(Kyle Becker) Voter fraud actually occurred in the 2020 elections. That much is established.

The extent of the voter fraud is unknown, but evidence that the illegal activity occurred around the United States continues to mount. On Friday, dozens of offenders were charged in an ongoing probe of election fraud in the North Carolina election, a state that Donald Trump had won.
“Federal prosecutors in North Carolina said Friday that 24 additional people have been charged in an ongoing probe into voter fraud, including two who are accused of illegally voting in the 2016 presidential election,” the Epoch Times reported.
“Gabriela Guzman-Miguel, 26, and Jose Abraham Navarro, 42, both of Mexico, are accused to have voted despite lacking the legal status to do so,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina said.
“A slew of other defendants were charged with falsely claiming U.S. citizenship in order to register to vote,” the report continued. “Some also engaged in naturalization fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents relating to voter registration, officials said.”
The Epoch Times points out that the defendants came from 15 countries, including Honduras, Iraq, and Canada. If convicted, the offenders would face jail time and fines of up to $350,000.
North Carolina is not the only state, of course, where strong evidence of voter fraud has turned up after the 2020 elections. In Alabama, a judge found that a shocking number of mail-in ballots, 78 percent, were fraudulent in a local election.
“In the sixty-four-page order, Judge Jeff Weill not only calls for a new election but also finds evidence of fraud and criminal activity, in how absentee ballots were handled, how votes were counted, and the actions by some at the polling place,” CBS affiliate WCBI reported.
In Michigan earlier this week, a court ruling found that Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson broke the law by unilaterally changing rules on absentee ballots before the 2020 election.
Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray ruled that Benson violated the state’s Administrative Procedures Act in the case Genetski v. Benson.
Judge Murray ruled Benson violated the law “because the guidance issued by the Secretary of State on October 6, 2020, with respect to signature matching standards was issued in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act (APA),” Breitbart News reported.
Thus, we have found evidence that the following forms of voter fraud did occur in the 2020 elections: Illegal aliens voting, secretaries of state and courts unlawfully changing mail-in ballot rules, and mail-in ballots being illegally processed.
