Remember, the smallest estimates predict that at least 2 MILLION illegals will cross the border this year alone.

The Daily Mail confirms the “absolute catastrophe”:

Republicans have slammed President Joe Biden’s handling of the border crisis after incredible drone images revealed up to 1,000 migrants being held by the Border Patrol in Mission, Texas, after they crossed into the U.S.

The footage shows hundreds of migrants stopped by Border Patrol agents sitting in a long queue under Anzalduas Bridge on the southern border between Mexico and the U.S.

‘An absolute catastrophe from Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and House & Senate Democrats,’ said Republican and House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik in response to the video.

The drone footage, which showed hundreds of migrants sat in large groups in the shade of the bridge, was posted by Fox news correspondent Bill Melugin.

He tweeted: ‘This is the largest group of migrants we’ve ever seen being held by Border Patrol under Anzalduas Bridge in Mission, TX.

‘Looks like it could be up to 1,000 people. We can only get a look at the area with our drone. There’s a popular Rio Grande crossing area nearby.’

Democratic Representative Henry Cuellar, from Texas, said that agents from the United States Department of Homeland Security as well as local communities living near the southern border are ‘overwhelmed’ by the influx of migrants at the southern border.

Cueller, who has written to Biden asking him to appoint a new ‘czar’ to tackle the surge of unaccompanied migrants, shared images of scores of migrants sat underneath Anzalduas Bridge at the weekend.

The president had named VP Harris as border czar in March – but it took her until last week to launch a five-point plan of policies that she claims will tackle causes of migration from Central America.

Cueller tweeted: ‘Our DHS agents, & border communities, are overwhelmed & must be prioritized. DHS will again encounter over 180,000 immigrants at the southern border during July—adding to the more than 1M immigrants that have arrived at the southern border in FY21. Something has to change!’

Meanwhile, Republican Representative Chip Roy shared similar pictures and tweeted that Border Patrol agents are ‘overwhelmed’ as they running out of space to process the migrants.

Roy tweeted: ‘[U.S. Customs and Border Protection] overwhelmed. No room to process illegals inside, so have to wait outside under bridge. Just in 24 hrs in 2 stations, encountered over 3,400. Currently holding over 7,000 illegals with some 5,000 waiting.’

Again, don’t be surprised if Big Tech tries to censor or “fact check” this article.

This raises the question:

Why don’t Democrats want to talk about the border?

Because THEY are the ones spreading COVID-19.

They want to blame Republican governors and Republican states.

But the Southern Border will spread more COVID than any other event.

The open border is the true super spreader event!

Here’s the take from the New York Post:

Cheery Dr. Anthony Fauci was on television again Sunday warning us “things are going to get worse” with COVID-19.

It’s the Delta variant of the virus that is to blame for putting us back in masks, the nation’s top infectious disease expert told ABC’s Jonathan Karl.

Fauci didn’t mention all the other Greek letters of the alphabet lining up to do us harm. There’s always something.

Like the Lambda variant which apparently comes from, guess where? South America. This one is said to be worse than all the other letters.

So why the hell is the southern border wide open? In the middle of a pandemic?

On the one hand, the Biden administration is reimposing mask mandates and burdensome health restrictions we thought we had left behind. On the other hand, it is knowingly ushering in millions of illegal immigrants infected with COVID and not even testing them or keeping track of where they go. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has testified to that fact.

They are put on buses and planes and covertly shipped around the country to unsuspecting communities, in a violation of CDC guidelines the rest of us have to follow.

If you are a law-abiding American citizen arriving at an American airport, even if you are fully vaccinated, you have to produce a negative COVID test result from the past one to three days or you won’t be allowed in.

But at the southern border you can wander across, coughing and sneezing, and they’ll give you a welcome pack and send you on your way to spread the disease.

The only reason we know that’s been happening in La Joya, Texas, is because the local police department issued a public health warning on Facebook last week about sick migrants wandering around without masks.

A concerned citizen flagged down a police officer to complain about a family of migrants in the local Whataburger who were “coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths and not wearing face masks,” the La Joya police department said.

The Whataburger family told the officer “they had been apprehended by Border Patrol days prior and were released because they were sick with COVID-19.”

Sorry, what?

That’s not very compassionate — for the family, let alone for the rest of the community exposed to a wave of sneezing super spreaders surging over the border.

The COVID family was being housed at a hotel which had been booked out by Catholic Charities of The Rio Grande Valley to hold undocumented immigrants who had been offloaded onto them by Border Patrol.

But the charity did not inform local authorities, complained the La Joya police — who found that a group of 20 to 30 people staying at the hotel were wandering the streets, “out and about, the majority without face masks.”

Catholic Charities claimed the “La Joya incident is an isolated case [which] has caused a great deal of misinformation.”

But it’s not just La Joya. The mayor of Weslaco, Texas, issued a statement last week that the same thing had happened there and, again, nobody had warned city officials ahead of time of the influx of COVID carriers.

It is a catastrophe at the border, not that you’d know it from most of the media. Illegal crossings have soared since Biden took office. Border Patrol said last week they had exceeded a record 1 million apprehensions in the first six months of this year, and that doesn’t count the “gotaways.”

The White House continues in “Alice in Wonderland” style to pretend the situation is perfectly normal.

“We will always be a nation of borders, and we will . . . continue to work to fortify an orderly immigration system,” said a statement last week.

The hypocrisy, lies, and actions of the left are revolting.
