And now the analysis:

I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and contextual usage of the terms. The meanings provided are not the only ones that can be gleaned; in my view, all meanings have value, especially when shared and discussed openly. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Interpretations: “Preliminaries are at an end, as Cosmic energetics prevail.” – The term preliminary refers to an action or event that is required in order to achieve a future goal or manifested result. For example, before one can gain knowledge they must open their mind; a preliminary requirement for knowledge is awareness. Whatever these preliminaries are, they have come to an end, and now cosmic energetics prevail. Cosmic energetics could refer to any number of macroscopic phenomena, but I think in general this phrase suggests non-physical or material interactions, such as energy fluctuations in the heavens. A good example of this could be changes in the electromagnetic field strength as a result of the motion of planets and stars around our solar system. Consider that electromagnetism is one expression of universal manifestation that is holistic in nature. Place a series of charged objects in a circle and the energy flowing between each, as well as the magnetic and electric fields at each point, perfectly reflect the geometry and properties of the objects in the whole system — interconnectedness. If one object in the system moves, the field strength and energy flux changes as a result. For example, when the planets align to form geometric shapes such as crosses, sextiles, squares and so on, the energy flowing into the planet is altered, which can cause earthquakes, hurricanes, and cyclones, and have a marked effect on human behavior. Although modern science as all but dismissed these subtle energetic realities, the ancients knew of the power of the cosmos to affect human life. Today this spiritual science is known as Astrology and has been reduced to a mere shadow of what it once was.

Taking all this into consideration, the phrase seems to be suggesting one phase of energy expression has ended and another is beginning. The human body and mind are ready made to receive cosmic energetics, by way of entrainment or sympathetic resonance, as I have discussed so often in these updates. And as the body and mind change due to their interconnectedness with the cosmos, the qualities of spirit emerge within an individual as a function willing participation. It is not enough to simply let these energies wash over us, in order to take full advantage of them we must open our minds and hearts fully, and let what no longer serves us pass away.

The term preliminary indicates that some required level of work and change was done in the past. I think the work we’ve each done by being open is what is described here, which prepared us for what is prevailing now. Consider that before a painter can master their skill, they must first become aware of and use their hands and arms. It seems like a given but without this preliminary level of attainment, the skills of painting will never be developed. As such, no matter how seemingly unproductive our past experience has been, it always, without fail, leads us to where we are heading. The past keeps on slipping endlessly into the future, and as it does so, the changes we experience in totality prepare us for what is about to unfold.

This means that even the seemingly negative, tragic and destructive experiences of the past are absolutely required to create the unfolding future. In light of this, do not seek to forsake or abandon any experience, for it is preliminary for the next level of cosmic expression that now prevails.

“Fortifications of Higher Densities allow release of lower binder elements.” – The term fortification refers to the act of strengthening or solidifying something either mentally or physically. Here the thing imparting fortifications are the Higher Densities, which are allowing a release of lower binder elements. This phrase is again discussing the universal process of synchronization or entrainment, the method of altering the properties, geometry, and expression of a moving system by making contact with a system that has a stronger more coherent signal. Consider that when in a crowded room, the person with the loudest and clearest voice is the one our mind naturally gravitates towards, this is an example of mental entrainment.

Given the importance of this concept, here is an excerpt from an article I wrote explaining the mechanics of entrainment:

Briefly, here’s how it works. 

The geometry (shape) and material composition of an object determine its resonant frequency. Using a tuning fork as an example, the length of the forks and the material it is made out of determine what the pitch will be when it is struck, what frequency it will vibrate with. When a fork is struck, the whole object vibrates, this sends energy through the object, through the material and its structure forming sound; a frequency we recognize as tone or pitch.

When two or more objects that have the same resonant frequency are suspended in a medium where their vibrations can be exchanged, then entrainment or synchronization takes place. Referring to the tuning fork example, the medium used to transmit the vibrational energy is the air, traveling as compression waves or sound to the other tuning forks.

Now as a final example, consider metronomes synchronizing. Here is a video demonstration:

The metronomes initially are out of sync; they are ticking at different phases and beats per minute. But as the pendulum moves from side to side, it exerts a force against the swing that the metronomes are all resting on. The swing, in turn, exerts a force against the metronomes. As each individual metronome ticks, they push against the swing, which acts as a type of resonating chamber for the metronomes. The geometry and material of the metronomes, and the swing determine the resonant frequency of the whole system, which is the key to synchronizing them. This frequency potential is present even if none of the metronomes are moving.

