I had a lot come through in this interpretation, and as such, the following is a more voluminous writing.
Incursions of Light Beings into darkened realms increase in effectiveness.
Stormings continue with Higher Energetic intent.
Former contrasts are harmonized.
Letterance of timelines proceeds.
And now the analysis:
I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and contextual usage of the terms. The meanings provided are not the only ones that can be gleaned; in my view, all meanings have value, especially when shared and discussed openly. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.
Interpretations: “Incursions of Light Beings into darkened realms increase in effectiveness.” – The term incursion means an invasion or attack, usually sudden or unexpected. Here the “attacks” are of Light Beings, suggesting the nature of the attack is not aggressive or harmful, yet directed towards something that need be neutralized or destroyed—the darkened realms. Light is the only thing we know of that “destroys” darkness but in a grand spiritual sense, nothing is ever destroyed or dies, it is simply transformed. Consider the ego, our sense of self or who we think we are, is constantly undergoing change, a kind of little death. For our identity is dependent on self-knowledge. If you were to lose your memories, which are a tapestry of free will choices that organize experience into meanings, then who you think you are would change. This suggests that the self is an expression of knowledge, a dynamic between awareness and the energy it produces as directed by free will into action. Therefore, an incursion into darkened realms is a quick or decisive attack on the darkness within an individual so as to cause them to change their stance and in doing so transform their darkness into light. When knowledge via awareness makes contact with the truth, ignorance is attacked and the pain, suffering, and victimhood that come with it are destroyed, so long as that being musters the courage to accept the truth.
The fact that our knowledge is ever expanding via experience also means that the ego is forever battling against an onslaught of new data and information—an incursion of light. Let me say this again for clarity, our sense of self (the ego) is a product of our choices and knowledge, which is ever expanding due to experience. And when experiences go unprocessed or reconciled via contemplation (philosophy) then a fear of change slowly develops because we can’t comprehend the spiritual meaning of our experiences. This lack of spiritual knowing manifests as pain, disempowerment, and victimhood. The limited ego is that part of us which has become calcified to growth and therefore tempts us to stagnate. In this sense, the limited ego is that part of us that fights change, that tries to say the same even though everything around us is different from moment to moment. Light is symbolic of truth or wisdom, and in a grand sense, light represents change. The truth is an infinite eternal reality, which we as creatures experience as an endless unfoldment of newness—novelty. The universe is always expanding and changing, an objective reality that renders the infinite truth in form through time and space. Therefore, reality itself is an experience of the living truth, which is light. If reality is the truth being made manifest (light), then our unawareness of truth (nescience), is the thing that is dark, a realm of darkness. One who fears change and the truth enshrouds their mind in darkness to protect themselves from the light. This modality of being, a type of spiritual mind virus, has infected everyone on Earth. Even the most spiritual and wise must face their temptations to stagnate usually hidden under a veil of spiritual arrogance.
Consider that when we gain knowledge we often say “I have been enlightened.” The theme being expressed here is that the creature or an individual embodiment of consciousness on the evolutionary adventure of time and space is a blend of light and darkness. The measure of how much light is reflected within is a function of free will. We each have a choice to gain knowledge and wisdom through experience or seek to maintain our own ignorance. As was discussed earlier, the limited ego, in contrast to the spiritual ego or higher self, avoids change, avoids the light of truth, and as such, is a part of the darkened realms. Everyone on Earth arguably has this part of them that avoids change. Even the most spiritually advanced individuals can have their periods of spiritual stagnancy wherein they deceive themselves into thinking they are already at the mountain top and they have nothing left to learn. But if the truth is infinite and the creature mind is finite, then the evolutionary adventure is a never-ending process of incursions of light into darkened realms—a never ending adventure of gaining knowledge and wisdom of the truth made manifest in the universe as a whole. In other words, the paradox of consciousness evolution is that we must always reach for progress yet we will never find an ultimate end. In a way, this is incredibly encouraging because it means the bliss and sublimity of life and the adventure of exploring newness never ends. No matter how far we walk on the path towards source there is always something bigger and more amazing on the horizon to spark our curiosity and draw us into the mysteries of existence.
Taking all this into consideration, this statement is essentially referring to that process of helping those darkened by the limited ego or the selfish separate self. Light Beings here are those who choose constant ego death and rebirth, spiritual transformation and the manifesting of the higher self with progressive degrees of attainment. The darkened realms, as was mentioned before, refer to those areas of unconsciousness within us willfully maintained by confused and disillusions beings. Again the limited ego or the selfish separate self, in its state of trauma and pain, seeks to hide from the truth instead of embracing it’s healing and soul transformative qualities. In the act of doing so, they must build walls of falseness and lies to shield their minds and hearts from the truth—a realm of darkness. And to be sure, fighting change and the truth always feels like a fruitless and painful struggle. For example, if we learned that our favorite food from childhood, (beans and hotdogs, for example), is causing us to develop cancer and heart disease, then facing this truth will be difficult and the pain will increase so long as we refuse to accept it. Usually, we justify behaviors that cause soul stagnation because a deep an emotional need is being met in the process. But these needs can be satisfied in ways that cause soul growth instead of stagnation. Yet the limited ego refuses to change, and so long as we allow it to guide our consciousness, we won’t be able to envision a new way of being. But beings of light send incursions to the darkened realms, meaning our fellows in spirit are here to help and are doing so.
