to be exchanged, entrainment has occurred. Motion below the speed of light occurs at a material level, motion above the speed of light is metaphysical in nature. In other words, entrainment governs both material and mental processes, the world of physical things and metaphysical ideas. One of the best examples of this are metronomes synchronizing. 

The way entrainment works is by creating an environment for a resonant frequency to be amplified which then causes each individual metronome to retune itself to match all the others. First, metronomes that are ticking at different rates are placed on a surface that is static or fixed, unable to be moved by their individual rocking motions. At this point, the information contained within their movements cannot be transferred to each other. By placing the metronomes on a board and then placing this metronome-board system on two cans, the individual motion of the metronomes is able transfer to the board as inertia. Now as each metronome moves from side to side it pushes against the board which transfers mechanical energy to the metronome-board system. The resonant frequency of the five metronomes and the board is charged with energy, which increases its amplitude or makes it louder. As each metronome ticks, their individual movements transfer to the whole system, and as this resonant frequency increases in strength, any out-of-step movement of the metronomes is corrected by an in step push of the metronome-board system. Eventually, the inertia of out-of-step movement is dampened simultaneous with the increase of inertia of in-step movements. When the resonant frequency overwhelms the out-of-step movements of the individual metronomes, a rapid correction process takes place, an exponential increase in the amplitude of the metronome-board system’s resonant frequency. It is at this point when a type of quantum leap occurs and all the metronomes begin ticking in unison.

Although the process can be complex in application, the premise is simple, when things come together and have a channel to share information, they will do so. Information is always being exchanged between things, so long as a potential to do so exists. Another application of the information entrainment process in the universe is the notion that wherever life can exist, it does exist because life is a representation of information and the universe itself is a tool for expressing information in general.

This is an example of how information is transferred or expands in the universe. And within the context of this statement, an expanded allotment of parsephonial skill is describing the capacity for a mind to receive information from the environment, an increased capacity of entrainment. Consider that what we refuse to contemplate controls us from the unconscious and limits our capacity to see meaning. But when we open our minds and hearts to a thing, we receive the information it contains, and our beingness is changed as a result. Communication and evolution are entrainment processes governed by free will.

Given all this, I think this statement is making light of the fact that life in the 3D planes (which we are passing from now) is about mastering this process of opening ourselves up to the truth and evolving as a result. In this sense, evolution is more dependent on our personal choices and skills of life than it is celestial events, cosmic timelines, energetic shifts, and so on. In other words, if we have failed to develop the skills to evolve (receiving information) then when the triggers for evolution are present within the environment we won’t be able to take advantage of them. Have you ever noticed how most unawakened people can’t see chemtrails even though they are blatantly obvious in the sky? This example demonstrates the power of consciousness to block itself from receiving information via free will. Our task as evolving souls is always to be watchful against the temptation to become automatic and lazy with our parsephonial process. The universe is a novelty factory in a sense; newness is constantly pouring into the now at all times, yet if we calcify ourselves to the beauty and splendor that is existence itself, what we feel and experience becomes cold and dead. But expansion of parsephonial allotments suggests the reverse is happening, but only if allow ourselves receive what is allotted. 

“Heretical voices are dimmed.” – The term heretical is a reference to a belief or statement which goes against official religious doctrine. Historically, due to the corrupt nature of major religions, those who were labeled heretics were often those who dared to seek the truth and act within it in their lives. But in this case, let’s assume that a heretical voice is a sound or vocal expression that is not resonant with truth—a lie. When, as individuals, we speak untruths, we pour out vibrational energy into the universe that potentially causes others to develop false beliefs. And as we discussed earlier, false beliefs have a tendency to cause problems in that they generate real interpretations that yield feelings and emotions, and spawn desires. Consider that if we believed ourselves to be ugly, we may desire to hide from the world. Beliefs in this sense are incredibly powerful because they shape perception which in turn affects our behavior and capacity to evolve. Furthermore, our beliefs may even cause us to fight with others, to create controversy and conflict, which if based on untruth, will be unproductive. One who spews forth lies and deception becomes an enemy of truth, and an agent of chaos (a heretic), leaving pain, suffering, and disempowerment in their wake.

The Cabal are arguably the best examples of heretical voices, who through their false beliefs about life, behave in selfish and antisocial ways that seek to limit and enslave others. But in a less extreme example, when we act on beliefs that have not been properly verified, when we believe something to be true without knowing why or performing due diligence, we become an agent of chaos, a heritic. Most would like to consider the current state of affairs on Earth solely the result of the nefarious Cabal and their underlings, and to be sure their contributions cannot be overlooked. However, the people on the frontlines of tyranny, those who enforce the enslavement of humanity onto others are, in fact, our sleeping brothers and sisters. Unless we’ve been awake all our lives and never contributed to the status quo, everyone has spoken using a heretical voice in some way—we’ve all inadvertently spread falseness at some point in our lives. In this sense, heretical voices are not anyone one group of individuals, per say, instead it is an archetype a potential within each of us that can come to life if we are fooled into doing so or lack steadfastness of a moral character. But if these voices are dimming then we can consider that the temptations of selfishness and falseness are less impactful. In other words, there are two voices within each of us, the voice that tells us to follow the truth, and allow the ego to die to be reborn anew, and the voice of lies that tells us to succumb to fear and become a heretic against the creator. But due to parsephonial allotments expanding, the ability to recognize falseness within ourselves has also increased, which in turn reduces the temptation to speak lies, so long as we are aligned with truth and follow it wherever it leads.

