EXPLOSIVE BREAKING: New Evidence Suggests Biden’s Accuser’s Mother Called CNN In 1993 About Allegation, Reports Say

“Reade has claimed to various media outlets, including The Intercept, that she told her mother, a close friend, and her brother about both the harassment and, to varying degrees of detail, the assault at the time,” The Intercept reported. “Reade’s mother died in 2016, but both her brother and friend also confirmed Reade had told her mother, and that her mother, a longtime feminist and activist, urged her to go to the police.”

“In interviews with The Intercept, Reade also mentioned that her mother had made a phone call to ‘Larry King Live’ on CNN, during which she made reference to her daughter’s experience on Capitol Hill,” The Intercept continued. “Reade told The Intercept that her mother called in asking for advice after Reade, then in her 20s, left Biden’s office.”

The August 11, 1993, video was unearthed by NewsBusters late on Friday afternoon. It is important to note that King reportedly did not include the names of callers on his show, although Reade told Politico that the women’s voice in the clip is her mother’s voice.

LARRY KING: San Luis Obispo, California, hello.

CALLER: Yes, hello. I’m wondering what a staffer would do besides go to the press in Washington? My daughter has just left there, after working for a prominent senator, and could not get through with her problems at all, and the only thing she could have done was go to the press, and she chose not to do it out of respect for him.

KING: In other words, she had a story to tell but, out of respect for the person she worked for, she didn’t tell it?

CALLER: That’s true.

Politico reporter Holly Otterbein tweeted on the video: “Tare Reade told me this is her mother’s voice.”

Reade outlined the allegations made against her last month in a podcast interview, saying that the alleged incident happened when a supervisor called her into the office and instructed her to take a gym bag to Biden.

“She said he was down towards the Capitol, and he’ll meet you,” Reade said. “I went down, and I was heading down towards there. He was at first talking to someone.. and then they went away. We were in like the side, like the side area, and he just said, ‘Hey, come here Tara.’”

“I handed him the thing. He greeted me. He remembered my name. And then we were alone,” Reade continued. “It was the strangest thing. There was no like exchange really. He just had me up against the wall. I was wearing like a skirt, a business skirt.”

Reade continued, “It happened all at once…his hands were on me and underneath my clothes. Yeah, and he went down my skirt but then up inside it, and he penetrated me with his fingers, and he was kissing me at the same time, and he was saying something to me. He said several things. I can’t remember everything he said.”

Reade claimed that Biden asked her if she wanted to go “somewhere else” and that she responded by rejecting his advances, to which she says Biden responded by saying, “C’mon man, I heard you liked me.”

Reade filed a police report earlier this month with the sexual assault unit of the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Police Department.