In the beginning, the metronomes are ticking at different frequencies, and as they do so, the swing exerts a corrective force against them. The resonant frequency of the whole system begins to get louder or more intense (energized) as the correction process continues. Eventually, a quantum leap occurs, wherein the force of correction – the resonant frequency – is stronger or louder than the individual motion of the metronomes. At this point, a rapid correction occurs and they all begin to tick in unison.

This once disorganized motion of the individual metronomes is now holistically organized as a single moving system, the metronome swing-system, centered around the resonant frequency. In other words, when the resonant frequency of a system is charged with energy, that more coherent or organized vibration reorganizes objects that are resonant with it, changing their behavior and frequency as a result. This is essentially a physical example of the 100th Monkey effect.

Taking all this into consideration, the higher densities are those aspects of the manifesting universe that are more holistically organized, and as such, when they make contact with the lower densities, they alter them as a function of entrainment. As one final point of emphasis regarding entrainment, consider mental entrainment of truth. 
A truth is a representation of reality reflected in the mind as a thought-form or mental image. One can look at a flower and produce an image of it within their mind, which remains even after observation has ceased. A truth, like the image of the flower, is made of mental stuff (mentis), and has form, energy, and vibration that corresponds to the real objects observed that generated it. If someone tells us a falsehood, like the sky is green, this idea also has form, energy, and vibration, but unlike a truth, it does not correspond to any real objects or observed phenomenon. When this false idea makes contact with experience that conflicts with it, when we observe the sky and notice that it is blue and not green, the energy and coherence of this experience entrains onto the false idea, transforming it from within to eventually become a truth. 
The big secret to all truth seeking is that falsehoods can only exist within the mind. Said again for clarity, a falsehood is woven with strands of truth; it is a representation of reality that is disorganized and as such inaccurate when compared to reality. What this means is that ALL falsehoods we’ve accepted into ourselves are like seeds of truth waiting to blossom, but they will only be transformed by a conscious act of seeking. 
Like the example above, if we never look to the sky to see what color it is, we may begin to accept that it is green, because that is what our friend told us. The mind will hold on to the strongest coherent image it has, even if it is not accurate or false. But any falsehood will eventually transform into truth, yet only if we open our awareness to it. I think that is what this statement means by the release of lower binder elements. Falseness that we charge with energy by accepting it as truth literally holds us back or binds us in our spiritual progress. Hence, contact with Higher Densities — which are better reflections of truth — alter the densities below them, infusing them with more organization and coherence. 

“Free Energies are freed.” – The term free energy generally refers to the ability to draw energy out of a system of motion in such a way that it is always immediately replaced by in-streaming energy from the cosmos. The term is a misnomer because it implies that energy is generated without any “work” being done. But in truth, any so called free energy device is actually an over-unity device. The term over-unity refers to a moving system that can produce more energy than it consumes. While modern science has failed to recognize the realities of over-unity physics, the whole of nature and organic life uses the mechanics of interconnectedness to generate energy. 

