The basis of the claim that he is a holocaust denier appears founded on the fact he questions the official story—not that he denies the event took place entirely.

Today the Australian government banned conspiracy researcher David Icke from entering the country for his multi-city speaking tour. Although he has spoken in Australia several times in the past decade, the government cited Icke’s skeptical views of vaccinations, global warming, and Israel’s policies as the reason for the ban.
“I was shocked and appalled to have received the news earlier today that my visa had been revoked just hours before boarding a flight to Australia by Immigration Minister David Coleman,” Icke said in statement after being informed of the ban.

“I have been a victim of a smear campaign from politicians who have been listening to special interest groups attempting to discredit my beliefs, my views and my character by spreading lies.”
Icke learned about the ban mere hours before his flight. He was scheduled to speak in in Melbourne on March 1st, Adelaide on the 5th, Brisbane on the 8th, Hobart on the 12th, and Sydney on the 14th.
“Does this mean that from this point forward, the Australian Government has given license to ban any media outlet, politician, citizen or public figure from entering this country based on their beliefs,” Icke asked.
“This is the creation of a blatantly Orwellian totalitarian state and says the Government believes they have the right to dictate what the nation can and cannot choose to hear. I am not forcing anybody to listen to my views, nor am I forcing anybody to believe them. I am simply stating my well-researched beliefs and giving the Australian public an open forum to consider another viewpoint.”

They often use half-truths, outright falsehoods, or statements made out of context to confuse the people. Understanding that the Deep State are trying to control what you believe is critically important so as to begin the process of developing personal discernment and mental autonomy. It should also be noted that Australia has both State and Federal elections coming up this year. Both Labor and Liberal candidate for McNamara lobbied Coleman to ban David Icke.
Josh Burns, Labor’s candidate for the federal seat of Macnamara, also lobbied Mr Coleman and said the minister had finally “made the right call and succumbed to pressure”.
“Given it is barely a month since we had far-right and neo-Nazi rallies in St Kilda, importing more of this sort of hate is something Australia cannot afford,” Mr Burns said.
The Liberal candidate for Macnamara, Kate Ashmor, said she had been “quietly lobbying” Mr Coleman to cancel Icke’s visa as his “abhorrent views have no place in Australia”. She said the decision was “welcome, and affirms the government’s steadfast support for Australia’s Jewish community”.
The seat of Macnamara, formerly known as Melbourne Ports, is currently held by outgoing Labor MP Michael Danby and has a large Jewish population. It will be a highly contested three-cornered race with the Greens at the May election
The Australian government also banned whistleblower Chelsea Manning and Gavin McIness of the Proud Boys from entering Australia.
The right to Freedom of Speech in Australia is under heavy attack.
Having read 5 of Icke’s books, I can affirm that NOTHING in any of the books indicated that he is anything even near anti-Semitic. In fact in his books I read, he repeatedly and clearly states his position on the topic.
Here is the thing, I have noticed when anyone gets too close to a nerve with the deep state or those that control the deep state, out comes the same old tired attempts at slander and character assignation. This observation clearly suggest to me that what Icke is reporting, is TRUE. .
