(Stillness in the Storm Editor) The southernmost continent of Antarctica has been in the news of late. First John Kerry flew there in November, allegedly to observe the effects of climate change. Then, Buzz Aldrin, the second man to walk on the Moon, announced he was going there earlier this week on a tourist trip. But now after a medical complication, he has been evacuated. What could be happening?
Several researchers into alternative history, along with supportive evidence such as a radio interview with Admiral Byrd, suggest that there are things of great interest to the people of Earth in Antarctica. Apparently, there are massive under-ice caverns there, which were documented recently.
Furthermore, several whistleblowers, namely Corey Goode and William Tompkins, have suggested that several large secret bases exist there, some controlled by a nefarious reptilian group of extraterrestrials that have “watched over” human society for thousands of years.
The Nazi’s allegedly built out bases on the icy continent over 70 years ago, with the help of the alliances they made there, according to Tompkins and Goode. Furthermore, the Cabal-run governments of the world, with the U.S. being one of the more prominent nation states, are allegedly controlled by secretive forces that may have fled down to their Antarctic bases out of fear that political shifts in power have taken place in the world. Although we cannot know for certain what is taking place, there are too many correlations to ignore.

As a final point, consider that Aldrin—and every other person who was cleared to walk on the lunar surface—was apparently briefed about the existence of extraterrestrials they would likely encounter during the Moon landing mission, according to several whistleblowers. This would make him a potential candidate to visit Antarctica if a secret meeting was taking place there. If the Cabal has begun to lose control over society, as some have suggested, it would mean that strategy meetings would likely need to take place to figure out away to maintain control.
Could these recent trips be meetings between secret forces that control the planet from behind the scenes? At this point, all we can do is speculate.

Buzz Aldrin, who walked on the surface of the moon with Neil Armstrong in 1969, has been medically evacuated from the South Pole, the National Science Foundation said.
The plane carrying the 86-year-old former astronaut arrived on Thursday afternoon in New Zealand, where he was checked into a hospital in stable condition with “fluid in his lungs,” according to a statement on his website. The statement said he was responding well to antibiotics, and was in good spirits.

Aldrin was visiting Antarctica as part of a tourist group. In a Tweet about the trip on Monday, Aldrin wrote, “We’re ready to go to Antarctica! May be our last opportunity to tweet for a few days! We’re go for departure to the launchpad!” and tagged his manager, Christina Korp, and another apparent travel companion.
A second Tweet showed Aldrin and a group of about a dozen travelers whom he referred to as “Buzz’s Polar Penguins.”
The tourist company with which they were traveling said in a statement that Aldrin’s condition had “deteriorated” during his visit to the South Pole station.
The statement from White Desert continued:
“As a precaution, following discussion between the White Desert doctor and the US Antarctic Program (USAP) doctor, Mr Aldrin, accompanied by a member of his team, was evacuated on the first available flight out of the South Pole. … His condition was described as stable upon White Desert doctor’s hand-over to the USAP [medical] team.”
The National Science Foundation, which manages the U.S. Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station, said in a statement that it had provided the evacuation flight on Thursday from the South Pole station to another U.S.-run station on the Antarctic coast, and then to New Zealand.
The NSF said the first leg of the evacuation was on a ski-equipped cargo plane flown by the Air National Guard, which provides planes to and from U.S. installations in Antarctica.
Aldrin was one of three astronauts on NASA’s Apollo 11 mission to the moon, on which he was tasked as the lunar module pilot and rendezvous expert. A live video allowed people on Earth to watch as he and Armstrong became the first two men to set foot on the moon’s surface.
Aldrin retired from NASA in 1971. In recent years, he has advocated for a manned mission to Mars.
