Arrest Update of Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf (OPPT Trustee & Treasury Direct Account Use Promoter) in Washington D.C. July 25, 2017

(Stillness in the Storm Editor) Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf, OPPT trustee and Treasury Direct Account usage (TDA) promoter was arrested in Washington D.C. recently. The nature of her arrest was peculiar and could be an effort on the part of the shadow government to make an example of a rather public figure who is advocating the use of the TDAs.

As of this moment, authorities have not revealed what the arrest was for or what she is charged with. It could be related to the TDA activity she is promoting, or something completely different.

Randy, one of the TDA users who tried to purchase an RV, was recently arrested by FBI agents for traffic violations—an oddity considering the FBI doesn’t normally deal with such matters. This suggests that there is some underhandedness happening in an effort to quash the TDA usage.

Recall that the Atlanta Fed stated that to use these accounts was a “scam.”

As you may be aware – Heather was arrested in Washington D.C. this morning around 10:00 am, EST.

Will you be so kind as to communicate with me as soon as possible? It was stated that you were called last night – on Heather’s phone – to inform the Secret Service who were interviewing Heather and friends – that you knew her.

The Secret Service agent that you purportedly spoke with walked away as he was talking to you and came back with Heather’s phone stating that you did not know who she was.
