Emergency Putin, Trump, Xi summit planned as chaos grips Western world
A high-level summit is being planned in November as the current Rockefeller-led world governance system collapses into disorder, according to Asian and Western secret society sources. The summit will include Chinese President Xi Jinping, the actors playing the roles of “US President Donald Trump,” “Russian President Vladimir Putin,” and a representative of the British Commonwealth, the sources say.
Here are a few signs of the collapse that make this summit necessary:
1) The US government announces de facto bankruptcy with $2 trillion in new debt and $1.4 trillion in interest payments in 2026 alone
2) A power struggle in the US as an incoming regime threatens war crimes tribunals against the incumbents
3) Rioters in Europe shouting “Allah Akbar” as they burn churches and government buildings
4) A directed-energy attack against a Canadian military base, probably by the Rockefeller faction
5) The end of the petrodollar as Saudi Arabia and Qatar implode
6) Impending civil war in Israel
There is more, but you get the picture. Things are falling apart. This is why there has been a flurry of back-channel diplomacy. The Xi, “Putin,” “Trump,” and Commonwealth summit is tentatively planned to take place during the Nov. 18 and 19 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Shenzhen, China.
In the meantime, there will be extreme tension in the West as rival factions duke it out.
Former US Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene warns that there is great danger likely between November 3rd, when the “Trump” administration is expected to lose the mid-term elections, and December 11th, when a new government takes power.
Supporters of the Trump regime like prominent MAGA election activist Tina Peters and her attorney, Peter Ticktin, are talking about using claims of a stolen election to invoke martial law. Ticktin, Trump’s childhood friend, said “there would have to be martial law in the event… [of] another rigged election.”

Of course, the American people must be really stupid if they believe electing Democrats who promise to “drain the swamp” will result in anything different from when they elected “Trump” to do the same thing.
Nonetheless, the American people are getting very angry. A new AP-NORC poll shows that 80% of Americans want “substantial change” or “complete and total upheaval” in the way the country is run.

The military are listening to the people. There is evidence that the QAnon people, who lost control of the Trump avatar in June of 2025, are trying to seize back control of the US executive branch.
The brouhaha over the hiring and firing of White House press secretary Katie Zacharia was a sign. As soon as she took over the position, she came under an extremely intense corporate media attack. Within a few days, she was fired for padding her resume.
It tells you a lot about the current state of the US government since people can be fired for something like that but not for torturing and murdering children.
The reality is, before taking the job, Zacharia was posting things about QAnon and Pizzagate in her social media. In other words, she supports going after the Epstein pedophile class. That is why White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, who was not consulted about Zacharia, pushed to have her fired.
This also happened after the Department of Justice announced on October 10 that it was officially investigating all five major news networks—ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, and Fox News— for violating antitrust laws by jointly suspending coverage of the White House press pool.
If the Rockefeller corporate media monopoly is broken, Americans will finally get access to true information. This is the key to restoring democracy.
Of course, the battle is far from over. The P2-P3 Freemasons led by Wiles’ nemesis Elon Musk are now planning to join forces with China and the White Dragon Society to push for a complete change in how this planet is run.
Step back and think about it for a minute. The planet is now run by sociopaths who have been spreading bioweapons, financing terrorism, promoting starvation, and otherwise trying to kill off 90% of humanity and enslave the rest. Why else would US leaders declare war on Iran when 80% of the public was opposed? Why else would our leaders lie about a genocide in Ukraine by calling it a war against Russia? Why else would 20 million people have been murdered with vaccines?
Their rule is coming to an end. What the people of the planet want is leadership that tries to build a better future. That is why—behind the scenes—all the participants in the planned summit have already agreed in principle to creating a meritocratically staffed future planning agency. Its job will be to increase the amount and variety of life on this planet, including human life.
However, before we get there, we can expect extreme turbulence.
Let us get back to the US/Western power struggle. Elon Musk and his P2-P3 backers, including Pope Leo, are now fighting the Rockefellers and their group over control of the Trump regime.
This is seen in contradictory news reports. For example, when the White House announced that Musk would be given a job overseeing the future of warfare, the Washington Post quoted Alex Gibney saying, “It’s like putting the Joker in charge of the Manhattan Project.” Gibney just put out a 3-hour, 45-minute documentary attacking Musk. The Post is owned by Rockefeller flunky Jeff Bezos.
Then we saw a flurry of weird comments allegedly made by Trump. Remember, in this day of deepfakes, anybody with a large media organization can present their version of “Trump” to the public.
For example, why would “Trump” suddenly say things like “I don’t do this with men very often. I started examining his body. I looked at his ass and I looked at the whole— look at his hands.”

