(Stillness in the Storm Editor) The Freedom of Information Act (FIOA) news site Muck Rock reported on the 18th or April that they received a package of documents related to electronic mind-control, also known as Psionic Weapons. Popular Mechanics (PM), the mainstream science and technology magazine, which has been well respected publication since 1902, reported on the story, which as of this writing is 4th on it’s top trending stories. PM admitted that the “federal government has absolutely experimented with mind control in a variety of methods,” which could be soft disclosure of what many conspiracy researchers have known for some time.
According to PM, at least some of the documents sent to Curtis Waltman, a researcher and writer for Muck Rock, appear to be from a Nexus magazine article from 1996. In that article, written by John St Clair Akwei who had filed a lawsuit against the NSA, the covert organization had developed the “ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.”
Now it should be mentioned that scores of patents have been filed specifically related to the effects of sound and electromagnetic influences on the human body. Some of these patents explicitly state that they are intended for manipulation of the mind, emotions, and body, while others are less clear about what the technology is intended for.
Look at this one describing how the nervous system can be manipulated using subliminal images on TV and computer monitors:

The image displayed on a computer monitor may be pulsed effectively by a simple computer program. A computational system alters various parameters of the magnetic fields in order to close the gap between the actual and desired brain state. This feedback process operates continuously until the gap is minimized and/or removed. (Emphasis Added)
These are just a few out of dozens that are listed on the website Rex Research. The first patent in the above list was found on the official USPTO government website. The second wasn’t able to be located there. More patents can be found on the Evil CIA and USA site.
What is arguably the most sensation about this story is PM’s admission that the “federal government has absolutely experimented with mind control in a variety of methods.” PM goes on to say that “the documents here do not appear to be official,” which is true. The documents are from the article written by John St Clair Akwei. However, as was just detailed, and admitted by PM, is that mind control technology has and is unquestionably being developed.
Another interesting tidbit to come through was that the documents were sent to Muck Rock accidently when they were looking for information related to Antifa and White Supremacist groups. Could this be an indication that these groups are victims of such mind control technology? Given how irrational they are and how much these groups are being used by social engineers to manipulate the masses, one wonders.
In conclusion, the story by PM could be an admission of real mind control programs while also trying to paint the Akwei documents as fake, despite the fact Akwei never claimed them to be actual NSA documents—he was merely detailing what he understood about the technology.
In short, this is an excellent data point to share with curious people. Given the fact that in popular shows like Stranger Things, and films like The Manchurian Candidate, people are obviously interested in these topics. But since they are shared in fictional works, the overall effect is for people to assume they aren’t real, or are sensationalized. But the actually truth is far more insidious than what has been presented in these works of fiction. And now you have a small, and verifiable, point of discussion to share with your friends.

The government has all kinds of secrets, but only a true conspiracy theorist might suspect that “psycho-electric weapons” are one of them. So it’s odd that MuckRock, a news organization that specializes in filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with state and federal government bodies, received mysterious documents about mind control, seemingly by accident.
Journalist Curtis Waltman was writing to the Washington State Fusion Center (WSFC), a joint operation between Washington State law enforcement and the federal government to request information about Antifa and white supremacist groups. He got responses to the questions he asked, but also a file titled “EM effects on human body.zip.” Inside, where documents like this:

At least some of the images appear to be part of an article in Nexus magazine describing a 1992 lawsuit brought by one John St. Clair Akewi against the NSA. Akewi claimed that the NSA had the “ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health” and was documenting their alleged methods.
Nexus was, and still is, an Australian magazine focused on the unexplained, conspiracy theories, alternative medicine and the like. It covered Akewi’s case in 1996 but was unable to get Akewi to discuss it further: “I tried ringing Mr Akwei to find out what was the out-come, if any, of his court case. He firmly but kindly told me that he could not speak about anything to do with the case over the phone and hung up,” reads an editor’s note at the end of the article.
The federal government has absolutely experimented with mind control in a variety of methods, but the documents here do not appear to be official.
Waltman had no idea why these documents were included in his request and isn’t sure why the government is holding them. The WSFC did not respond to requests for more information.

It devastates me, that these people do this, especially to babies and children. I have told my children I am a targeted individual, but I see the signs in them also, and don’t push it, because some are very fragile, if I lost them because of me, it would destroy me.I don’t know why I am targeted, haven’t done anything that I know of, follow the environment, because I want something left for the children . I have chips in my head, under my right arm that I know of, have seen chips in the neck of a 1 year old, you could see it.
This targeting includes, walking ones dreams with the intent of fear, whoever heard of a 2months old having nightmares, microwaves, that leave your mouth so dry you can taste your bones in your mouth, sleepiness all the time or unable to sleep for long periods of time, woken just as one goes into deep sleep, waking children at 4.30 in the morning, children pulsed to run until exhausted, unable to sleep, They can see through your eyes, blue metallic rings around your eyes that you can see if you close your eyes and move them quickly from side to side. I have had comments made on something I am looking at but the thoughts are not mine.An 8year old who tells me she has thoughts that tell her what to do and she can’t help herself or say no, even when she doesn’t want to do it. Mind control. I seem to walk with poison behind me, in that these people will grab anybody who is friends, friends of my daughter or anyone else . I am gangstalked, my car is followed, I have been gaslighted, this is not so good for someone who is 74 years old,Have voice to head, as have all the children, possibly all my family,have been told my family will be destroyed around me, I consider myself normal, of sound mind, have not had mental issues, except when I moved 3years ago, and the things that happened to me in this new home,sent me to the edge , my car was attacked and has dents all over. My home is not a safe place, as they come and go whenever they want, take things, I have put up security cameras, which does not matter, I turned them off recently, and found that 4 more had been added, I have 8 now these other 4 go to admin where ever that is.
My life has become a nightmare from which I cannot escape, with suicide being my only escape, but I will not let my family suffer alone.I believe I am targeted for slow kill as my heart has been targeted of late, am on medication for missed beats, and it speeeds up for no reason.It is absoutly hideous, who would do such a thing to babies, have been told one must remain intact. There are 5 babies here , 2 children. It is a terrible technology, one that can be used for covert peadiphilla, which you cannot prove, If people around children can be manipulated to interfere with them, they are not safe, and all the things, like looking through another’s eyes and information saved covertly, eg: children , all the babies strip naked all the time, even when its cold.
