Civil War Between Medical Professionals Heats up as America’s Frontline Doctors Sue the HHS

(Ryan DeLarme)  America’s Frontline Doctors, a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization, has been engaged in an information war with the likes of the CDC, the WHO, and many other organizations over the safety and effectiveness of the Covid-19 Vaccines, among many other things. On July 19, AFD filed a motion seeking immediate injunctive relief to stop the emergency use authorization of COVID-19 vaccines to 3 different groups of people.

The three groups of Americans mentioned above include anyone under the age of 18, anyone who has recovered from COVID-19, and those who haven’t given informed consent as defined by federal law.

The motion was filed against Xavier Becerra, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and other defendants in a federal district court in the Northern District of Alabama.

“The emergency declaration and its multiple renewals are illegal,” the complaint (pdf) alleges.

According to the AFD:

A knowledgeable AFLDS source inside the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) stated that deaths occurring within 72 hours of COVID-19 shot injection are significantly underreported in the publicly available VAERS database maintained by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA). “This is shocking,” the source said, “and informed consent, which is required under the law, is impossible when safety data is so misleading.” As of July 9th, reported deaths in VAERS totaled 10,991. Of those, 4,593 were within 72 hours of vaccination. The CDC source has provided a sworn statement that the actual number of deaths are, conservatively, five times higher, meaning that as of publication, we are approaching at least 55,000 vaccine-related deaths.

The complaint states that there is no “serious or life-threatening disease or conditions,” and according to the defendants’ own data, the virus has an overall survivability rate of 99.8 percent globally, “on a par with the seasonal flu.”

The amalgamated media (collectively owned by BlackRock and Vanguard) would have you believe that the medical professionals of the world are in complete agreement across the board, “following the science” while everyone who dissents is either stupid or intentionally dangerous. This is completely fabricated, of course, as with the advent of COVID the medical industry has never been so divided.

Here are a few concerns that the increasing number of dissenting physicians have brought up:

• There is corruption and conflicts of interest in the CDC, FDA, WHO, and NIH whereby big pharma has influence and power over the interpretation of the outcomes/science and the related safety of vaccines. The Institute of Medicine (IOM) has persistently urged HHS to perform such studies since 1991. HHS has assiduously refused.  There is, therefore, no way to scientifically claim that a specific vaccine averts more harms, including deaths, than it causes.
• The latest data and science show that specific vaccines are unequivocally not safe. Yet government officials – with well-documented conflicts of interest with the $50 billion vaccine industry – systematically obscure the risks while exaggerating the benefits of vaccines.
• The government has quietly admitted culpability by paying out over $4 billion for thousands of injuries and deaths caused by vaccines underscoring that vaccine injuries can and do happen, including autism. And, an HHS-funded study concluded that fewer than 1% of vaccine injuries are even reported.
• Big Pharma is exerting influence over WHO, FDA, and CDC to fast track and short cut safety studies in order to gain more profits faster. Big Pharma has zero financial risk when children get vaccine-injured because the government prevents victims from suing big pharma – resulting in big pharma not being concerned about child vaccine safety.

As per the Children’s Health Defense:

The pharmaceutical industry enforces policy discipline through agency budgets. The World Health Organization (WHO) gets roughly half its budget from private sources, including Pharma and its allied foundations.  And CDC, frankly, is a vaccine company; it owns 56 vaccine patents and buys and distributes $4.6 billion in vaccines annually through the Vaccines for Children program, which is over 40% of its total budget. Further, Pharma directly funds, populates and controls dozens of CDC programs through the CDC foundation.  A British Medical Journal editorial excoriates CDC’s sweetheart relationship with pharma quotes UCLA Professor of Medicine Jerome R. Hoffman “most of us were shocked to learn the CDC takes funding from industry… It is outrageous that industry is apparently allowed to punish the CDC if the agency conducts research that has potential to cut into profits.”

So, it’s little surprise that the Medical industry is at war with itself and little wonder why it is not being widely reported on as it should be.

As for America’s Frontline Doctors’ case, it is just one of many symptoms stemming from an increasingly disillusioned contingent of medical professionals. The plaintiffs allege that health care professionals and vaccine candidates aren’t being adequately informed about the vaccines, as the federal law requires.

“No one ever provided me with any information regarding possible adverse reactions, nor did they provide me with any information regarding alternative treatments. I did not understand this was gene therapy rather than a traditional vaccine. Again, I also did not understand that the vaccines were not ‘approved’ by the FDA,” plaintiff Angelia Deselle said in a declaration included in the lawsuit.

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) was established to provide information regarding adverse events potentially caused by vaccines. The complaint states that VAERS isn’t accurate and that the federal government is failing to provide data from other sources, such as the military, Medicare, and Medicaid.

According to the complaint, a patient can’t give informed consent without an understanding of the risks.

 

Whistleblower Alleges VAERS Playing Down Vaccine Deaths

One of the biggest obscured data points is the real number of Vaccine related deaths.

a computer programmer with expertise in the health care data analytics field filed a sworn statement indicating that the actual number of deaths following the COVID-19 vaccination is about 45,000.

“It is my professional estimate that VAERS database, while extremely useful, is under-reported by a conservative factor of at least 5. On July 9, 2021, there were 9,048 deaths reported in VAERS,” Jane Doe said in her statement (pdf).

“I queried data from CMS medical claims with regard to vaccines and patient deaths, and have assessed that the deaths occurring within 3 days of vaccination are higher than those reported in VAERS by a factor of at least 5. This would indicate the true number of vaccine-related deaths was at least 45,000.”

Despite this, President Joe Biden has praised the vaccines as safe and effective.

“You know, some people have questions about how quickly the vaccines were developed. They say they’ve been developed so quickly, they can’t be that good. Well, here’s what you need to know: Vaccines were developed over a decade of research in similar viruses, and they’ve gone through strict FDA clinical trials,” Biden said last month.

“The bottom line is this—I promise you: They are safe. They are safe. And even more importantly, they’re extremely effective.”
