(Jim Hoft) Micajah Jackson is a January 6 defendant. He was arrested in May 2021 and charged with entering the US Capitol and walking around on January 6 of last year. Micajah was also charged with disorderly, violent entry, demonstrating in a Capitol Building, and being disruptive.

Micajah Jackson pleaded guilty to one charge n November — parading, demonstrating, or picketing in the Capitol Building.  His sentencing is scheduled for February 25, 2022.

In January Micajah confronted another Jan. 6 protester who was later removed from the FBI’s most-wanted list and who brought a gun inside the Capitol.

The suspect who was removed from the FBI’s most-wanted list is Luke Phillip Robinson.

Sure enough.  The FBI deleted Luke Phillip Robinson’s profile #343 from their online list. 

Luke Robinson was ONE of only THREE individuals who was later removed from the FBI’s most-wanted list along with Ray Epps and one other.

Notice, they still have grandma pictured as 342!

In January Micajah confronted Luke Phillip Robinson aka. “Ginger Gun” in Arizona. Robinson was at the Jan 6 protests. He had a firearm and was wearing an earpiece. The FBI later removed him from their most-wanted list.

On Monday the DOJ leaked documents to the leftist media before sending it to Micajah’s attorneys.

The DOJ wants Micajah to spend 60 days in prison for walking into the US Capitol on January 6.

Micajah reached out to The Gateway Pundit earlier today. The DOJ also lied about this veteran when they accused him of leaving the state to travel to Montana. Micajah has all of the communications between his attorneys and the pre-trial officers. He was attending his grandfather’s funeral.

Ryan Reilly from NBC News received a copy of the court documents before Micajah’s attorneys did. Reilly was tweeting about this earlier today.

Micajah Jackson released this statement to The Gateway Pundit this evening.

Why is the DOJ targeting me for peacefully & respectfully asking Luke Robinson why he was removed from the FBI wanted list regarding January 6th, 2021? Why is the DOJ using “opinionated” statements in Government memos to underguard the sacredness of our judicial system? As a American citizen and as a disabled Veteran where is my justice for government & public wrong doings.

Darkness may be glooming around me. However, I have the Holy Spirit watching over my soul as a follower of Jesus Christ. I pray for our nation, I pray for our fascist government, I pray for every J6 prisoner being persecuted, I pray for my enemies, and I pray for peace in our nation. The government will not get the best of me. I will be glorified by God Almighty to show our country what the meaning of the true American spirit. The day is coming when true American citizens will see justice for the wrong doings being done in our country. God always repays his blessings to his people!

You can throw me in jail, but you cannot stop the American spirit. Martin Luther King Jr. was thrown in jail and it did not stop the civil rights movement. I will continue to grow as a young man, stay sober from Alcohol, finish my studies un college in order to become a Professor, and run for office to serve the American people of this great Godly nation.
