Right on the heals of our last post, Major Soft Disclosure | Think Tank Discusses How To Restore Justice On Earth or Outer Space? – How to Overthrow a Martian Dictatorship, we have the following declaration of war against a free press. Granted the censorship of media is no new story, but this is one indication of a society totally entrenched in Draconian-ism and Tyranny, near the edge of total collapse – which is exactly what needs to happen for an honorable and Just society to take its place.
Consider what the Think Tank said about how to overthrow a dictatorship from the above linked article:
“Cockell believes, in preventing dictatorships emerging in the first place. This would be achieved by building non-violent means of opposition to government into the rulebook, perhaps through organised labour systems – similar to unions on Earth – or by holding the leadership to account through journalism and media.”
The article is also prefaced with the following:
“Note – and I should make this abundantly clear for any spooks reading this – the British government, nor any government on Earth, but a tyrannical administration on an alien world in the future.”
Clearly the writer is trying to stop the average Joe from making the obvious conclusion that it is our world, not some alien future, that is tyrannical. On the one hand we have a Think Tank telling us the best way to overthrow a dictatorship is to prevent it from happening in the first place, by “holding the leadership accountable through journalism and media” and on the other hand we have the Pentagon Rewriting the Law of War book to target the free press. The inference is fairly clear, that the Pentagon, as the military branch of the United States is tyrannical.
Going further, how can a true Law be rewritten? It can’t. true Laws are immutable, like gravity, we can’t just decide to change the rule book because it fits our desires, that’s the problem with ‘law’ on Earth, it isn’t lawful at all, its a code of conduct, an agreement, and in this case totally dishonorable.

For those with the eyes to see, it should be apparent that the preface to the above article about overthrowing a ‘Martian Dictatorship’ is decidedly talking about the United States and nearly every other government on the planet.
True law is unchanging, unwavering, and honors THE TRUTH. No ‘authority’ can rightfully pick and choose which laws to follow and not, nor can it decide to change them at the whim of any one person, these are by definition not laws. And we as the people governed by these “authorities” should consider what world we are leaving for our children. Where the right to speak the truth, and ‘hold the leadership accountable’ now labels us as ‘belligerent’ – targeted as enemies of the state.
Frankly, if speaking the truth is a criminal act, then we want to be on the top ten most wanted list. Put a big red target on my back, because I have had it with frauds, cowards and fearful authorities claiming me as their slave. I am not going to sit back and watch the planet and people I love fall deeper into despotism. Imagine if even half the population was sharing the truth on a blog, YouTube channel or media outlet? Then maybe the rest of the sleeping masses would realize its time to end this madness.
All and all this is a good sign I think, because when a society begins to target free speech, it means the masses are ripe for change, and willing to at least consider the truth. The fools in these top level positions that call themselves leaders have lost all honor, sense of justice, and morality. By their deeds we, the free thinking people, shall know them, and soon so will everyone else.
The Pentagon has released a book of instructions on the “law of war,” detailing acceptable ways of killing the enemy. The manual also states that journalists can be labeled “unprivileged belligerents,” an obscure term that replaced “enemy combatant.”
The 1,176-page “Department of Defense Law of War Manual” explains that shooting, exploding, bombing, stabbing, or cutting the enemy are acceptable ways of getting the job done, but the use of poison or asphyxiating gases is not allowed.
Surprise attacks and killing retreating troops have also been given the green light.
But the lengthy manual doesn’t only talk about protocol for those on the frontline. It also has an extensive section on journalists – including the fact that they can be labeled terrorists.
“In general, journalists are civilians. However, journalists may be members of the armed forces, persons authorized to accompany the armed forces, or unprivileged belligerents,” the manual states.
The term “unprivileged belligerents” replaces the Bush-era term “unlawful enemy combatant.”
When asked what this means, professor of Journalism at Georgetown Chris Chambers told RT that he doesn’t know, “because the Geneva Convention, other tenets of international law, and even United States law – federal courts have spoken on this – doesn’t have this thing on ‘unprivileged belligerents’.”
This means that embedded journalists, who are officially sanctioned by the military and attached to a unit, will be favored by an even greater degree than before. “It gives them license to attack or even murder journalists that they don’t particularly like but aren’t on the other side,” Chambers said.
Even the Obama Administration’s definition of “enemy combatant” was vague enough, basically meaning any male of a military age who “happens to be there,” Chambers added.
The manual also deals with drones, stating that there is “no prohibition in the law of war on the use of remotely piloted aircraft (also called “unmanned aerial vehicles”).” Such weapons may offer certain advantages over the weapons systems. It states that drones can be designated as military aircraft if used by a country’s military.
The book includes a foreword from the General Counsel of the Department of Defense, Stephen Preston, who states that “the law of war is part of who we are.” He goes on to say that the manual will“help us remember the hard-learned lessons from the past.”
The manual is the Pentagon’s first all-in-one legal guide for the four military branches. Previously, each sector was tasked with writing their own guidelines for engagement, which presumably did not list journalists as potential traitors.
The Pentagon did not specify the exact circumstances under which a journalist might be declared an unprivileged belligerent, but Chambers says he is sure “their legal department is going over it, as is the National Press Club and the Society of Professional Journalists.”
