I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and the contextual usage of the terms. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Possible Meanings – “Starkness of apparent divides increases prior to upliftment.” – Starkness refers to blunt or harsh contrast which taking the rest of the statement into account suggests that the ‘darkness of illusory divides is becoming more apparent.’ This idea of the darkness becoming more visible can be revealed within our everyday lives, always the full truth about a thing will seem stark at first, but this is the point, to draw our attention to it so as to understand it within a holistic framework. There are many ‘harsh’ truths about ourselves and this world which MUST be consciously known if humanity is to uplift, and this statement clearly reflects this premise. 

 “Necessary clarifications appear.” – This statement goes well with the above analysis. There are things which NEED to be clarified. I know that blanket statements of things that “need, must and should” tend to push our buttons, but in a very practical sense these words do have meaning. In order for us to grow we NEED to open our minds and more importantly let go of things we refused to look at in the past. Within this respect, as ‘light’ continues to pour out on to Gaia, many stark things will appear needing clarification.
“Firensic latitudes create the openings for next phase.” Forensic refers to the scientific method of analyzing a crime scene. Firensic has no accepted meanings, but within the context of this statement suggests ley lines of some sort; latitudes create the openings for next phase. 
“Meldings have finished.” – Melding is blending or combining, which has finished.
“Star families are reconnected.” Fairly self explanatory, but within the idea of coherence and consciousness, as humanity reflects more of reality within, with greater decrees of accuracy, this literally creates an entrainment mechanism which allows for higher orders of intelligence to interact with us.

Similarly, just because we share a pro/anti-[insert issue or topic] content, such as a pro-second amendment piece or an anti-military video doesn’t mean we endorse what is said. Again, information is shared on this site for the purpose of evolving consciousness. In our opinion, consciousness evolves through the process of accumulating knowledge of the truth and contemplating that knowledge to distill wisdom and improve life by discovering and incorporating holistic values. Thus, sharing information from many different sources, with many different perspectives is the best way to maximize evolution. What’s more, the mastery of mind and discernment doesn’t occur in a vacuum, it is much like the immune system, it needs regular exposure to new things to stay healthy and strong.