Then, on the same day, Vice President JD Vance “sparked a wave of backlash Tuesday after appearing to use being gay as a punchline in a joke about Texas Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico.”

Also, news reports come out saying Pope Leo, who is with the P2-P3, was diagnosed with lung cancer and had part of his right lung removed.

This was followed by reports that the Pope had turbo cancer caused by vaccines combined with talk about him becoming unable to carry out his duties.

Then the Vatican announces, “He has resumed eating normally and had breakfast and lunch… His recovery is proceeding as expected,” and he “concelebrated Mass on Wednesday afternoon.”
So, you can see, there is a fight over who controls major establishment spokespeople like the Pope and the US President.
Our own P2-P3 sources say that the Pope supports the planned summit for November, and the Rockefellers and their faction are fighting it.
This is also about oil. Musk, who is affiliated with the National Reconnaissance Office, cut off Ukrainian dictator Vladimir Zelensky’s access to Starlink. Zelensky says that Starlink operations in Ukraine are subjected to an artificial speed limit of 161 km/h, causing terminals to shut down and crash. This prevents him from continuing his attacks on Russian refineries.
At the same time, “Trump” announces he is buying diesel from Russia and recommending that Europeans do the same thing.
Europe, the U.S. pitch goes, should resume buying more Russian gas — a move that would be an economic boon for Moscow and give it renewed influence in the region.
“Trump’s” peace envoys, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff (who are affiliated with the P2-P3) have brought up the idea in talks with Ukrainian and European officials. To entice Russia to end the war in Ukraine, the Americans have argued, Ukraine should consider restarting pipelines that used to carry Russian natural gas to Europe.
Meanwhile, Rockefeller slave German Chancellor Friedrich Merz demands that restrictions on Starlink satellite communications in Ukraine be lifted, arguing that equipment financed by Berlin must remain operational.

This shows clearly that Merz is working against the German people by forcing them to buy expensive Rockefeller fuel instead of cheap Russian fuel.
What all this shows is that the P2-P3 Freemason faction has joined the international coalition to overthrow the Rockefellers and their Fortune 500 empire.
The key to this is Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia and the Gulf petro-states are the linchpin of the collapsing Rockefeller order. The world was supposed to buy oil from them using Rockefeller dollars from Rockefeller banks. This was being laundered to their Fortune 500 companies via (in part) the Saudi 2030 vision project.
For example, the Saudis spent billions of dollars across 21 sports to dominate world sporting, culminating in a World Cup in 2034. Now, with Houthi missiles shutting down their airports, these events, starting with a Formula 1 race event and a cycling event, are being cancelled.
The fact that Israel is the only country offering real military support for Saudi Arabia has shown the entire Islamic world that Saudi Arabia’s royal family are just Satanists pretending to be Muslims. Pakistan, Turkey, and Egypt have offered lip service to protect Saudi Arabia, but only to defend it against a land invasion. They will not attack the Houthis. This means that the Houthis can use their missiles to shut down Saudi airspace indefinitely.
The Iranian and Houthi control of the Bab al Mandeb and Hormuz straits also means the squeeze on Rockefeller-controlled oil revenue continues.
In addition to the ongoing squeeze on Saudi Arabia, Qatar’s revenue fell 42 per cent in the first half of this year, as exports of liquefied natural gas (LNG) dropped due to the impact of the Iran war.
The IMF now expects Qatar’s economy to shrink 15.6% this year.
Kristalina Georgieva, the head of the International Monetary Fund, told the annual Rockefeller IMF and World Bank summit, “The Saudi economy is important for the region and the world, and in that sense, these developments have potentially negative spillovers for everybody, everywhere.”

Georgieva’s October 14 statement was delivered…at a multilateral forum attended by central bankers and finance ministers from 190 countries, in the context of a formal economic outlook, and it named a specific country whose stability the fund’s managing director described as a global concern.

What she means is that organizations like SoftBank are having to cancel AI projects, while US arms companies have lost their main customer, etc. Previously, the Saudis committed $45 billion to SoftBank’s Vision Fund I, purchased a 37.62 percent stake in Heathrow Airport, and backed the consortium that took Electronic Arts private for $55 billion.
Now, events meant to launder Saudi oil money into Western corporations like the EU-GCC summit and the Future Investment Initiative on 26–29 October are being cancelled or postponed as Saudi oil money runs out and missiles keep airports closed.

