(Stillness in the Storm Editor) During the course of the awakening experience, an awareness of how mindless others have become invariably develops. Often the notion of common sense or even the perception of basic truths seems to go unnoticed in the eyes of our fellows. Could there be more to this popular meme of zombification?
Mark Passio, a former Satanist Priest, and Dark Oculist turned activist and educator, has a firsthand account of the very real aspect of the insidious nature of our would-be masters: the Illuminati, Dark Cabal, NWO, etc. His studies into Natural Law and the fundamental nature of our conscious reality reveal that our world is indeed being zombified at an alarming rate, and is even the basis of nearly every so-called system of Justice or Law on Earth. Passio has heard first hand these insidious overlords of the unconscious masses referring to us as the dead, they contend because we are not competent in life, unaware of even the most basic truths about existence. The inability to gain knowledge through experience and manage our own affairs, to recognize that we are being manipulated at nearly every level, indicates to them, that we are the walking dead.

A Living Mind Generates Knowledge
In order to understand these perspectives, one should first understand the nature of mind. The mind has two general modes: the conscious mind or masculine aspect, responsible for focus, attention and logical thought, and the unconscious mind or feminine aspect, responsible for data absorption, association, and retention. Knowledge, discernment or judgment is the product of these two aspects: to observe a series of events, recognize the corresponding relationships and identify the general principles at work. For example, when reaching for a pot on the stove, the recognition that it may be hot allows for a judgment to be made to ensure our hand is not burnt—we grab a rag or oven mitt. This demonstrates the ability to make our own decisions, that we have a measure of intelligence. Conversely, if we can not make choices for ourselves, if we are dependent on an expert or leader to tell us what to do, which means we are essentially mentally “dead.”

Following orders blindly, like a dog on a leash, is where our would-be masters want to keep us. In this way, we are literally controlled by their suggestions, and these masters of consciousness, who have a deep knowledge of Natural Law, provide a host of distractions and temptations —read and circus—to keep us doing exactly what they want. In this way we become like Robots for an AI program, as we may never question or seek to understand beyond the surface of what our masters tell us to believe and do. But we always have the power to think, to contemplate our experience and generate knowledge, so as to navigate life with skill and wisdom. A living mind, one that is growing in mastery and skill, literally rises from a mental death of inactivity. The Zombie Apocalypse, in this sense, is the realization of someone who has started to awaken, that the world is largely populated by the mental and spiritual un-living. that our brothers and sisters have fallen into deep unconsciousness.
The Mentally Dead
The ability to recognize patterns and associate them within the mind accurately is the creation of knowledge, and this provides a guide for manifesting one’s desires. The degree of accuracy or the ability to create what we want, to exercise our free will choices, determines our level of intelligence. If we are unable to manifest our goals or are dependent on another, this is defined as incompetence.
This does not mean we will always be incompetent, but unless we take up our powers of creation, to gain knowledge by seeking the truth, we will never acquire the skills to manifest our desires, and we’ll need to depend on others for this.

The Legal System and all Governments are centrally focused on a presumption that the citizenry is incompetent. As such it provides commonwealths, where the wards of the state, the people who can not manage their own lives and think for themselves, can be ruled by an authority. When we are born, we are presumed dead, mentally, and our legal person is “lost at sea,” claimed for the use of various corporate entities under the guise of government. Within the legal frameworks on Earth, we are literally the walking dead.
The Spiritually Dead
But what about in religion, surely the church does not think we are the dead? During the years of 1300 to 1550 a series of Papal Bulls, or decrees, claimed that all humanity was incompetent to know God and the truth, saying that they are the only authority capable of managing humanity. These became the legal frameworks for all modern nations and so-called ‘lawful’ systems. Since humanity is unable to recognize the spiritual realities by their own processes of intuition, awareness, contemplation, and discernment they can be reduced to the level of animals and are considered spiritually dead. Within occulted circles of religion, we are literally the walking dead.

We Are Our Own Saviors
The situation sounds bleak, but the secret is we have always had the ability to change ourselves, to rise from the dead, and master what life has to offer us. The key to gaining competence, to becoming a living being is simple; know thyself. When we seek the truth, and begin to understand why things work the way they do, we gain knowledge and can make our own choices. Like being able to recognize a hot pot on the stove, we develop the skills needed to navigate life, transcending dependence and stepping into co-creation or interdependence.
This simple truth is reflected in life experiences. When we first enter the world we are almost totally dependent on our parents to feed, shelter and clothe us. But as we slowly come to know life, the ability to recognize relationships is acquired so as to gain skills, and we are soon able to dress, feed and house ourselves. And this process of learning is only limited by what we consider of value to learn.

Most of humanity desires the basic material things, food, sex or drugs (whether emotional or chemical) and as such is easily manipulated by the Dark Occulists who rule with their superior knowledge. Like the zombies depicted in countless modern-day fictions, food, sex and drugs seem to be the only motivators, which can usually only be acquired using money. But through knowledge comes empowerment, and the skills needed to regain mastery of ourselves and harmonizing with all other life is our destiny.
The Great Work of knowing where we want to go, how to get there, why we must honor the rights of others, and who will be affected, is the age-old process of becoming an honorable being—true sovereignty, an objectively moral person. With the modern worlds endless distractions and obfuscations, it is the challenge of our age; the choice has always been firmly within our grasp.
Lately it seems that the level of intensity has been kicked up about 20 notches. I believe it may have really started to intensify after 2012 came and went and “nothing happened”. Then we had 2013, which I’ve personally named “The Year of Nothing” and finally 2014, which has earned a title in my mind as “The Year of Betrayal”.
We are seeing people who are becoming zombified and experiencing a “death of the self”. They have lost their true identity of who they are as a person. Researcher Michael Tsarion mentions this concept in his work on “Psychic Vampirism.” Tsarion says,
The man who has murdered his own self becomes a predator who lives to consume what others create. The self-murdered person is the greatest threat in the world. He is violent and destructive towards himself and everyone he encounters. He can occupy positions of little importance or of the greatest importance. He can destroy a single life or that of a world. He cares nothing for the trail of destruction and ruin he leaves. He cares only for the satiation of his insatiable appetites…..He seeks you and all that is yours.
Does that sound familiar? Who can you think of in your own life or in our world that has seemingly turned on themselves and their own best interests to then become violent, destructive and detached from any moral sense of responsibility? This is part of the reset of human civilization. It is the transition into an increasing awakened population looking for the truth and trying to come to their own discoveries of how things work in nature. In many cases, you feel like the only awakened person and everyone around you is a zombie. When you have this realization and start to see the world from a larger perspective, you begin to realize just how asleep everyone is.

Stillness in the Storm Editor: Why did we post this?
Consciousness is one of the most mysterious phenomena of all time. Scientists, philosophers, and mystics have been searching for the answer to the question, What is Consciousness? for most of human history. In modern times, the spiritual origins of consciousness are being replaced with a materialistic view, that awareness emerges as an additive property of electrical impulses in living things. Despite the fact this theory is assumed to be true, any self-respecting psychologist will tell you we have no idea what consciousness really is. The preceding article discusses consciousness, some of its properties, and possible origins. This is helpful to contemplate because, in the act of trying to understand the mysteries of consciousness, you develop critical thinking skills and stimulate your philosophic muscles, both which are immensely important for almost everything we do in life. Additionally, you’ll develop abstract thinking skills, the ability to explore intangible realities that govern material realms. With the power of an active mind capable of navigating the realities of consciousness, great leaps in personal attainment can be made along with preparing you for the Great Work of making this world a better place.
