At this time of the January 2019 full moon lunar eclipse in the Leo constellation, certain information that comes to us now has the opportunity to have deep and lasting spiritual implications for our lives.
It is with that stated that the intention of this article is to point out the synchronicity between the astrological timing and the spiritual and scientific information being presented. The intention is also to help empower readers with possibilities to deepen and expand their spiritual practice.

To the ancient Gnostic magi teachings, humanity’s true and spiritual home is the Galactic Center, which correlates to 27 degrees of the Sagittarius constellation.
The eclipse that will be taking place mere hours from the writing of this article has several different planets and asteroids aspecting the Galactic Center, which means we are now being flooded with Christ Consciousness Light and information from our spiritual home.
In esoteric symbolism, we can look even deeper at the meaning of the three wise men (Gnostic magi) who brought gifts (Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh) to Jesus (the Christ Consciousness within each of us).
Alchemical Gold/ORMUS
Perhaps the deeper meaning of Gold being given to Jesus in the biblical story is one of spiritual illumination and purification, as depicted by the gift of Gold. In esoteric literature, alchemical gold represents the highest spiritual and intellectual state of the mind. Though as Journey of Curiosity points out, there was also “once no division seen between spiritual and physical practices.” In other words, the true alchemist knew that turning base lead into gold was impossible on both a physical and spiritual level, unless he “himself was involved in the process of transformation.” Thus, using ORMUS or alchemical gold during meditation can be a tool for physical and spiritual transformation.
The ORMUS product I like the most is one from Harmonic Innerprizes, as it comes from an area near Mount Shasta, California and was created from a massive meteorite impact 11,600 years ago, according to Geologists from the University of California Davis. Myrrh Essential Oil
Myrrh is collected as a gum resin from the Commiphora genus trees, which are found to be quite thorny. Is it a synchronicity that in the biblical Jesus story, he wore a crown of thorns? Inhalation of myrrh essential oil is also said to aid in spiritual insight, and the application of the oil on the skin has many physical benefits. Additionally, sesquiterpenes are found in myrrh and are able to cross the blood-brain barrier and positively stimulates the limbic system, which controls memory and emotions. When combining the ORMUS, frankincense and myrrh, I’ll do it a specific way before meditating. I’ll apply the frankincence and myrrh to the wrists and then also rub some on my third eye. I’ll then consume the ORMUS. I see this as the physical way to give representation and application to the spiritual meanings of these three sacred substances.
Lastly, I’ll consume the Ayurvedic substance known as Haritaki (Chebulic myrobalan). Haritaki is known as the King of Herbs in India and is often prescribed by Ayurvedic practitioners for a range of treatments, especially nervous system and brain-related challenges. It also has been said to clean and purify the pineal gland and help with spiritual progress. Amazingly, one study demonstrated that Haritaki had the strongest anti-oxidant capacity as compared to 20 other brain-related ayurvedic herbs. According to the Gnostics, the fact that this eclipse is so heavily aspected with the Galactic Center, means we’ll have much help coming from our true home in the universe.
