We lost a major source of funding for Stillness in the Storm in March, leaving us short approximately $3000 for our monthly cost needs.
Until we find a more permanent solution, which I am working on presently, we’ll need to raise the money we need on a monthly basis.
The good news is that if every loyal reader donates $10 a month, this will ensure the news and information we post every day can keep flowing. If we can’t raise the money we need for May by the last week of April, we’ll need to shut down.

Our Story and Philosophy
I founded Stillness in the Storm back in March 2013, over nine years ago.
It’s been an amazing journey that I wouldn’t want to trade for anything in the world.
Despite the censorship, along with the incredible amount of time and money invested in this project, to this day I take great joy in this work. And we work with some brilliant people, such as the founder of Undergroundnewswire, Ryan Delarme. In addition, our staff is composed of 4 hard-working students, who are able to work part-time while going to school. The closing of Stillness will mean having to lay off everyone.
The mission of Stillness is to share real news and true information to empower our readers to live free, healthy, and prosperous lives. Our philosophy is that the truth is our most valuable resource. And that providing it to our fellows is an important step to making the world a better place. The truth of these words has only become more important in this ever-expanding age of deception and corruption we find ourselves in.
Stillness in the Storm is a small family-run operation.
As the founder, I don’t make a profit, quite the contrary. I’ve been self-funding Stillness for years, especially after we started getting censored and shadow-banned back in 2017. We’re essentially running as a non-profit, minus the official designation from the IRS.
The costs to run Stillness have been increasing since we started. The server costs alone are $600 per month. Despite the censorship, we continue to receive thousands of visitors a day.
Before the days of big tech waging war on free speech, we could easily pay our costs by having a few ads in articles and selling some quality products through a handful of trusted affiliates. But today, the constant assault on alternative media has forced us to ask our readers for support. The beautiful thing about this is that everyone who contributes via a donation helps make our work available to so many people. You’re actually part of the team!
I personally think information and news should be as free as possible. I also think that the truth is so important to a free, healthy, and happy society, we need to band together to make sure it’s freely available. In this sense, we’re all working together to keep the flame of truth well-fed, with our care and energy in the form of time, and yes, money.
Crowdfunding from our audience means we work for you, not some mega-wealthy shadowy figure like Warren Buffett or Bill Gates. Both Buffett and Gates spend enormous amounts of money funding the fake news media, which we exposed in our video last July. Unlike Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, we don’t get massive amounts of money thrown at us to tell you lies.
I realized years ago that true information is one of the most valuable resources, far more valuable and impactful in our lives than money.
Why I started Stillness in the Storm in 2013
Back in 2010, I learned the truth about suppressed health science and information—the truth about cancer, to put it simply. It rocked my world.
Before I knew better, I couldn’t imagine that anyone would intentionally keep the truth about cancer from the people of the world—when over half a million people a year die from cancer in the US alone.
Back then, someone did for me what I have been trying to do ever since that day in 2010. If not for someone posting information online, I never would have discovered the truth—and I never would have changed my health choices to finally address the problems I had been dealing with for years.
I realized that true information, in that moment, was as vital as oxygen. I wanted to play my part in sharing what I knew with others, to hopefully give back to the world I had gotten so much from. I had no idea how many people I would touch in the process.
Before we were censored, for the last time in the Spring of 2021, we were reaching over a million people a week. Today, it’s more on the order of 100,000 a week after the censorship. And like today, we took a major hit to our fundraising capacity when we were censored. Despite that, we kept moving forward.
Back in September of 2020, Google and Twitter, along with Mailchimp and TeeSpring, suspended all our accounts. We were revealing the truth about COVID, the planned heist of the 2020 election, and other suppressed vital stories. The fake news media and big tech overlords hate it when we tell the truth—as all of you have no doubt experienced in your own lives since the start of COVID. Almost all our funding evaporated in the blink of an eye. But like now, we were honest and told everyone that if they valued our work, we needed all hands on deck.
Today is no different.
