BIS: BEing and DOing- UPDATE – Understanding what the UCC filings are in Absolute Context

If I am understanding this update correctly, the filing that we thought was filed by BIS in attempt to secure the Eternal Essence filing was actually a duplicate filing made by the system and not actually BIS.

Here is the final comment I made on the thread I shared on Facebook:

Know this: none of the paperwork matters anymore. What matters is what you know in your heart. Do you all KNOW you’re eternal essence? If so then that’s all you need. Not some documents. The filings were more of an energetic doing than anything else. The hierarchy all the way up to the top is managed by energetic accounting, which is where the filings had the greatest impact. Now everyone is just waiting around for the evidence. Stop waiting. It’s here. Close your eyes and feel it. One day soon we will ALL see it with our own eyes. Many have already. It matters not what everyone “believes” in this moment. It is all speculation and assumption based on many perceptions. Go with your gut. And Stacy there is absolutely NEVER anything to worry about, so whatever it is you’re holding onto let it go and let it flow my dear friend. Close your eyes and take a breath. In that breath you will find peace. Everything in our external world is a reflection of what is happening in our own self constructed internal Universe. Last Night Brian Kelly posted an exciting article that I reposted  : “BIS: BEing and Doing…? Why the Banking Documents Were Not Accepted”




As Brian explained in the article, he was sent a screen shot of the UCC filing search that was done by someone.  Brian showed the (rather poor quality) jpg to Heather who was sitting at the next table over, and everything steam rolled from there.


There was a lot of conversation last night in the various skype rooms, facebook pages and on Brian’s comment section of his blog.  Oliver sent us copies of much clearer screen shots that he captured and they were given serious inspection.


This morning I passed on a comment made by a friend of mine in the ONE skype room to Heather:

Just for grins, I went and dug up the .pdf copy of doc#2013032026, the one that was filed on March 18th of last year. Sure enough, there in box 7, under the heading of “CHANGED (NEW) OR ADDED INFORMATION:” it reads “BANK FOR INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENTS” and at the bottom of the page, under the heading of “NAME OF SECURED PARTY OF RECORD AUTHORIZING THIS AMENDMENT” it says “ETERNAL ESSENCE”.

So to me, it sounds like they switched the names between Grantor and Grantee? Not entirely clear on that…
The document appears to be adding the BIS to the collateral listed in the filings…

This was Heather’s reply:

….that is correct.

[9:04:16 AM] HEATHER: but as a DEBTOR PARTY….it is an automatic field that comes up for listing DEBTORS to the secured party when you start any filing.

Those were the filings of eternal essence that we did.  The screen shot was not read correctly.  My apologies for not paying adequate energy into what you were showing me last night. (bow)

You brought that screen shot to my attention, only, I did not pay attention fully to what it was you were showing me! (facepalm)(chuckle)

NO EXCUSE, just fact….I AM DO’ing at the moment and completely focused on that DO’ing!(heart)…
