And now the analysis:

I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and contextual usage of the terms. The meanings provided are not the only ones that can be gleaned; in my view, all meanings have value, especially when shared and discussed openly. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Interpretations: “Highlights of Inner Illuminations appear for all.” – A highlight is a noteworthy or outstanding example of a particular work, event or time period. The term illumination refers to the act of shedding light on or becoming aware of something, and can also mean recognition of reality at levels which approach true knowledge. Within the occult circles of spiritual pursuit, to be illuminated means to have achieved true knowledge and wisdom, so much so, that when one sets their mind to a goal, it is usually swiftly made manifest. The phrase Inner Illumination is suggestive of self-realization, gaining awareness and mastery of oneself. Generally speaking, this statement seems to be implying that the work of self-mastery or realizing one’s personal sovereignty and power, is being done and also is recognized. 

I would argue, that the whole universe, under Natural and Divine Law, is designed to ensure all experience, no matter how seemingly random or unimportant, is essential for the evolving personalities of time and space. Consider that in order for a man to be deceived, he must place his trust in a source that does not deserve it, and when he realizes this, this experience will provide him the knowledge he needs to learn and grow. Consider that in order for a woman to become egocentric, she must uphold herself and her knowledge as superior to all others, and yet when she falls victim to her own incompleteness, she will have an experience that will provide her the knowledge she needs to learn and grow. At all phases of personality expression, no matter who or what is at play, the individual is always given experiences tailor-made for their particular step on the path back to source.

But since this sublime coordination of spirit and matter seems to have operated since time immemorial, recognizing that all is the merciful act of an eternally loving creator is no small task. Matter of fact, humanity seems to make every excuse it can to blame existence for its shortcomings. But in those times of recognition, when we actually have a genuine moment of gratitude for the adventure of spirit and life we find ourselves in, the mind and heart opens to previously unconceived of levels. An inrushing of holistic data causes a dissolution of the ego and an emergence of the divine or higher self. 
Therefore, if this process of spiritual entrainment and synchronization is actually being highlighted for all, then this will undoubtedly pave the way for even grander illuminations, that propel each individual to the heights of their divine potential. The question is, are we open to this seemingly newer self? If not, then the fruits of spirit will remain unripened within us, waiting for that moment when we are ready to embrace them fully.

“Letterings upon planetary parchments tell the tale.” – The phrase letterings upon planetary parchments could have any number of potential meanings. In a literal sense, this phrase could be referring to various historical documents that disclose more of our true history, telling the tale. For example, there is an eclectic researcher I have mentioned before, who spent over 30 years pouring over acts, deeds, commercial documents and more compiling one of the most complete and seemingly accurate historical records I have ever come across. That man is Frank O’Collins and his work in what he terms UCADIA or UCA, standing for Unique Collective Awareness. His work is a testament to the fact that if one focuses time and energy in the right place, enormous levels of knowledge and empowerment can be gained. These planetary parchments do literally tell the tale. Once knowledge about how to decipher them has been gained, a much clearer perspective on reality is acquired, an Inner Illumination. 

Part of the reason why our would-be masters can control us so easily is that we lack self-knowledge, which includes more then just the physical ego self. The true Self is all that is, a coordinated holographic point of view on the whole of creation. In this sense, you are a point of view on all that is, which can appear separate, but is in fact holistically linked to all things; a cell on the body of creation. Some spiritual works speak of this concept as the ONE creator experiencing itself through an infinite number of embodiments, or that there is only ONE of us, one mind, one spirit, one beingness. If true, then an identity of separateness would cause one to feel divided within themselves, and this sense of division would mar the point of view of the individual. They may even begin to feel fear and isolation because of their lack of recognition. And from this place of fear and uncertainty, we can be deceived by the Cabal much more easily then had we spiritual recognition, Inner Illumination. 
Given all this, I think the statement is suggesting that the truth about our planet is crucial to understand ourselves, especially given the premise outlined above, that all experience is essential for growth. As the age old adage says “those who forget history are doomed to repeat it,” meaning, the universe will keep offering us wisdom through experience, and when deny it, karma or a repeat is assured.

