(Martin Walsh) Donald Trump has been warning for many months about voter fraud, and another case lends credence to his claims.

A Wisconsin man has been charged with four felonies after he cast two absentee ballots in the 2020 presidential election.
Michael Ray Overall claimed that his voting twice was unintentional, ABC News reported.
Overall said that he registered to vote in St. Croix County in 2007 but sold his house in 2019.
He says he updated his address on his driver’s license to Beloit in May 2020, which is where he moved.
According to the complaint, Overall requested an absentee ballot from St. Croix County last October but said it was mailed to a Rockford, Illinois, address.
About a week later, Overall said he signed the absentee ballot using a Star Prairie, Wisconsin, address, which is in St. Croix County.
The ballot was received before the election.
On October 13, one day after he signed the first absentee ballot, Overall said he registered to vote using a Beloit, Wisconsin, address.
On Oct. 27, Overall voted absentee in person at a voting location in the Town of Beloit, in Rock County.
Overall said an election worker in Rock County told him that his absentee vote there would cancel out his request for the St. Croix County absentee ballot, which he said he remembered filling out but not returning.
“I’ve got memory problems,” Overall said. “I can’t even remember what day it is.”
Overall is now facing one charge of voting by a disqualified person; one charge of providing false information to an election official; one charge of registering to vote in more than one place; and of voting more than once.
Each charge is a Class I felony punishable by a $10,000 fine and up to 3 and a half years in prison, or both.
Donald Trump has been warning about voter fraud for quite some time.
Federal prosecutors in North Carolina said that 24 additional people have been charged in an ongoing probe into voter fraud, including two who are accused of illegally voting in the 2016 presidential election.
The DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office has filed felony election fraud charges against five individuals in connection with the 2020 general election.
According to the Illinois state’s attorney’s office, all five individuals are facing one felony charge of perjury in connection to the election code.
A justice of the peace and three others in Texas were arrested and face 150 charges of voter fraud.
Medina County Justice of the Peace Tomas Ramirez was arrested and is facing one count of organized election fraud, one count of assisting voter voting ballot by mail, and 17 counts of unlawful possession of a ballot or ballot envelope.
Ramirez was arrested after a Bandera Grand Jury indicted him, Leonor Rivas Garza, Eva Ann Martinez, and Mary Balderrama on Feb. 9.
Garza, Martinez, and Balderrama each face one charge of organized election fraud, as well as multiple counts of illegal voting, unlawful possession of a ballot or ballot envelope, election fraud, and other charges.
Ramirez was elected to serve as a justice of the peace in Medina County in 2018. He has since been suspended from the position in light of the charges.
