Gaia Portal — December 18th 2016: Predictives are relinquished | with interpretations by Justin

I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and contextual usage of the terms. The meanings provided are not the only ones that can be gleaned; in my view, all meanings have value, especially when shared and discussed openly. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Interpretations: “Predictives are relinquished.” – The term predictives has no official meaning. However, it is a personification of a behavior or concept, in Gaia Portal’s usual style. The term predictive or prediction refers to the act of making a prophecy. To personify the quality of predictiveness normally labels one a prophet, one who has the ability to make accurate prophecies. Someone or something that can predict the future is—for cultures and peoples not altogether in harmony with the master plans of creation or self-mastered—often regarded as miraculous, a thing that earns worship and praise. For many people, the future is unknown and invokes a feeling of fear and trepidation. Therefore, one who can predict the future can bring calm to one emotionally distraught about it. Conversely, one who embraces the mysteries of existence, regarding future time-space nexuses, in this case, will not feel fear about the future. In this sense, a predictive would be one who can see the future to some degree—a skill developed by gaining self-mastery.

When one knows enough about how the universe works, especially the dynamics of free will and universal law, predictions about future outcomes can be easily made. The accuracy of such predictions is dependent on one’s capacity to properly observe their environment and assess the character and proclivities of those endowed with free will. And yet, even the best prophets are wrong some of the time and recognize that their predictions are only a possible outcome. To those who have not gained self-mastery, the allure of someone who can read the future is quite strong. The prophet who wields their power without regard for the evolutionary status of their fellows risks becoming an object of worship and a force for evolutionary stagnation. This is because unmastered people tend to form dependencies on others, failing to develop their innate skills because it is easier to rely on the statements and perspectives of others.

But if predictives are relinquished then this suggests a break in the cycle of dependency is taking place. The term relinquish means to voluntarily release, cease to keep, or give up, which can be interpreted to mean that those people who kept the predictives close to themselves are no longer doing so. This could indicate an increase in evolutionary attainment as a result, not unlike the way a child relies heavily on their parent until the early teen years when personal independence and autonomy training begins. The releasing of co-dependency can be an overarching theme of this statement.

“Stillness is engaged in the storm cycle.” – I find this statement intriguing for obvious reasons. The concept of stillness in a storm refers to many things, in this case, that all experiences of seeming disquiet, turbulence, or chaos can always be regarded by the individual from a place of stillness. We can invoke love and acceptance for the whole truth instead of rejecting aspects of our reality we don’t want to see. In doing so that person actually adds more calm and order to a chaotic situation, bringing order to chaos,  shining light into darkness. 

Here, the phrase stillness is engaged implies a technique or mode of action, a method for dealing with a cycle of storminess. Consider that our choice and position about a situation or experience is arguably our most important faculty. We cannot change reality in the aggregate, but we can accept reality in fullness and in doing so make ourselves calm and poised to act with wisdom in any situation. In this way, no matter how seemingly incomprehensible, chaotic, or horrific a situation might be, we always have the power to maintain our inner peace and as a result, absorb more of the whole truth within an experience clearly. Conversely, when we allow fear, anxiety, and apprehensiveness to overwhelm us, our biases can cause even more disruptiveness. 

For example, when someone acts with unkindness and intolerance toward us, calling us names or taking an aggressive position, one wise in the ways of stillness will invoke forgiveness and compassion for the other. This technique neutralizes the temptation to react with aggressiveness so that the destructive charges of fear do not create more problems. A bully tends to be aggressive towards others because they do not feel loved, empowered, or accepted within themselves, leading them to attack others so they can feel powerful. By acting with kindness and love to such a person, while also defending themselves against harm, such an individual offers healing while also setting a boundary for future interactions. The aggressor’s energy of confrontation can often be deflected back onto them in a healing way if the other person uses the power of compassion and stillness correctly. 

Additionally, the cycles of life ensure every soul will have an ample opportunity to gain skill in practicing what they have learned. There will always be a storm cycle where the disorder of life is offered up so that we can organize or transmute it through the power of our consciousness, and in doing so, gain wisdom and self-mastery. 