“Abundant messages can now be heard by the hu-being.” – Given the preceding statements in this update, first related to the process of increasing the capacity to decipher meanings in sonic symbols (parsephonial allotments expanding), and second, the dimming of heretical voices, this statement seems to be a consequence. Hu-beings, as defined within Gaia Portal updates, refers to those individuals who are not on the path of truth, heretical voices. The prefix hu is a reference to light and color, herein expressed as a lowercase prefix. Hue-beings, in contrast, as defined within Gaia Portal, are those individuals who are on the path of truth, and as such, radiate the light of creation more completely, hence an uppercase prefix. Given that the capacity for interpreting meaning has increased, and with it a quieting of heretical voices, this statement suggest that these individuals are now able to receive the truth more clearly, abundant messages.

Consider that the very act of refusing to accept something immediately creates a blockage within consciousness—blinding us and distorting perception. Even if the thing we are refusing is an untruth, we must find within ourselves the capacity to accept what it is. An untruth, a falsehood or a lie is a statement or idea that is ultimately an inaccurate reflection of reality. For example, the statement “the sky is brown” is an untruth; the sky is not brown it is blue. But the idea of a brown sky has substance, it is real within a certain scope of applicability, the imagination. We can imagine a brown sky, but one does not exist within the objective world. As we discussed earlier, false ideas and untruths, if accepted as true, feel real and true to the one who considers them as such. An infant who believes that a monster is in their closet feels real fear and cries real tears. Controversy, or dishonor in law, is the act of refusing to accept the truth about someone’s position. Even if their point of view is ultimately in error, if we deny their experience, we dishonor the truth of their perceptions, which are real. And this prevents the conflict from being resolved because we’ve refused to negotiate an equitable agreement, we’ve refused to allow our mind to meet with theirs. One of paradoxes or divine dichotomies of existence is that we can believe in false ideas that produce very real effects. Therefore, dishonoring the truth, a heretical position, is refusing to accept it, and therefore creating controversy for oneself, experienced as a misperception of reality. But now that these heretical voices have dimmed, truth entrainment can proceed, and the infinite abundance within can be heard by those who refused it before. In the process, the healing and transformative power of the truth can begin to work on the hu-beings, who by their choice to reject what IS create trauma and pain for themselves and others.

“Stars are now aligned to remove the non-benevolents.” – As we discussed earlier when considering entrainment, if metronomes are properly placed on a mobile surface, they can begin to align or synchronize. Given that the hu-beings can now hear abundant messages—an indication they are beginning the process of synchronizing or entraining to the universe and the truth it contains—an alignment to remove the non-benevolents has occurred. When we open our minds and hearts to what IS, we align ourselves with the truth, and the removal of falsehood can take place. As we discussed earlier, falsehoods given life via our beliefs create chaos and suffering for ourselves and others. One who believes that there are no cures for cancer will never seek for one and suffer accordingly. One who believes that a stovetop cannot get hot may accidently touch one after a meal is cooked and burn their hand. And one who rejects the fundamental nature of consciousness and the interconnected nature of reality will see the world as a cold, dead, and meaningless thing. All of these examples demonstrate how non-benevolent the negative ego can be, that part of us that fears change and therefore fears the truth because of it’s transformative qualities. A star, within this scheme of interpretation, would be an embodiment of truth that shines brightly, pouring out its wisdom for all in an unselfish way. This statement seems to be referring to the process of those who lack knowledge finding it through channels; when the student is ready, the teacher appears. In this way, when we take up the path of truth, we literally become a bright star for others. And since our experience is unique, our personal store of wisdom always has the power to enhance others much like each voice in a choir adds to the whole chorus.

Within a more specific interpretation, stars aligning could be a reference to an astrological or energetic shift in the heavens, which in a similar process, entrains on down to the Earth, who then acts as a star for all those creatures living here. The Schumann resonances are an example of this step-down process of the very large making contact with the very small, the sun’s emissions hit the Earth which reverberates in turn. In this way, we really are children of the cosmos because our physical bodies are literally harmonics of the Earth-Sun-Galaxy-Universe system. But because free will is prime, evolution is not guaranteed. And because of normalization, we must always guard against our temptations to prejudge experiences as boring, when in reality, each moment is a grand universal unfoldment of novelty and newness. The mysteries of existence are always available to stimulate consciousness and spark evolution if we are brave enough to explore them. And with this new vigor of enthusiasm, we can discover truths that empower us to take actions against those still aligned with falseness. In other words, this statement could be referring to the fact that now that hu-beings are hearing abundant messages, they are finally ready to do the work of ending slavery on Earth, removing non-benevolents, the Cabal. Given all the geopolitical developments of late, especially in relation to Turkish coups, and the duplicity of the 2016 presidential race in the U.S., I suggest that this shift is actively taking place.

He said that we could offer our insights into what they could mean and in doing so create a venue for deep discussion and consciousness exploration. There were many times I wasn’t sure if others found any value in these interpretations, but Julian and others continued to urge me on in this venture. This is just one example of the countless ways he helped me in my life path, for which I am eternally grateful. I want to dedicate these interpretations to him and his memory.
