I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and the contextual usage of the terms. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Possible Meanings – “Forestations of confrontationals are now removed.” – Forestation refers to a large area of land covered by trees and is in reference to confrontationals, which could mean the stubborn one’s who are not ready to ‘move forward’ have been removed. Generally this could be anyone who is stuck in old pattern thinking; and I think even the brightest of us have been there from time to time. Or it could mean the Cabal itself is ‘now removed‘ from confrontational positions of power. 
“Next energetic phase begins.” – I think this statement is fairly clear in and of itself. Phase refers to a cycle of time, like day and night, which are beginning again.

“Harbingers of Light are viewed in spectacular displays.” – Harbinger is one who announces or signals the approach of another, in this case Light. Light is used to refer to true knowledge, expanded awareness and awakening. These beacons of light are viewed in spectacular displays, suggesting it is not on a grand scale, as normally gaia portal indicates as much by saying “by all.” I think this refers to individual people, acting in ways that are revealing true knowledge to other individuals or small groups. Much like when a family scuffle occurs, during the exchange people can reveal truths about themselves normally hidden away by pleasantry. 

“Concomitant releases and influxes of variant energies come forth.” – Concomitant refers to naturally accompanying or following something, in this case releases and influxes of variant energies. This is the second line in the update referring to shifting or increases in energy. 
“hu-man awareness leaps to the Hue-level.” – hu-man consciousness could be thought of as the animal level, of unconscious programed conditioning and response. This is essentially where most of humanity operates, or has operated in the past. Hu-man conscious could be thought of as the morally aware, and spiritually insightful level. As many researchers discuss, morality is a result of as Maslow calls it “self actualization”- the slow and progressive completion of a personality as it develops. Morality in this sense, and Spiritual action, the type of action that will create harmony in the world at large, is what Hu-manity is referring to, within my understanding. 
“Rapid uplifts come for all of Gaia.” – Again fairly self explanatory. Given the other statements in this update, it seems that despite the turbulent currents of energy right now its all for the greater good. I know that before the new can settle inside of us, the old must be swept away.

Similarly, just because we share a pro/anti-[insert issue or topic] content, such as a pro-second amendment piece or an anti-military video doesn’t mean we endorse what is said. Again, information is shared on this site for the purpose of evolving consciousness. In our opinion, consciousness evolves through the process of accumulating knowledge of the truth and contemplating that knowledge to distill wisdom and improve life by discovering and incorporating holistic values. Thus, sharing information from many different sources, with many different perspectives is the best way to maximize evolution. What’s more, the mastery of mind and discernment doesn’t occur in a vacuum, it is much like the immune system, it needs regular exposure to new things to stay healthy and strong.