In this sense, the limited ego or the selfish separate self can only keep up the fight against truth for so long before the weight of the walls of falseness come crashing down. When we who have chosen evolution and the path of truth stand in the light of love, compassion, and humble sharing, we send incursions of light into the darkened realms within our fellows. Like the lady Columbia (the Divine Feminine) holds her lamplight up to guide wayward souls back to her embrace, when we share of ourselves in fullness and humility, especially around those who have chosen darkness, our light shines on them and the darkness recedes.

If we look out into the world right now, we see the battle between light and dark increasing in intensity. There were almost a half dozen false flag attacks that occurred recently and many other minor events offering disempowerment to those in the darkened realms. But the pain and agony of darkness of being completely devastated by the evil in this world are causing soul transformation at a grand level. This is what many would call negative karma, those experiences of transformation that feel painful because we reject change in the moment. But if incursions of light beings have increased in effectiveness then this suggests that our ability to heal and help others in their dark night of the soul moment has become stronger. And I think this means those who can help others and shine their light will be given more chances to do so. As this statement suggests these moments of light meeting dark are not always pleasant. It is much like a detoxification, healing, or intervention—which is often emotionally intense and requires sureness to see through beneficially for all involved. In other words, sharing our light with those in the darkened realms is a kind of battle, but the weapons of war are kindness, love, humility and forgiveness.
If you are one of these beings of light, which I think many in the awakening community are, then instead of all your moments being filled with ease and non-stop joy, they will be more filled with struggle and strife. For example, you may be cut off in traffic and have the opportunity to send love and forgiveness to another, thus ending a cycle of hate. Or you may have several friends or relatives who experience hardship and this gives you the opportunity to offer assistance during another’s most intimate time of personal change. Or your tension within your relationships could be increasing, causing unreconciled issues to come to the surface for healing. To one trying to avoid change and growth, these experiences will create a feeling of victimhood. To one who embraces change and growth, they can be felt as empowering, but invoking the right state of mind is essential. Feeling fear, uneasiness and lack of confidence during these times is a natural reaction, as these things indicate we are on the cutting edge of consciousness evolution. The task is to invoke a consciousness of gratitude and perseverance, a way of saying to oneself “I can do this! I can face any challenge and grow more fully into who I am meant to be.” But even the most adept students of spirit have moments of wavering, so if you are not perfect in your efforts to be humble and loving with yourself and others, forgive and forge ahead as if nothing held you back. Judging ourselves harshly for mistakes doesn’t motivate us to accept the wisdom of them. Instead, be thankful that an error occurred in a way that allowed you to perceive it so that the light of your being can transform the darkness of your soul.
“Stormings continue with Higher Energetic intent.” – Given the extrapolated meaning of the first statement, related to opportunities to offer healing and growth through personal strife and struggle, this statement seems to be reflective of the same theme. A storm is an intense and violent upheaval in the atmosphere, usually involving wind, rain or snow. A storm always brings change and usually water, which elementally represents deep sensations and penetrating experiences. The Astrological water signs of Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces each have keen qualities of emotional intensity that provide for the potential of change. Water is mutable and fluid, able to seep into places and crack through barriers. Given that one who refuses growth needs to build a barrier of deceptions to shield their mind from the light of truth, then stormings of a Higher Energetic intent most likely refers to those beings of light who are helping others through a time of forced transformation. I use that word forced loosely here, as from the highest spiritual perspective all is bound by free will choice. Yet within the illusion of creation we can feel as though we are being forced to do something against our will, and in a way, we are if our will has fallen out of alignment with the will of creation. The risk of free will is that it can make choices that are not in alignment with truth and as such are impossible to realize.
When we desire things that are not in alignment with truth we create negative karma that eventually is felt as a hardship, pain, or struggle. For example, eating toxic things like junk food is never wise or beneficial, yet because the effects of doing so are not felt immediately, we can develop a false impression that it is ok. And the miracle that is our bodies masks the destruction of doing so from our awareness. Eating fast food doesn’t feel all that bad for the first 20-years of life, but eventually the harm of doing so manifests as disease. And finally, a storming with a Higher Energetic intent is felt—negative karma. Our free will choices, within this example, reach back to that first time we tried fast food. We labored under the delusion that it was ok and the mercy of life allowed us to do so. But now the truth is being presented to us and this is felt as a forced change. We can continue to eat fast food but we no longer have the ability to ignore the effects, and in reality, the truth can no longer be avoided. A storm of change is when our delusions dissolve. In this sense, negative karma is always a storm with a higher energetic intent, which is to help heal the evolving soul and realign their will back with the will of creation. Given all this, I think this statement is referring to this principle of negative karma and that so long as we refuse to seek the wisdom in our so-called bad experiences we can’t realize the spiritual lesson inherent in them. But in that moment we let go of fear, hate, and frustration that these bad things are happening to us and develop gratitude for what the universe has provided (humility) we realign ourselves back with source and the stillness within the storm of our own making blossoms. In that moment when we embrace the truth and humble ourselves, the energy of anger and victimhood melts away. Peace and calm are restored and the darkness of the soul is transformed into light.