This statement, considering the first, suggests that as people relinquish their dependency in perceived authorities, a storm cycle is sure to follow. The storms of uncertainty are always waiting as we release ourselves from those wiser and more self-actualized beings around us, be they mentors, parents, guardians or the tyrants and despots of the slavery system. These challenges can be met with stillness or the methods of self-mastery wherein we use the power of our consciousness to bring order to a chaotic situation. All storm clouds have a silver lining but in order to see and act on them, one must be calm and still within, quieting the turbulence of reactiveness to invoke a presence of clarity and wisdom.

“Flashes of brilliance are multiplied.” – Given the preceding statement in this update, the first regarding the relinquishing of predictives, and the second regarding stillness being engaged during storm cycles, this statement can be interpreted to mean successful transmutation is occurring. The phrase flashes of brilliance is suggestive of moments wherein an individual is gaining wisdom. Light is often symbolically representative of truth, and when we act in harmony with truth, we realize wisdom within ourselves. 

Wisdom is important because it is the exemplification or crystallization of truth within an evolving soul. For example, when a musician practices a piece of music enough, they will be able to play it precisely because wisdom or life skill has been gained—a programming of the subconscious in a coherent way. Anytime one acts out the truth in their experience this indicates a soul’s mind/body/spirit complex or beingness has been organized in an empowering way, allowing that individual’s desires to be manifested more precisely so long as they are in harmony with the will of creation. The universe is designed to teach individuals how to gain more power through developing wisdom, gaining skill as a result. As such, challenge, striving, and constant offers of growth opportunity are laden within all experience. Every soul is given ample chances to practice what they have learned, but they are also offered a chance to not practice and therefore stagnate. For example, a musician could spend their free time practicing and developing more skill, or they could watch Netflix all day long—the latter choice yields little to no improvement for their musical aspirations. Extrapolating into the realms of ultimacy, the universe provides each individual the choice to grow or the choice to stagnate—both options are always present in all moments of life. And life on Earth at this time is abundant with each type. But when we reach for growth and challenge ourselves to gain mastery, flashes of brilliance are multiplied.  The one who consciously recognizes that all experiences are an opportunity to enhance and perfect their unique powers will evolve more than the person who shies away from life’s challenges. And each nugget of wisdom gained can be multiplied a thousand times over. A child who learns the wisdom to walk can use this new skill in a million different ways to enhance themselves even further. As such, all knowledge properly gained is always empowering or multiplicative. The task is to reach for the light of wisdom in all ways, while also taking care not to overwhelm ourselves. For every season of growth, their is a season of rest.

“Forward movements accelerate.” – The final statement in this update can be interpreted as a culmination of the preceding. In summary, as we relinquish dependency and enter a stormy cycle of uncertainty, life challenges us to gain the skills of autonomy, also known as self-mastery leading to sovereignty or enlightenment. One cannot realize their own inner power and wisdom unless the environmental conditions exist for this purpose—a bird cannot know they were meant to fly until they release themselves from the safety and comfort of the nest. And at that moment when a fledgling is falling precariously to the ground, only by invoking or engaging stillness can they recognize their intuitive insights to spread their wings and take flight. Once that moment of brilliance flashes through that evolving soul, the imagination can envision new ways to grow and evolve, leading to even more flashes of brilliance. Each time uncertainty and mystery is embraced, the potential for skill and empowerment arises, leading to a moment of cultivated wisdom, which propels the evolutionary track forward. And so long as this acceptance of the whole truth proceeds and we strive to make use of the opportunities for growth within all moments of now, forward movements accelerate. 

This statement can be interpreted to mean that when we accept the rules of evolution (discussed above), we can make great leaps and bounds in our evolutionary potential. The choice is always ours to make. We can be encouraged by others on the path but should take care not to judge ourselves harshly because someone else seems to be further along. Only when we are properly centered within, focusing on our experience first, can we recognize where we are and make each step with careful precision. When we allow fear and the predictions of the future to distract us, our steps are unsteady, and we might fall down.
