The report, which was obtained via the Freedom Of Information Act, revealed that healthy beagles were infected with parasites via biting flies.

The experiments were said to be both painful and deadly, and the dogs endured months of pain before being killed.

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) was responsible for funding the research, which was done under the leadership of Dr. Anthony Fauci.

America’s most untrusted doctor is tied to yet another evil scandal.

Fox News broke the story:

A report from the White Coat Waste Project that was based off a Freedom of Information Act request with the National Institutes of Allergy & Infectious Disease found that more than $400,000 in taxpayer money was spent on canine experiments during which beagles were infected with parasites via biting flies.

The Project reported that Dr. Anthony Fauci’s bureaucracy’s budget in 2021 is an estimated $6 billion, and that documents obtained through FOIA show evidence of a study in which otherwise healthy beagles were treated with an experimental medication before being introduced to biting flies that were carrying a parasite known to be contagious to humans.

On “Fox News Primetime,” host Ben Domenech remarked that dog lovers may have an even bigger bone to pick with Fauci than his now-recurring congressional nemesis, Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky.

Paul, a Republican, has questioned the 80-year-old immunologist before Congress in regard to NIH grant funding to the Wuhan lab where the coronavirus is suspected to have originated.

“If Dr. Anthony Fauci thought Rand Paul was mad at him, wait until the animal activists see this,” Domenech said of the NIAID study on beagles.

“A new report shows that under Fauci’s direction, the [NIAID] funded painful and deadly experiments on dogs,” he reported, adding that records obtained by White Coat Waste show the dogs “endured months of pain, and once researchers were done with them, they were killed.”

Justin Goodman, a WCW Project vice president, told Domenech that the testing was likely a case of “not following the science”, adding that the FDA reportedly has said testing on canines isn’t always compatible to human-drug interactions.

The dogs were to be infected with flies that carry a disease-causing parasite that can affect humans. Dr. Anthony Fauci, NIAID and the National Institutes of Health as a whole have been under intense scrutiny in recent months over what types of animal testing should be funded with taxpayer grants in light of questions about gain of function experimentation at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“It’s not just Wuhan,” WCW vice president of advocacy and public policy Justin Goodman told the Daily Caller. “Fauci’s budget has ballooned to over $6 billion in taxpayer funding annually, at least half of which is being wasted on more questionable animal experimentation like these deadly and unnecessary beagle tests and other maximum pain experiments.”

Monthly reports uncovered by WCW state that the dogs at the University of Georgia were “vocalizing in pain” after being injected with experimental compounds. Given that the experimental drug in question, LFGuard, has already been extensively tested on other animals, the Daily Caller inquired with NIAID and Moorhead about the utility of the experiment, but did not receive an answer.

“Fauci needs to be held accountable for this staggering waste and abuse overseas and right here at home. Taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to pay,” Goodman added.

    If this is true it is sad that this will get attention rather than his gruesome experiments with aborted fetuses, like growing human scalps on mice to study the immune system. Him and his wife are the Jezebel and Ahab of our time. I would love for this to be fake news. But that communist style hardness is what he often praises.
