Trump reportedly granted pardons to 15 people leading up to the holiday season, including Dutch son-in-law of Russian billionaire German Khan, Alex van der Zwaan, who was sentenced to a 30-day prison sentence and fined $20,ooo, and three former Republican lawmakers.
