Fulford’s Report:
Since many people have only recently discovered there is a secret financial war going on for the planet earth, we have decided to provide a summary as we start our annual sabbatical. This year it will be in the Japanese alps and only for two weeks because of the intense secret war now raging. The information here comes Asian and European royals, intelligence agencies, secret societies etc. gleaned during the two decades I have been involved in this secret war.
Although the war has been raging for millennia, we will start in 1913. That is the year a group of bankers took control of creating and distributing money away from the US Congress and created the Federal Reserve Board.
Having seized control of the US, the bankers immediately set into motion their plan to start World War I. This war led to the destruction of the German, Austro-Hungarian and Ottoman Empires.
At the end of the war, at the Treaty of Versailles, Germany was forced to pay 132 billion gold marks as compensation. The only people who could provide Germany with so much gold were the Asian royals.
As background, since Roman times the Asians have been sending spices, silk, ceramics etc. to the West and receiving gold and silver as payment. As a result of this, 85% of the worlds’ gold stocks are in Asia.
The deal the Germans reached with the Asian royals resulted in the creation of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in 1930. According to Asians royals a secret deal was reached that, in exchange for Asian gold, promised the creation of a global parliament with royals acting as guardians. The Asians were told this would require World War II in order for it to be set up.
In preparation for this war, US Secretary of the Treasury Henry Morgenthau went around Asia in the 1930’s collecting gold in exchange for Treaty of Versailles boxes containing bonds denominated in countless trillions of dollars.
Of special importance was gold evacuated from China by US warships in 1938 to prevent it from falling into Japanese hands. In exchange for this gold, the US gave the Chinese Kuomintang Party 60 year bonds and promised to return the gold at the end of the 60 years.
At the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944 the Asians provided gold to back the US dollar as the main post war international currency. The winners of World War II: The US, England, France, the Soviet Union and Kuomintang China (now Taiwan) were given a 50 year mandate to develop the world.
However, when the victors of the war broke their promise to develop the world and only modernized countries they controlled, the Asian royals stopped giving gold to the Westerners.
Also, after the Cuban missile crisis of 1962 nearly led to all out global thermonuclear war, US President John F. Kennedy decided to take control of the US dollar away from the Federal Reserve Board. He made a deal with Indonesian President Sukarno, a senior Asian royal, to get gold to back Kennedy dollars he was going to issue. The result was then Israeli Prime Minister David ben Gurion, acting on the orders of the Khazarian mafia controllers of the FRB, had Kennedy assassinated. Later, the CIA murdered over one million Indonesians and deposed Sukarno in 1967.
The Asians retaliated by selling all the US dollars they had and converting them into gold. As a result the US began to run out of gold and so, in 1971 during the so-called Nixon shock, the US dollar was taken off the gold standard.
Then in 1974 Nixon made a 50-year deal with Saudi Arabia to create the petrodollar. That deal ran out in June of 2024.
The US also made a secret deal with communist China in 1978. They gave the last of the imperial Chinese gold they had to the Chinese Communist Party and promised to help modernize China.
Now we fast forward to 1998. In that year the US did not return the gold it “borrowed” from Kuomintang China (Taiwan) 60 years earlier as promised. The Taiwanese sued the US in the International Court of Justice. The US argued they did not have to pay back the gold because they already gave what was left to Communist China. The US lost the case and was ordered to return the gold by September 12th, 2001. Instead, on September 11, 2001 the US government blew up the World Trade Center, It also blew up World Trade Center Building number 7 where all the financial documents related to the gold were stored.
This began the massive Khazarian Mafia project for a New American Century that involved invading the Middle East while simultaneously releasing bio-weapons in an attempt to kill off most of the worlds’ population.
My own involvement in this war started in earnest in 2006 when I confronted former Japanese Finance Minister Heizo Takenaka over why he handed over control of all the companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange to hedge funds controlled by the Rothchilds, Rockefellers etc.
A week after that interview Takenaka sent a self-described ninja assassin who offered me the job of Finance Minister of Japan and great wealth but only if I went along with a plan to kill 90% of humanity in order to “save the environment.” He also conveyed to me that Takenaka was forced to hand over Japan’s listed companies because it had been threatened with an attack by earthquake weapons.
The following week I was contacted by a representative of an Asian secret society. They said they had 8 million members including hundreds of thousands of professional assassins. They offered me protection but said their society could only be used for the greater good.
Since I was unwilling to go along with a plot to kill 90% of humanity, I ended up joining the Asian secret society. When I met their leadership I found out about a secret network of the losers of World War II. It turns out the Japanese and Germans kept a secret network of submarines and submarine bases which they used for smuggling after the war. The defeated Japanese set up in North Korea where they manufactured amphetamines. The Germans set up in South America where they manufactured cocaine and grew marijuana. The Kuomintang Chinese who lost the Chinese civil war in 1949 set up heroin production in the golden triangle of South East Asia. The money earned smuggling drugs was to be used to overthrow the winners of World War II. The George Bush Senior part of the CIA that took over from the Nazi Gestapo was involved in this business. That is why the Latin drug lords say CIA stands for Cocaine Importing Agency.
