As sensational as this story sounds, there are several data points which suggest it is true.
In September 1945, an informant contacted the FBI claiming that Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun were seen leaving a submarine off the coast of Argentina, and this was not the only report.
Instead of investigating these reports, and pushing the Russians to release Hitler’s remains so as to confirm his alleged death, nothing happened. No official investigation took place.
Considering how influential Hitler was, one would think that some kind of investigation would have occurred. Unless, of course, the US military already knew about Hitler’s hideout and wanted to keep it secret.
We already know, care of declassified documents that Operation Paperclip brought over dozens of high-level former Nazi’s into the military industrial apparatus after the war.
And, according to several whistleblowers, these same Nazi’s were in contact with their superiors in South America and Antarctica, who were instructed to infiltrate and take over the American power structure.

The Nazi’s had apparently set up a highly advanced base in the southernmost continent prior to losing the war, which was attacked by Admiral Byrd in 1947 during Operation Highjump.

Given these facts, verified via declassified documentation and whistleblower testimony, the notion that Hitler did not actually die at the end of World War II is certainly plausible, if not highly likely.