Consider that a car stores the energy it needs in the form of fuel, which is combusted in an explosion to produce energy for work. The majority of the energy produced is lost in the form of heat and friction. When the fuel has been expended, the car can no longer do work. This is an example of an under-unity system, which is also a description of a parasitic modality of being. Modern technology is parasitic in nature, it requires more and more fuel or things to consume in order to do work. 
But over-unity systems are symbiotic, they integrate with the whole of the environment to focus energy into a form that can do work, but not in a destructive way. Like the truth, an over-unity system must correspond with the environment. One example of this would be the Sun, which produces an enormous amount of energy as a result of galactic entrainment, as defined within Electric Universe Theory. The Sun acts as a focal point for the surrounding energy in the cosmos. A pyramid is also an example of an over-unity system, as it focuses energy into an extremely coherent system that can be used for many different functions. 
Taking this into account, I suspect that this statement could be referring to actual free energy devices, as in they are being released to the people. Or it could be suggesting that as a result of the changes in our being, due to receiving fortifications from Higher Densities, the state of disorganization that caused us to act as parasites or under-unity systems (binder elements) has changed. In other words, the more falseness we’ve given life to via our acceptance the more energy we consume and the more selfish we are. But when we open ourselves to truth, these falsehoods transform, unbinding the personality, and creating a temple of the body so as to become free energy devices. So this statement could be an allegory for what happens to an individual when they finally have transformed enough of their knowledge into truth, healing their selfishness and becoming abundant instead of scarce, symbiotic instead of parasitic, free instead of enslaved. 
“Gaia mission nears completion.” – I can’t help but wonder if this statement is suggesting that the grand work of Gaia’s evolution and resulting upliftment of humanity is nearing completion. Given that the mission refer to here is general and not specific, it is difficult to know exactly what is being completed. But assuming that this statement is truth, then we need only observe reality to determine what has actually been completed. For example, we do not need to know all the things that went into a meal in order to know that it is ready to eat. The smell of bread rising in the oven or the sent of sauerkraut that has been fermenting is an enough of indication that it is ready. As such, whatever manifests on Gaia in the coming days and weeks is will be evidence that her mission is complete, which will reveal to us exactly what this mission was. I suspect that it has to do with the overarching theme of evolution, for individuals as they make contact with truth and the whole of consciousness as a function of sympathetic resonance or entrainment. 
As a final note in this update, this time of year is astrotheologically when the Sun rises out of its grave in the Southern Hemisphere. It is a time for setting of intentions, sowing of seeds and an preparation for the coming season of harvest. These seeds are physical and metaphysical. When we take the time to reflect on the past and find falsehoods and lack of attainment within ourselves, an opportunity to pour the light of our awareness onto them is presented. Like the Sun that pours life-giving light on all things, we can pour life-giving awareness into the depths of our being, transforming the death of falseness into the life of truth.
In this way do not look to the false flag events occurring now as only negative, for darkness can only exist in the absence of awareness. Instead, seek to pour your awareness into thought-forms that are “negative” so they can be rightly transformed into an empowering truth, becoming an integral part of a holistic over-unity or free energy state of being. 
I recently shared my personal process for how I transmute fear into love in a comment in the SITS Facebook group, and I think it is good to list here. It is a response to someone posting an article about the Brussels false flag attacks, and how they felt unsure if it was appropriate:

“Don’t worry about posting “negative things.” The group is all about sharing the truth, regardless of what it might look like in the eye of the beholder. Ultimately what makes something negative is how we choose to see it, IMO. And if we can learn to have gratitude for these events because of their potential to activate consciousness, then we can transcend any negative meaning we might place on it. At least this is how I see it.

I imagine that all the souls who lost their lives in all the horrible ways though-out the eons did so as a type of grand loving act. Imagine that as a soul you want to help the Earth so much, you are willing to allow yourself to suffer horribly in life to give others a chance to act out the wisdom of kindness and love in the world. When someone sees another suffering they now have a chance to help, to feed them if they need food, to give them water if they are thirsty, to provide shelter if they are in need, and to assist in defense when they are being harmed. This ideal has been called the Golden Rule, to do to others what you would have them do to you. So in a way, everyone who has suffered or died has literally acted out what is probably the supreme act of unselfish love, acting as spirtiual change agents for all of us who are observing these events, so that we can learn how to live in harmony by helping our fellows in need.

One day the sleeping giant of humanity will wake up and realize that while it slumbered the Earth was plundered and laid to waste. Millions have suffered and billions had the chance to act, yet didn’t. With this knowledge in hand the awakened masses would never want to let this happen again. And we’d finally have the next phase of social evolution in love, kindness and sovereignty for all.

I hope that one day the people who died and suffered over the eons will be revered as heroes who contributed to the evolution of consciousness, because in truth, I think that’s exactly what they are

So with all this in mind, it’s hard to maintain a negative impression of false flag attacks, or any kind of suffering in the world at all. That doesn’t mean we can’t still feel deeply, but it can become alchemized into a resolve to becoming an agent of change in the world. At least this is how I think of it.”

PS – In December 2014, when Julian and I were discussing the idea of sharing these updates on the blog, he encouraged me to do more than just share the raw post. He said that we could offer our insights into what they could mean and in doing so create a venue for deep discussion and consciousness exploration. There were many times I wasn’t sure if others found any value in these interpretations, but Julian and others continued to urge me on in this venture. In our opinion, consciousness evolves through the process of accumulating knowledge of the truth and contemplating that knowledge to distill wisdom and improve life by discovering and incorporating holistic values.