The people who I met said they had worked in heroin production with the CIA in Vietnam. They said they stopped working with the Khazarian Mafia after they found out SARS was a bioweapon designed to kill only Asians. They also introduced me to their CIA counterparts who agreed to work with us.
At around the same time, Princess Kaoru Nakamaru -a grand-daughter of the Meiji Emperor- contacted me and handed me a list with thousands of names on it. These were the members of the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderbergers etc. In other words it was the leadership of the Khazarian mafia. She told me these were the people responsible for 911.
That is when I got inspiration from the Quentin Tarantino movie Kill Bill. In that movie there was scene where two women assassins were engaged in a vicious fight to the death. The battle ended suddenly when one of them plucked out the only eye her opponent had, thus blinding her and ending the fight.
The Asian assassins were given the list of names of the Western elite. They were told they could end the battle by plucking out the eye, or killing the KM leadership. The Asian agreed to do this. They also agreed to stop financing the US Corporation.
After this I was informed that David Rockefeller was in Tokyo. Since I knew US bigwigs stayed at the Hotel Okura next to the US embassy, I called there and got an appointment to interview him. Of course I could have just sent assassins instead but I am a journalist, not a gangster so I chose to interview him instead.
This individual owned the UN, the BIS, the World Bank, the IMF and had a controlling interest in most of the Fortune 500 corporations. He was the eye of the pyramid at the time. The forensic investigative trail led to him and to members of the Rothschild family as the people who used earthquake weapons to force the Japanese government to hand over control of all major Japanese corporations.
However, the fact we were able to contact him in the flesh appeared to
have forced the KM to suspend their plans for World War III.
It also opened up a Pandora’s box of secret societies. Soon the gnostic illuminati showed up. They claimed they had started the American, French and Russian revolutions and were now planning a world revolution. Then the P2 Freemasons send Leo Zagami over to meet me. They claimed they had been running the planet for 26,000 years according to a plot given to them by extra-terrestrial beings. They said the plot was run according to the movements of the planets. The Russian FSB, the North Koreans, the Assassins, the Pentagon, MI6 and a whole gamut of other people also showed up.
We will talk more about these secret societies and their activities next week. For now we will look at the aftermath of the Asian threat. This was known to the rest of the world as the Lehman Shock. What really happened is the US got cut off from external trade.
After that the George Bush Sr., Nazi faction of the KM staged a brilliant campaign of deception. They promised to turn a black communist by the name of Barack Obama into President. They also offered massive bribes of Iraqi oil to key members of the Asian group.
The result was the Asians agreed to provide 700 tons of gold owned by an Asian royal by the name of Yohanes Riyadi to the FRB. This was then leveraged over 1000 times to create $23 trillion to keep the US Corporation in business.
At the same time, the Asians told me that I had to obey them absolutely and completely. If they said white was black and black was white, I had to go along with it. I told them they would never get my blind loyalty. As a result, the removed my protection and cut me off. I was then informed by the assassin sent to me originally by Takenaka that a murder contract was placed on me by his backer Henry Kissinger and his boss David Rockefeller.
This was why I was forced to go to the headquarters of the Yamaguchi gumi –the worlds’ largest mob syndicate- with a megaphone. In the end the Japanese underworld offered me protection. At the same time, the white dragon society was set up by members of the Russian FSB, the CIA, the Pentagon, MI6, the P3 freemasons etc. to fight the KM plot to kill 90% of humanity.
In addition to installing Obama, the KM had a more sinister plot in the works. This was the nuclear weapon and tsunami attack against Fukushima, Japan on March 11, 2011, known in Japan as 311.
Here is what I wrote about this shortly after it happened:
My sources for what I am about to write include Japanese military intelligence, former Prime Minister Naoto Kan (whom I have known personally for many years), members of the crew that smuggled the nuclear weapons used in the attack into Japan, members of both the French and British branches of the Rothschild family, senior CIA agents and a member of the team that actually drilled the nuclear weapons into the seabed before the 311 attack.
The first thing you need to know is that the attack was planned many years before it happened. The Japanese business magazine Zaikai Tembo, citing a CIA report, wrote in February of 2007 that the US had decided that Japan was getting too much of its energy from nuclear power and that if that trend continued, Japan would no longer be dependent on US controlled oil and thus would no longer have to obey the US. The conclusion of the report was that the best way to ensure Japan remained a colony would be to destroy the Tokyo Electric Power company, the people who ran the Fukushima plant.