The winners in all of this are Canada, Iran, and Russia, who are taking over the oil and energy revenue being lost by the Rockefellers.
The Peterson Institute for International Economics estimates that Russia could capture between $45 billion and $151 billion in additional budget revenues from the conflict during 2026, depending on its duration, through oil-premium capture.
Maybe this is why Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey joined counterparts from France, Germany, and a number of Scandinavian and Baltic countries in a walkout of finance leaders who left an IMF meeting in protest when the Russian finance minister, Anton Siluanov, addressed the group in Russian. This shows which central banks and governments the Rockefellers still control.
However, the head of UK intelligence says that things are about to change in the UK. He says that Blaise Metreweli, the head of MI6, is about to be fired because she fails to understand that the so-called war in Ukraine is actually a genocide of the Ukrainian people. She also fails to understand the need to reach a deal with Russia.
It is also interesting to see that the governors of the Banks of Australia, Canada, and New Zealand did not walk out. This means the Anglo-Saxon Five Eyes is throwing off Rockefeller control.
The Rockefellers are having a hissy fit. It looks like they used a directed-energy weapon to attack a Canadian military base last week, causing many deaths and injuries. Witnesses say a fire appeared out of nowhere, travelled a kilometer in 36 seconds, and caused huge explosions. Canadian Defense Minister David McGuinty said, “I cannot recall an incident like this in recent memory.”
Canada may have been attacked because it is planning to take over the US Corporation and hand it back to the American people as soon as the Rockefellers lose control. As evidence of this, China’s holdings of US Treasuries fell to US$590.7 billion in August, down US$27.3 billion from US$618 billion in July, data released by the US Treasury Department showed on Friday. Japan also dumped $35.6 billion in July. Meanwhile, the UK increased it’s holdings by $58.4 Billion in July while Canada increased its holdings by $38 billion in August 2026, bringing its total to nearly $465 billion. In backroom negotiations, the British and Canadians have promised the Asians that they will try to turn the United States back into a “normal country.”

Even Israel is turning away from the Rockefellers as it faces civil war or state collapse, a classified CIA assessment warns.

The last time I looked, the trail of almost all of these foundations ultimately led to the Rockefeller family and their KM allies.
Now they are financing a new round of “No Kings” rallies in the US, denouncing President Donald Trump’s policies and urging voters to mobilize ahead of November’s midterm elections. More than 2,500 events were planned nationwide, with organizers calling on Americans to vote early.
Stillness General Comment on Fulford Reports
I decided to add this general comment to all Fulford reports since I frequently receive the same questions about them.
Commentary:
In response to many questions and comments I receive from people wondering why I share these reports, I offer the following.
Speaking as someone who has been following Fulford’s reports since 2011, reading them should probably be done with a large grain of salt. That is to say, he seems to share information directly from alleged sources within the Pentagon, CIA, White Dragon Society, and so on. Often the data presented is contradictory on the surface.
The predictions and statements Fulford makes sometimes are highly accurate, whereas, in other instances, they are completely unfounded. Instead of looking to Fulford as one who is “tapped into” some greater truth, it would probably be more productive to consider his data as one possible perspective on what is happening on Earth at this time.
This of course extends to all sources of information. Fulford, like all of us, is only human and can make mistakes. But that doesn’t detract from the work he has done to spread awareness and move things forward to a brighter future for humanity.
Discernment is the process of understanding what something is, which in Fulford’s case, means entertaining his reports without believing them blindly, and then doing the follow-up research/fact-checking to determine what actually happened. In this way, it is a real-time discernment exercise.
The fact that so many people continue to read his reports despite their sensational and wildly inaccurate nature at times—while also being accurate and poignant—means the people he receives information from are probably using him as a mouthpiece to speak to you—the reader who is on their awakening path. As such, blind belief or callous rejection are not our allies but critical thinking and open-mindedness are.
As I have said before, if he is serving as a mouthpiece for various groups working to change the status quo or agents within the Cabal, we can decipher the data as if it is a form of awakening propaganda—information that certain players want to expose the masses to. What effect this has on your personal process is largely up to you. But I would suggest taking an active role in discernment and not falling into the trap of total acceptance or rejection.
