Gaia Portal August 3rd 2016: From the Kingdoms of Light, Nova Gaia arises | with Interpretations by Justin

I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and contextual usage of the terms. The meanings provided are not the only ones that can be gleaned; in my view, all meanings have value, especially when shared and discussed openly. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Interpretations: “Time presences are faded.” – The term presence refers to the state or act of being present, existing or having the capacity to be aware. Time refers to the perceived passage of events, the emergence of novelty into the now as what was known settles into memory.  But time can have many different meanings, that humanity is only now beginning to comprehend. For example, time in a “3D” or normal earthly context refers to a fixed and rigid measure of motion. We live our lives dependent on the turns of the clock, rising in the morning and falling at night dependent on the constraint’s we accept as a part of living in a society. Time in this sense is that thing we agree to use to facilitate cooperation, coordinating our collective free will actions into a harmonious form. But due to our lack of presence with the truth of it (lack of knowledge of what time really is), it has come to rule over humanity, instead of being just another tool for consciousness exploration. Time in this sense is a kind of false prison, personified by the god of time, Chronos or Saturn, symbolized by the figure of Death, with his scythe. By this I mean, when we fail to understand that time is the metaphysical medium through which we manifest our consciousness in physical form (a living goddess archetype), then we begin to feel as if we have no control of time. I suggest that this limited version of time is what is fading in this statement. It is doing so not because something outside of us has forced a change, but because our consciousness of time itself is changing, the way we view time.

As an aside, the triune nature of the creator, discussed in spiritual works as the Divine Father, the Divine Mother, and the Divine Son relates to the notion of time as a coordinating agency. Consider that in order to know something, time and space are required. Without time, we can’t receive data from an object in our field of view (in space). Space allows motion to take place which we perceive as the flow of time. And within the allegories of creation myths, the universal spirit (the Divine Mother) is what allows the creator’s spark (the Father’s seed) to find expression and birth the son (the Divine Son). In the human planes of existence, it is the Divine Mother or the universal spirit (time and space) which allow the creatures of creation to grow and become living expressions of their spiritual potential; becoming sons of the Divine Parents; son here is a non-gender-specific reference.

The phrase time presences would indicate an awareness of time, our consciousness of it is fading. But in truth, we can’t really be divorced from time in the way some might think. While it is popular within awakening circles to say we are moving out of time, or that time is an illusion, what is meant by this is we are moving out of a false concept of time. Again, in the normal everyday sense, time is happening to us, we’re moving through time and it limits our lives, but more accurately time and consciousness are intimately connected parts of us. The state of our being determines how we perceive time. For example, when in deep states of meditation (theta states) the perception of time fades as our attention on the benchmarks of the flow of time is diverted. By this I mean, the physical world of material things, of space-time, is the way in which we measure time, and requires our focused attention. The more we focus our attention on the outside world and observe events with our awareness, the perception of time slows down. Yet when performing certain kinds of meditation (like transcendental meditation) our attention is distributed in both worlds, the inner and outer. If properly done, one can observe the flow of events from without and simultaneously observe the resulting reflections within the mind and consciousness from within. As a result, our perception of time begins to dilate, wherein we loose presence within the rigid physical world of perception. In other words, presence is a term describing the capacity to be aware, which means if the time presences are fading then it suggests our consciousness is expanding into areas beyond just the physical world. This is a skill that needs practice to develop.

Again one who focuses only on the material world and never meditates will have a different perception of time. Meditation trains our consciousness to become aware of the metaphysical, which eventually develops into a form of spiritual maturity. Consider that the physical body matures as a function of biological processes, whereas the mind matures via free will choice. What we choose to spend our time on determines how far we can progress, how much we’ve matured in consciousness. If we’re focused only on the material world, the essence of the moment feels rigid and seemingly deterministic, we feel that time runs over us, instead of working with it co-creatively. But when we develop the ability to be present with the metaphysical realms of consciousness and mind, time becomes much more fluid and within our control, because we are the creators of the mental universe of our own making.

Taking all this into consideration, I think the statement is suggesting that our ability to liberate ourselves from the shackles of material time only (space-time) is increasing. And as a result, our ability to expand consciousness into etheric or astral time (time-space or mind space) is increasing as well. But unless we’re actually using our consciousness to gain mental coherence and maturity, we won’t be able to perceive any changes because we’ll only have a material time presence. In other words, individuals who are still lost in material egocentric consciousness will notice very little changes in their ability to perceive time differently, yet those who have been doing the inner work of consciousness will find each moment of now bursting with insight and intuition, if we are brave enough to become still and allow our consciousness to explore these areas.

Another interpretation, which is connected to the first, is that timelines have altered or shifted. And since focused attention collapses probabilities into actualities (a wave into a particle) the act of choosing itself steers the flow of time. As a collective, we share our time experiences via the collective unconscious, while our choices reverberate outwardly in an endless chain of cause and effect. This means that because what we do affects others and, in turn, contributes to their experiential basis of making a choice, we each act like rudders in the rivers of time, diverting it’s currents into new fields of experience as our free will springs forth into action. Therefore, those experiencing timeline shifting or altered states of consciousness brought about by way of spiritual or mental maturity will find it increasingly easier to steer the flow of time in their favor, becoming co-creators with the unfolding now, instead of feeling shackled to the arms of a dead and unkind clock.