Senator J. Rockefeller, whose family controls (through foundations) General Electric, the manufacturers of the plant, was deeply involved in this operation. As a preliminary to destroying Japan’s nuclear power generation capability, Westinghouse and General Electric sold their nuclear power plant manufacturing businesses to Toshiba and Hitachi. This was insider trading at the highest level and Hitachi and Toshiba should sue.
The ongoing attempt in recent years by an Asian secret society to wrest control of global finance from Western oligarch families is a bigger back-ground to the Fukushima sub-plot.
For example, Democratic Party of Japan Finance Minister Shoichi Nakagawa was asked at a G7 meeting to hand over $100 billion to the cabal. He answered that he would raise the money by selling $100 billion worth of US Treasury bonds. He was going to say this at the press conference that followed the G7 meeting so he was drugged to prevent him from doing so. Later, when he returned to Japan, he was murdered by CIA death squads.
Getting back to Fukushima, the refusal of the Japanese Democratic Party and authorities to hand over any real hard currency to the Western Oligarch families, resulted in the decision to go ahead with the Fukushima operation as a way of intimidating the Japanese once again into surrender and obedience.
One key source of mine, who has variously gone by the names of Richard Sorge, Alexander Romanov, etc., was part of a multi-agency Western ring involved in smuggling drugs into Japan. I have confirmed through a long term acquaintance by the name of Steve McClure, a supposed music journalist, that Richard Sorge was his long term supplier of drugs.
In any case, Sorge told me that he was summoned to Pattaya, Thailand, by a member of the British Special Air Service, a South African going by the name of Spencer and told to bring 70 kilograms of “thai stick” Marijuana, heavily laced with mind destroying chemicals and approach me. He was told to tell me to introduce the yakuza to him or else I would be killed. The Yakuza told me it was a trap and to keep away from it, which I did. Sorge also told me that when he was in Thailand, he was shown a 700 kiloton nuclear missile that was stolen from the sunken Russian submarine the Kursk. This missile was smuggled into Japan together with the drugs.
The man overseeing the smuggling operation was a former Hong Kong deputy police commissioner by the name of Stephens, according to Sorge and Spencer. The man in overall operational control of this operation against Japan was General Richard Meyers, according to CIA and other sources.
Based in subsequent interviews with members of Pentagon military intelligence and MI5, the route taken by the missile to Japan has been identified. It was part of a batch of four nuclear missiles stolen from the Kursk by Nazi underground forces who took them to their submarine base in the Atlantic Island of Sao Tome, according to MI5. From there, it was taken to another submarine base in New Guinea, according to Pentagon Military intelligence.
From there it was taken to the Philippines Yatch club where Stevens’ crew then took it by yacht to a remote island on the Okinawan archipelago. From there it was transported by fishing boat to the port of Kyushu. From Kyushu, the missile was taken by van to a property owned by former Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone in Hi No De Cho, in Western Tokyo. From there it was taken to the North Korean Citizen’s organization headquarters near the Yasukuni shrine, according to Sorge.
Sorge risked his life and has survived multiple murder attempts because he attempted to warn the Japanese authorities about the impending nuclear terror attack. He told them the missile was at Nakasone’s property and he told me as well. The Japanese authorities ignored our warnings. Later we again told them the missile was located at the North Korean headquarters in Japan.
For his efforts, Sorge was arrested by plain clothes police who ignored his warnings about impending nuclear terror and instead asked him to testify falsely that I was a drug dealer.
A South African/British agent by the name of Michael Meiring, who had both legs blown off by a bomb he said was set by George Herbert Walker Bush Senior also began contacting me around this time. He came to me under the name of Dr. Michael Van de Meer and he showed me a bullet proof attaché case, 7 passports and an Uzi machine-gun. Dr. Van de Meer told me that Tony Blair had bragged I would be arrested on drug charges.
In any case, Japanese authorities failed to react to our warnings and the bomb was loaded onto the deep sea drilling ship Chikyu. Local news reports place the Chikyu drilling into the seabed off-shore from Sendai in the months before the March 11, 2011 Tsunami and nuclear terror attack against Japan.
Furthermore, multiple witnesses have come forth to testify that the Prime Minister Naoto Kan was seen inside the Japan Freemason headquarters building near Tokyo tower on the day before the 311 attack. He was being shown a map of Japan missing the Tohoku region where the tsunami it.
The Israeli company Magna BSP was in charge of security at the Fukushima nuclear plant at the time. A Miyagi prefectural government official says employees of this company loaded plutonium into the plant against his will in the months before 311.
Immediately after the tsunami and nuclear terror attack began, Prime Minister Naoto Kan was asked to order the evacuation of 40 million people from the Kanto plain, Kan said during a press conference at the Foreign Correspondent’s Club of Japan.
