Dominion Voting Systems plans to file a defamation lawsuit against MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell.
One month earlier Dominion warned Lindell in a cease and desist letter to stop saying Dominion Voting Systems caused election fraud.
Lindell responded by saying “Please sue me”.

Newsweek broke the story, see what they had to say:
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has said he welcomes litigation from Dominion Voting Systems after the voting machine company informed him of its intent to sue him over his public and unfounded claims that their machines allowed widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential elections.
Lindell, an ally of President Donald Trump, and other Republicans have repeatedly stated that Dominion’s voting machines helped steal the election in favor of President-elect Joe Biden.
“Despite knowing your implausible attacks against Dominion have no basis in reality, you have participated in the vast and concerted misinformation campaign to slander Dominion,” stated a December 23 letter to Lindell from Dominion’s legal representatives, the Clare Locke LLP law firm. “You have positioned yourself as a prominent leader of the ongoing misinformation campaign…. Litigation regarding these issues is imminent.”
In response, Lindell said, “I welcome Dominion to sue me. I welcome it. Please. Please sue me… and then you can show us all about your machines,” according to Forbes.

Yahoo News added more details on Dominion’s suit against Lindell:
“Lindell has doubled down and tripled down. He has made himself a higher public profile with his documentary,” Tom Clare, an attorney representing Dominion, told The Daily Beast on Tuesday afternoon. Clare confirmed in a brief phone call that Dominion would be filing suit against Lindell “imminently.”
The suit would make Lindell the third pro-Trump figure sued by Dominion after the company filed $1.3 billion suits against attorneys Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani.
When reached for comment on Tuesday, Lindell was, characteristically, defiant. “That would so make my day because then they would have to go into discovery, and that would make my job a lot easier,” he said in a phone interview. “It’ll be faster for me to get to the evidence, and to show the people in the public record the evidence we have about these machines… I will not stop until every single person on the planet knows, whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican, what these machines did to us.”
Dominion thinks if they sue Giuliani, Powell and Lindell for billions of dollars they will start to crack but they won’t.
They aren’t controlled by money so intimidating them with lawsuits for billions of dollars won’t do a thing.
