Harvard researchers have shown that exposure to blue light (which comes from those aforementioned screens), suppresses the release of melatonin and disrupts the body’s natural circadian rhythm.

With today’s technology use as it stands today, it can be difficult for many people to not be viewing a screen for at least 30 minutes to an hour before bed. While implementing that practice is the best overall strategy, using blue light blocking glasses have become a massive trend around the world.
These glasses are designed to dramatically reduce the amount of blue light that crosses the lenses and into the eyes, which helps with “computer eyes”, eye strain, energy levels, headaches, mood and even better sleep.