He also received a phone call from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu the day after the attack demanding that he sign over ownership of all Japanese government holdings of US government bonds to cabal oligarchs, which he did, according to Japanese military intelligence.
Following the attacks, a member of the Japanese self-defense forces who was involved in breaking up the nuclear bomb from the Kursk into several smaller bombs and drilling them into the seabed, showed up at the Tachikawa Christian church run by Pastor Paolo Izumi asking for protection. He said that 14 of his colleagues who were involved in the drilling operation, not understanding the purpose of what they were doing, had been murdered in order to silence them and that he feared for his life. The man was sheltered by the church and is now in the witness protection program.
After the 311 attack, this writer went to South Korea at the invitation of Dr. Van de Meer. While in Korea he was told the Rothschild family had planned the attack because they wanted to force 40 million Japanese refugees to take shelter in North and South Korea. The Rothschild family intended to move the base of their Asian operations from Tokyo to a planned new special economic zone in Korea, he said. He knew in advance of the 311 attack and looked deeply ashamed when he admitted he did not warn me about it.
Following the 311 attack, un-marked planes were spotted dumping radio-active industrial waste containing cesium, according to a Japanese gangster whose gang was sub-contracting for the CIA and Mossad around Fukushima.
The massive propaganda fear campaign following the 311 attack can be traced to Mossad, the Pentagon and the CIA.
In addition to the people named above, some of the individuals involved in this mass murder and fear propaganda campaign include Kenneth Curtis, the head of CIA Japan, Michael Green, the head of Mossad Japan and Richard Armitage.
Other people involved in this mass murder campaign include George Bush Sr. and Jr., Michael Chertoff, James Baker, Paul Wolfowitz, Senator J. Rockefeller, Michael Hayden, Guy de Rothschild, Evelyn de Rothschild, Peter Hans Kolvenbach, former Pope Maledict, and others yet to be named.
Post script: Most of the people involved in this attack have now met their maker. The ones still alive, most notably Netanyahu and Armitage, are being actively hunted.

Pentagon’s New Arctic Strategy Aims to Counter China–Russia Partnership
The strategy aims to bolster American Arctic capabilities through increased cooperation with allies in the face of aggression by China and Russia.
ARLINGTON, Va.—Pentagon leadership is unveiling its latest strategy for the Arctic region as competition for geopolitical advantage heats up with China and Russia.
The strategy takes aim at the increasing militarization of the region by Beijing and Moscow amid an expanding race for natural resources.
“The Arctic is strategically vital to U.S. security,” Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks told reporters during a July 22 briefing.
Ms. Hicks added that it’s imperative to national security that the United States ensure the Arctic “remains a secure and stable region” in the face of increasing aggression by the Chinese regime and Russia throughout the world.
The strategy directs the U.S. military to adopt a “monitor and respond approach” while “exercising [a] calibrated presence” in the region by coordinating with Arctic allies on issues pertaining to strategy, training, and equipment.
Ms. Hicks described the strategy as part of a “whole of government” effort to round out U.S. deterrence and readiness in the Arctic through regular training

Stillness General Comment on Fulford Reports
I decided to add this general comment to all Fulford reports since I frequently receive the same questions about them.
Commentary:
In response to many questions and comments I receive from people wondering why I share these reports, I offer the following.
Speaking as someone who has been following Fulford’s reports since 2011, reading them should probably be done with a large grain of salt. That is to say, he seems to share information directly from alleged sources within the Pentagon, CIA, White Dragon Society, and so on. Often the data presented is contradictory on the surface.
The predictions and statements Fulford makes sometimes are highly accurate, whereas, in other instances, they are completely unfounded. Instead of looking to Fulford as one who is “tapped into” some greater truth, it would probably be more productive to consider his data as one possible perspective on what is happening on Earth at this time.
This of course extends to all sources of information. Fulford, like all of us, is only human and can make mistakes. But that doesn’t detract from the work he has done to spread awareness and move things forward to a brighter future for humanity.
Discernment is the process of understanding what something is, which in Fulford’s case, means entertaining his reports without believing them blindly, and then doing the follow-up research/fact-checking to determine what actually happened. In this way, it is a real-time discernment exercise.
The fact that so many people continue to read his reports despite their sensational and wildly inaccurate nature at times—while also being accurate and poignant—means the people he receives information from are probably using him as a mouthpiece to speak to you—the reader who is on their awakening path. As such, blind belief or callous rejection are not our allies but critical thinking and open-mindedness are.
As I have said before, if he is serving as a mouthpiece for various groups working to change the status quo or agents within the Cabal, we can decipher the data as if it is a form of awakening propaganda—information that certain players want to expose the masses to. What effect this has on your personal process is largely up to you. But I would suggest taking an active role in discernment and not falling into the trap of total acceptance or rejection.
