The undercover investigation began on December 9 when investigators used “several decoy advertisements” on websites known for prostitution to find suspects soliciting sex with minors, TBI said.

The investigation was carried out by TBI, the Chattanooga Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, the Community Coalition Against Human Trafficking and Willowbend Farms, a nonprofit organization that provides support for human trafficking survivors.

Yet ,here we are, a deceased woman that DDA calls “she deserved what happened to her”, the Justice Supervisor states “we do not investigate deaths with drugs on scene (even if not hers), and after 4 prior attempts on her life (thrown from moving vehicle – eyewitness, strangled by her professor – on video, overdosed when police first find her – injection where she could not self inject (includes human bites, hair yanked by roots, strangulation, burns, cuts, rope burns, and rape). TBI knows the traffickers but were dismissed by LADA. FBI knows the traffickers but Agent Coit, LA calls this a “conspiracy theory”, and nothing is done.
