(Patty McMurray) Hundreds of Americans are still locked up, many of them are in solitary confinement and have been denied bail for their part in entering the US Capitol on Jan 6th. Curiously many of the protesters were let into the Capitol building by Capitol Police. In the video, below, you can see a large group of protesters entering the Capitol while one of the Capitol Police officers can be heard saying, “I disagree with you, but I respect your rights…” while another Capitol Police officer can be heard saying, “C’mon, c’mon,” as he appears to be inviting them inside.

How quickly Americans forget about the violence that took place on the streets of Washington DC during President Trump’s inauguration.
The threat against President Trump and his supporters who were attending his inauguration was very real. Antifa rioters and other leftist agitators were only a “couple of blocks” from where President Trump and First Lady Melania were about to come up Pennsylvania Avenue.

WATCH this incredible video of Blac Block and Antifa anarchists in Washington DC, as they literally destroyed city blocks of buildings with crowbars, hammers, baseball bats, and police batons during President Trump’s inauguration:
Only days after Trump’s election, elected Democrat officials like Seattle Councilmember Kshama Sawant called for uprisings in Washington DC, as she shouted threats from a microphone in front of a large crowd of angry radicals, “We are going to shut it down!” she yelled, while the crowd cheered.
It’s now being reported by ABC News that the city of Washington has reached a $1.6 million settlement in two lawsuits that included allegations of arrests without cause and excessive force on protestors during the inauguration of former President Donald Trump in January 2017.
The two lawsuits were brought by the American Civil Liberties Union of the District of Columbia and attorney Jefferey Light, on behalf of protesters.
The ACLU said in a statement about the settlement Monday that the lawsuit alleged that then-Police Chief Peter Newsham and more than 20 officers “engaged in or supervised constitutional violations including mass arrests of demonstrators without probable cause, unlawful conditions of confinement for detainees, and/or use of excessive force.”
The ACLU said that even though just a few protesters caused damage and engaged in violence, police rounded up more than 200 protestors and “detained them without access to food, water, or restrooms for up to 16 hours.”
Will the Capitol Police who moved away to let the protesters up to the steps of the Capitol also be sued by Trump supporters, Antifa, and BLM radicals who made it inside of the Capitol?

It’s like whoever is President is the most important thing. Which means it is the most important office on earth. Which means the process for electing the president must be protected at all costs as it is the most important position there is as every last one of us suffers the office’s decisions.