“Essence of the moment are the raiment of now.” – The term raiment refers to clothing, or the outward physical appearance of an individual, which can also refer to the physical body as a raiment for the spiritual essence within. The essence of the spirit is clothed in the flesh. And like all clothes, they can be taken off or shed, cast away when the need for them has been met. The phrase essence of the moment is referring to the essence within a moment, a subtle yet dominating thing. Consider that the essence of a moment could be that unique aspect of the infinite creation which is pouring in in a new way right now. In truth, there are no mundane things, there is only an endless stream of novelty pouring out everywhere all at once—something we tend to forget when present only in material time. By this I literally mean, there is never anything being repeated or duplicated. Even if you took an object and placed it in a room that never changed, the fact that time is flowing means that the essences or subtle energy making contact with that object are also always changing. Consider that while you sit and read these words we are rotating around the Earth, which is rotating around the Sun, which is rotating around the galaxy, and so on. Or if you prefer a flat Earth presentation of analogy, the plane of existence we find ourselves in now is constantly shifting in relation to the rest of the surrounding universe. The point being, lack of novelty is an illusion.

Therefore, the essence of the moment are the raminents of the now is most likely suggesting that each moment is a revelation of newness and novelty. In other words that in each moment everything that has existed and currently exists, everywhere in the universe, is influencing what is unfolding in the now. And like our bodies are raiments for the spiritual essence within, the now moment is also a raiment of the essence of the universe, each moment is a reflection of universal essence. Taking a photograph is a similar concept, in that, the scene being captured is unique. Even if you set up a camera so it took 1000 photos every second, each photo would be slightly different and therefore unique. Each photo would capture the universe as it is blossoming within our region of creation. This is in direct contradiction to the 3D time we normally envision, which feels like an endless procession of repeating unnew events—an illusion. But in truth, every moment of now is literally the universe expressing itself for our delight and pleasure, yet if we focus our attention in properly, we’ll miss out on smelling the roses of creation.

“Scenes of enlightenment are viewed.” – The two preceding statements in this update appeared to deal with the effects of altered perceptions of time, most importantly that seeing the novelty or newness of each moment requires an act of will. Once done, the mundane, mechanical and dead experience of time is transcended and the essence of the universe can be perceived within each moment. This would naturally lead to the development of a holistic perception of reality, being present in the material world and the metaphysical world at the same time. In the process, one would begin to see the interconnected nature of all things, that in reality, the same consciousness that fills my mind with awareness also fills all others. I would describe this as a scene of enlightenment being viewed, wherein, through the art of gaining awareness of the inner and outer world (mental maturity via meditation) we can begin to perceive how the material or physical is an expression of the metaphysical, we can perceive the oneness of all things. In the process, the act of observation, of focusing our attention on this reality, grounds it clearly into existence. By observing a scene of enlightenment we literally help bring it into reality.

But to be clear, focused attention isn’t the primary reason this is taking place. The reason we help bring this world of light into the physical is because it corresponds or is an accurate reflection of the truth of existence, creating a channel for synchronization or entrainment to take place. That is to say, merely focusing our attention on something doesn’t manifest it automatically, in the false law of attraction sense. No, instead focusing our attention collapses the fields of probability into form but only in a way that is in harmony with the all. By this I mean, we need not fear imagining things or focusing our attention on something we deem as evil. Focusing on something we think is “bad” will actually help us transmute it into the positive, which is a discussion of how the truth has the power to transform us and the world at large. 

“From the Kingdoms of Light, Nova Gaia arises.” –The phrase kingdom of light is most likely a reference to the metaphysical planes of mind and consciousness, where we are able to actually see the interconnected nature of all things. As we discussed earlier, being present in this reality helps ground it into existence via entrainment. This suggests that part of our role here on Earth is to observe this kingdom of light and allow it to fill us with inspiration so as to act in the material world to bring it into reality. Nova Gaia is the new Earth, that metaphysical world in the causal plane we are manifesting now via our thoughts, emotions and actions. This statement seems to be suggesting that as a result of the changes in how we perceive time, consciousness is liberated from the raiment of the material world and emerges into the world of the metaphysical, where merely by observing a scene of enlightenment we play parts as anchors of nova Gaia. 

PS – In December 2014, when Julian and I were discussing the idea of sharing these updates on the blog, he encouraged me to do more than just share the raw post. He said that we could offer our insights into what they could mean and in doing so create a venue for deep discussion and consciousness exploration. There were many times I wasn’t sure if others found any value in these interpretations, but Julian and others continued to urge me on in this venture. This is just one example of the countless ways he helped me in my life path, for which I am eternally grateful. I want to dedicate these interpretations to him and his memory. I will love you always Julian, and know, that your zeal for creativity and loving service of others continues on.
