Hi Everyone!
In a few weeks its my intention within the next 30 days that I will be relocating to Morocco for an indefinite stay to help out with some things. I will keep the blog going as usual, as time permits, and keep you up with what is transpiring. As far as I know its only me and two traveling companions on this trip. I will be staying for a few months and my companions will return to the USA after a short stay. I hear our dear friend and long time good buddy of D, Muxi of Malta, might show up too.
I don’t know if anyone from the spring trip other than Muxi is coming along in the weeks and months following, some are playing a US travel trip in RV speaking in various locations, but I imagine some will be, depending on their personal situations.
For me this comes at a good time and I am ready for a change of scenery. Lots to do when I arrive.
I’ve been busy donating my 20 year collection of computer, science and theology books to the Library, selling excess electronic equipment on EBAY, fixing things on the house and organizing a garage sale for next weekend. Paring things down to the bare essentials, as I don’t know when I will be back and its too expensive to ship anything but my clothes and my computers. Never hurts to empty the clutter in ones life every so often. I’ve got more clutter than I expected. For me books are the hardest to part with, but then most of them I haven’t read in 10 years so what’s the point. Let someone at the local library get some use out of them.
There have been a number of changes in my personal situation and there’s a lot of new beginnings all the way around. Very exciting time in so many ways.
If anyone feels they’d like to help with the expenses of moving, I won’t turn it down. I need help. There’s a paypal button on the right of the blog. No pressure so don’t sweat it if times are tight. Do as you are inspired. My airfare is covered by one of my traveling companions so that’s taken care of. Still I know there’s always some hidden baggage charge or another doing this kind of a move.
I’m not going to make grand pronouncements of what to expect, I’d rather surprise with news than build expectations and have a schedule slip do to timing of events. We live in very wonderful time with so much good things ahead.
Stay positive! I love you all!