“Blisterings are deemed inappropriate for the moment.” – A blistering is an eruption of the skin usually due to an infection or imbalance of the body, such as from Candida. A blistering can also be an intense form of criticism or an adjective describing an intense level of activity. Given the use of this term in this statement, it suggests that a blistering is an eruptive act as a result of some form of inner tension. For example, if we see a friend eating a sandwich, dripping fluid onto their shirt, and we find this to be offensive, a charge of disgust and frustration will swell within us, eventually erupting out as an inappropriate expression of our disapproval. In this sense, we can define a blistering as an expression of internal angst as a result of egocentric beliefs and worldviews, ones that ultimately form the separate self-consciousness we discussed above. And since the self is ultimately connected to all things, then we can further suppose that the source of all suffering, fear and trauma is this identity of separate self-consciousness. 
The Universe is chiefly involved in the enterprise of destroying this ego consciousness and replacing it with universal or what has been called christ consciousness. True karma, in this sense, is a battle between the ego and the divine self, the battlefield being life experience. In many depictions of Isis, the goddess of truth, she is almost harsh and unkind towards the acts of her evolving children. The truth has also been called belligerent, having no respect for what we want to believe. And for the evolving creatures of time and space, the seeming unkindness of truth can feel cruel. But consider for a moment that experiences which show us our lack of knowledge are actually a huge boon to our spiritual goals of finding the source and center of all things. For if we were allowed to labor under our own delusions and distortions, for too long, then would this separate self-consciousness cause us to stagnate forever. Arguably most of the world’s problems boil down to stubbornness or close-mindedness of people to chose truth over their cherished beliefs. But this statement implies that for now, raging against the universal machine of spiritual upliftment is inappropriate. This suggests that there is a time for one to rant and rave, but now is not it. Perhaps we would be better off cultivating the consciousness of gratitude for our experiences instead of looking to dismiss them as undesirable. 

“Protions of Higher Vibrationals impress upon hu-manity.” – The term protions has no common meaning, but it strongly resembles the word portion, which refers to a part or an allotment of some greater thing. The term protions could also be the marriage of the prefix pro, meaning to put forward or advancing, and the suffix tion, meaning the state of. Assuming that the term is not a typo, we will extrapolate off of the latter meaning, to put forward the state of being, which in this case is associated with Higher Vibrationals. Interestingly enough, the term portion also applies to the following extrapolation. 

Taking this section into account, the phrase Protions of Higher Vibrationals could mean, Higher Vibrational states of being are advancing, which impress upon hu-manity. The term hu-manity, as defined within Gaia Portal updates, refers to those embodiments of consciousness which are not actively on the path of truth, and therefore create chaos with their actions a majority of the time. We could also further refine this definition by saying those individuals who cultivated separate self-consciousness, and as such, are incapable of recognizing the deleterious fruits of their misbegotten labors. But in this statement, Higher Vibrational states of being are advancing, becoming more present or recognizable, which are having an effect on hu-manity. We could consider these Higher Vibrationals as Hue-manity, which Gaia Portal defines as embodiments of consciousness that are actively on the path of truth, and as such, create harmony a majority of the time through their actions. Or, we could define them as beings who are actively in the process of dissolving their separate self-consciousness. 
In either case, the interplay between Hue-man and hu-man is divinely perfect, in that, hu-mans become the example of what not to do for Hue-mans, whereas Hue-mans become the example of what to do for hu-mans. This is the same process of offering wisdom in experience that we discussed in the analysis of the first passage in this update. That the individual is always given the precise experience they need to learn and grow, which happens unfailingly. So while the individual is becoming perfect, the process itself is also IS perfect, and this final statement in the update seems to be describing this. 
PS – In December 2014, when Julian and I were discussing the idea of sharing these updates on the blog, he encouraged me to do more than just share the raw post. He said that we could offer our insights into what they could mean and in doing so create a venue for deep discussion and consciousness exploration. There were many times I wasn’t sure if others found any value in these interpretations, but Julian and others continued to urge me on in this venture. This is just one example of the countless ways he helped me in my life path, for which I am eternally grateful. I want to dedicate these interpretations to him and his memory. I will love you always Julian, and know, that your zeal for creativity and loving service of others continues on.

We’re reporting on the fact as it was reported, and that this event is important for us to know so we can better contend with the challenges of gaining freedom and prosperity. Similarly, just because we share a pro/anti-[insert issue or topic] content, such as a pro-second amendment piece or an anti-military video doesn’t mean we endorse what is said. Again, information is shared on this site for the purpose of evolving consciousness. In our opinion, consciousness evolves through the process of accumulating knowledge of the truth and contemplating that knowledge to distill wisdom and improve life by discovering and incorporating holistic values. What’s more, the mastery of mind and discernment doesn’t occur in a vacuum, it is much like the immune system, it needs regular exposure to new things to stay healthy and strong.
