I do not have an insider or direct source for meanings. Below is my interpretation of the meanings herein described as I see them based on extrapolation and the contextual usage of the terms. Please comment below, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Possible Meanings: “Stagnations have terminated” – Stagnation means lack of progress, usually associated to some cause, given the updates relate to human consciousness, I can surmise it corresponds to Stagnations in us have stopped; progress can continue.

“Flow patterns establish within Higher Energetic grids” – Flow patterns could mean any number of things, again assuming we are discussing human consciousness here, the flow of our thoughts and consciousness are being “established within Higher Energetic grids.” Within a Natural Law perspective, Higher Energetic Grids, suggest vibrational states of higher awareness have increased. For example, when we are a sleep we are at a lower brain wave vibration, then when we are awake and focusing our attention on something. The more attention we are capable of using via our mental vibrational state, the greater the potential to act or create; being a sleep we make no choices externally, being awake we can co-create with the material world – just one example.
“Lenticular assets are carried forth” – Lenticular relates to the eye or describing lens shaped things, and are being carried forth. The eye or lens is associated to awareness or consciousness and assets usually refer to things of value in relation to a goal; objective or subjective definition. Therefore, ‘awareness values are being pushed through’ increased awareness and the truth receptive qualities that awareness brings are coming to the surface. 
“Entry to Higher Light realms comes at moment’s notice” – Light usually refers to true knowledge or could suggest an actual physical or dimensional space. In either case, most works which suggest “higher realms of light” also infer that awareness and TRUE knowledge is increased as well. Given the above extrapolation, it seems reasonable to conclude as we ‘open our eyes to more truth,’ letting it transform us, we can enter into Higher Light realms; ie greater understanding of what IS. 
“Star Children are born again” – Star Children almost seems obviously to refer to the star children we have heard about from many works; Dolores Cannon comes to mind. These beings of higher vibrational awareness, come in to assist in the upliftment of humanity. I can definitely assert that just being around someone with a higher consciousness entrain’s your own; via mental energy patterns. We’re reporting on the fact as it was reported, and that this event is important for us to know so we can better contend with the challenges of gaining freedom and prosperity. Similarly, just because we share a pro/anti-[insert issue or topic] content, such as a pro-second amendment piece or an anti-military video doesn’t mean we endorse what is said. Again, information is shared on this site for the purpose of evolving consciousness. In our opinion, consciousness evolves through the process of accumulating knowledge of the truth and contemplating that knowledge to distill wisdom and improve life by discovering and incorporating holistic values. Thus, sharing information from many different sources, with many different perspectives is the best way to maximize evolution. What’s more, the mastery of mind and discernment doesn’t occur in a vacuum, it is much like the immune system, it needs regular exposure to new things to stay healthy and strong.
