(Cara Castronuova) Trump Attorney Mayor Rudy Giuliani released a statement to The Gateway Pundit (see his full statement below) after The January 6th Unselect Committee Hearing continued to push their baseless conspiracy theory yesterday that somehow President Trump colluded with the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers in an attempt to overturn the election. They have yet to provide a single iota of evidence to support their outright framing and slandering of numerous American Citizens.

Monday’s “Day 2” snooze fest featured a generous amount of screen time for Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-CA. She questioned a handful of dull witnesses who claimed over and over that there was no election fraud.
The committee then proceeded to attack Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and played a montage of news interviews of Giuliani after the 2020 election speaking out about election fraud. To discredit his claims, the committee attempted to paint him negatively as “intoxicated” on election night by playing a clip of former Trump advisor Jason Miller.
In the clip Miller claimed that Giuliani was “definitely intoxicated” on the night of the election.

“The Mayor was definitely intoxicated, but I do not know his level of intoxication when he spoke with the President, for example,” Miller said in a taped deposition.
According to witnesses, this is not true.
“Mr Giuliani attended the election night gathering at the White House,” said a fellow guest on election night that wishes to remain unnamed. “He drank Diet Coke and refused another guest’s offer to get him alcohol. The Mayor shook hands with Newt Gingrich and Revered Franklin Graham, to name a few. It is perplexing why Jason Miller would say such an outright lie.”

“The Jan 6th committee is not trying to seek the truth. Otherwise they would look at what the various states found about election irregularities and illegalities in their states . Watch my latest podcast at RudyGiulianiCS.com to see Antifa’s involvement. As a law abiding citizen my questions are why did Speaker Pelosi refuse National Guard offered by President Trump? Why were some Capitol Officers seen opening doors and inviting people in? What role did the FBI and Antifa play? Did some violent protestors get paid? Why did the committee infer Capitol Officers were killed that day when no officer was killed? Why are they ignoring the murder of unarmed veteran Ashli Babbit? Who is the peaceful protester outside the Capitol who allegedly was beaten by officers? What is going on with the investigation into the pipe bombs left at RNC and DNC?
“This ruthless one sided committee continues to slander the reputations American Citizens with no one on the other side to hit back against their baseless accusations,” said Tina Ryan of Citizens Against Political Persecution. “They are tarnishing the jury pool for the J6ers and making it impossible for them to get a fair trial. And now they are attacking Rudy Guiliani, with Jason Miller saying he was intoxicated. Miller offered no proof whatsoever. That is the definition of slander.“

INVESTIGATOR: Do you remember Rudy Giuliani being at the White House on election night and into the early hours the next morning?
BILL STEPIEN: I do.
INVESTIGATOR: What do you remember about when he came?
BILL STEPIEN: Um, he– he was– there were– I had heard that he was upstairs, you know, in the aforementioned reception area. And he was looking to talk to the president. And it was suggested instead that he come talk to several of us down off the map room.
INVESTIGATOR: You said that Mr.– you had heard that Mr. Giuliani wanted to talk to the president and that he was directed your way. Did you end up talking to Mr. Giuliani when he directed–
BILL STEPIEN: I did. I did.
INVESTIGATOR: What was that conversation?
BILL STEPIEN: A lot of conversations were directed my way. A few of us– myself, Jason Miller, Justin Clark, and Mark Meadows– gathered, um, in a room off the map room to listen to whatever Rudy presumably wanted to say to the president.
INVESTIGATOR: Was there anyone in that conversation who, in your observation, had had too much to drink?
JASON MILLER: Um, Mayor Giuliani.
INVESTIGATOR: Tell me more about that. What was your observation about his potential intoxication during that discussion about what the president should say when he addressed the nation on Election Night?
JASON MILLER: The mayor was definitely intoxicated. But I did not, um, know his level of intoxication when he spoke with the president, for example.
Giuliani has been outspoken about Justice for January 6th and is no stranger to political persecution. Please see his informative podcast here about the January 6th video that is being covered up. He goes in deep:
“Rudy has been right about the Russia Hoax, the crimes in Hunter Biden’s laptop, and irregularities and illegalities during the 2020 election,” said J6 Advocate and Newsmax Host John Tabacco. “Not to mention he considered by many to be the greatest Mayor in the history of New York City. It is disgraceful that the Unselect Committee would chose to paint him in such negative way after what he has done for America. The same goes for what they are doing to President Trump.”

Wednesday is the date of the next Unselect Misinformation Committee Hearing, which are scheduled to run up until October.
“Right before the midterm elections,” said Tabacco. “How convenient. If a government committee is knowingly manipulating and deceiving the American public by distorting the facts and not telling both sides of the story that is the definition of ‘manipulating the outcome of an election’.”
“January 6th was at the culmination of an attempted coup, a brazen attempt, as one journalist put it shortly after January 6th, to overthrow the government,” Wacky Chairman Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss. told the public, actually quoting the fake news media as a credible source. Thompson rambled on about the Ku Klux Klan, slavery and lynching- completely unrelated to the subject matter- again in an attempt to grossly misrepresent January 6th protesters.

“There was no widespread fraud in the 2020 election. There was no widespread fraud in the 2020 election. There was no widespread fraud in the 2020 election,” recited Committee member Rep. Lofgren, D-Califonia and others repeatedly during the hearing.
“These hearings are basically amounting to the Democrats and co-conspirator Liz Cheney in mind control mode- drilling over and over again into the brains of Americans that there was no election fraud in 2020,” said Ryan. “If the truth was on their side, they wouldn’t need to convince Americans by using massive public hearings that seem like political theater and propaganda. Why are they still so aggressively defensive?”
According to Liz Cheney, Vice-Chair of the committee, Trump conspired to remain in power by any means possible and drew up a “seven point plan” to do so. This can and will be disproven as it is simply not true.
After two long boring days of hearings, there has been no further reference or evidence of this so called baseless “seven point plan”.
“That is because it does not exist,” said Tina Ryan of Citizens Against Political Persecution. “There will be a day of reckoning for the January 6th Committee Swamp Creatures for outright framing American citizens- orchestrated at the highest levels of government. They have conspired to use everyday guys- the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers- as the fall guys so they can keep Trump out of office. They are wrecking the reputations of great American Patriots like Mayor Rudy Giuliani to fit their narrative. It is only a matter of time before the January 6th Committee is fully exposed.”