“Former contrasts are harmonized.” – A contrast is a state of differentiation due to a juxtaposition of non-similar things. For example, if you entered a cool room and felt a chill this was made possible as a result of contrasting temperatures. The concept of contrast is incredibly important for nearly everything we do in life. It has been described as relativity, diversity, fractality, and within hermetic philosophy is expressed as the principles of Correspondance, Vibration, Polarity, and Rhythm. Emotional experiences are made possible due to contrast. The only reason we can detect change is because awareness recognizes patterns of contrast in experience. In this statement, the term contrast is used in a way which implies divergence. Again contrast is a foundational principle of life itself and it manifests in many different ways. A falsehood is a divergence from the truth, a distortion that is more chaotic than harmonious.
Given the theme of this update in relation to battling against falseness, this statement seems to be referring to the fruit of transformation, a harmonization of formerly contrasting things. Negative karma is the experience of making contact with the fruit of our falsehood. Any time our choices go against the will of creation, hardship eventually presents itself as an experience of contrast. But if former contrasts are harmonized then this indicates acceptance of the truth is occurring. When we finally stop fighting the truth and accept the fact that we must change, calm and stillness are restored allowing us to imagine a way that becomes our new path of least resistance. When we finally realize that something we’ve been doing goes against our ideals we tend to realign ourselves and muster the courage to change. For example, a computer programmer who finds an error in their code can now focus their attention with purpose and conviction to correct the error. In this way, negative karma provides us the contrast we need to find purpose and motivation in life. Consider that one who grabs a hot pan without a towel or rag for protection burns their hand. This painful experience will help motivate them to change so that in the future, they use protection. All pain and hardship in this sense is a gift of contrast from the universe so that we go within and evolve in consciousness by invoking a personal change.
But to be clear, not all change requires negative karma. Negative karma is only generated when we reject the truth at some level—which can often be very subtle. And on our world plagued by darkness, socially acceptable rejection of truth is pandemic generating negative karma for all involved. The fact that people consume toxic foods almost everywhere on Earth which then manifests as a disease is one example of individuals accidently creating negative karma for themselves. But we need not wait for the pain of our choice to manifest as storms and force us to change. We always have the power to go within, bravely seek out the errors in our thinking and change as a result. Those who develop this skill will create less hardship and suffering for themselves, while also developing an ability to be grateful for moments of contrast when they are encountered.
“Letterance of timelines proceeds.” – The term letterance has no official meaning or definition. However, the term appears to be the merger of the word letter, meaning a written symbol representing a sound used in speech or a written statement on paper send or left for another person to read, and the suffix ance, which relates to an action, state, or quality. Therefore, letterance would be the action of leaving a note or message for someone or the act of marking or making a memorandum of an event. In law, a memorandum is a document that represents an event in time and space, codified by taking notice of a person place or thing and a time. Given this interpretation (hardly the only one) letterance of timelines proceeds is a statement of bearing witness to something, in this case, the references to storms and incursions stated earlier in this update. Simply observing events and invoking a positive and spiritual meaning of them is incredibly powerful; a method of bearing witness that causes us to become resonators or grounding rods for higher consciousness
A reader sent me a video of a talk with Matt Kahn called Responding to Global Tragedy in which he said that not reacting negatively to so-called “bad things” in life means we are grounding stillness into the Earth and the 5th dimension. I found this to be applicable to the theme expressed in this final statement regarding letterance. In other words, society tells us we should be upset, hateful and be intolerant of all sorts of things, and if we don’t feel this way, we can be tempted to judge ourselves harshly. Society tells us that we have to hate terrorists, that a criminal is a bad person that deserves our intolerance, and that death is always a traumatic horrible thing—and if we don’t feel this way—we are bad people. But the truth is, these reactions are not a given, they are just a socially promulgated norm that needs to change.
Developing the ability to observe events in our lives and react in a positive uplifting and empowering way is especially important right now. Finding the courage to go against these social policies of disempowerment is needed because in doing so we become beings of light sending incursions into darkened realms. Others, by way of contrast, see that we are filled with light while those around us are not and this makes them curious. Eventually, if they follow the truth and proceed through this temporary storm of higher energetic intent they find will have been harmonized by formally contrasting things. In the act of bearing witness in this way, we help ground the timeline of Nova Gaia into the physical, wherein we participate in the emergence of Gaia-Sophia or the unique spiritual essence of the Earth Mother—Gaia waking from her slumber. We are all midwives in this sense, but whether we help or hurt the process depends largely on our ability to grow and embrace change and the challenges of life in the evolutionary domains of time and space.

He said that we could offer our insights into what they could mean and in doing so create a venue for deep discussion and consciousness exploration.
