As expected, the summer news is churning in circles even as the world moves inevitably towards a mega black swan event. What is happening is that events are being recycled as the world waits for the UNITED STATES Corporation and Israel to finally collapse.

These are just a few examples off the top of my head. This pattern of repetitive news is expected to continue until the ongoing collapse of the US government reaches its terminal phase.

This is still expected to be when the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve runs dry. The US bought time with its Memorandum of Understanding with Iran. This gave it a window to stock up on oil brought in via the Strait of Hormuz. That window has now been shut, and now the Houthis have shut off Saudi Arabian oil exports from the Red Sea as well.

As of July 17th, the US Petroleum Reserve was at 311,000 thousand barrels and is depleting at the rate of about 9 million barrels per week. In theory, this means the US can hang on for 8 months until the reserve runs dry, but in reality, it will become almost impossible to draw reserves when the level reaches 250 million. That would mean a full-blown crisis in September.

In the meantime, there are multiple other signs that the US going bankrupt slowly is about to become the US going bankrupt suddenly.

First of all, there is extreme panic in the Trump regime. The result of the latest fighting against Iran was far worse than the heavily censored Western media is reporting.

Iranian, Saudi and Houthi sources agree regime collapse in Saudi Arabia and Israel are imminent. The US and their Middle Eastern allies have run out of interceptor missiles. The Saudis have also lost air superiority to Yemen. This means Saudi Arabia is now completely helpless. Yemeni sources insist the Muslim Holy Lands will once again come under control of real Muslims not the satanic Saudi Royal Family.

Without Saudi Arabia, the US and Israel will lose their main source of survival money.

This is why the Trump regime desperately wants peace with Iran.

They have already begun evacuating their troops in the hopes of appeasing Iran. However, they cannot afford to pay the $300 billion in compensation they promised Iran.

They also do not have the 200 tons of gold they need to return to the Dragon Family. This is why the Trump regime announced it would launch a military campaign against Mali. The purpose is to steal their gold mines. The problem is that these mines are being protected by Russian troops.

Meanwhile, an international dump of US Treasuries continues. The US 30-year bond interest rate has been above 5% for the longest time since just before the Lehman shock of 2008.

This is a sick joke because the US has the largest slave labor prison population on earth. The US has 5% of the world’s population but 20% of the world’s prisoners. Most of these prisoners are in jail for petty drug crimes or being unable to pay fines. This means they are put into prisons for forced labor.

In any case, it will be Americans who will be paying for these tariffs. The American people cannot afford to pay this. Americans are forced to pay income tax. Then they are forced to pay sales taxes of 10-15% or more with money already taxed via income tax.

Then they pay property tax for a property that they already paid a sales tax on when they bought it. Next, when selling the property, they are forced to pay more taxes on the sale of the property, and the new buyer pays sales tax on the property they are buying.

Your family has to pay taxes on money you give them that’s already been taxed at least 4 times already. Then there is capital gains tax if you manage to make money on investments that have already been taxed.

As a Canadian government official told me this summer, “What we need is something like the French Revolution.”

Here you can listen to various talking heads all basically saying the system is broken and needs to be radically changed.

That is going to happen, but since we are dealing with a system that has been in place for thousands of years, the pace can seem frustratingly slow.

Special “X” Report

For thousands of years, monotheism has predicted some sort of earth-changing event. Some call it the end times, others a rapture, and others the return (or arrival) of the Messiah. These days there are New Age versions talking about things like motherships from the galaxy coming to introduce us to a whole new universe.

As a reality-based reporter gathering information from the real world, religious beliefs (be they ancient or New Age) fall out of my purview. Nonetheless, over three decades of reporting from the highest levels of world power have left me with enough hard evidence to be convinced that we, at the very least, are entering a new age.

Let me start with some of the weirder stuff I have encountered, before getting down to here-and-now confirmable evidence for this. There’s a shelf I keep in my brain where I store information that does not fit into my worldview and I’m not sure what to do with.

For example, there is a Japanese gentleman who sometimes comes to my public speaking engagements who claims he has been working on Mars, terraforming. Apart from making these claims, he seems to be a very sane Japanese government official. He says that recently all access to Mars has been cut off.

There are also people who claim they have come from the Pleiades and have detailed memories of their homes there. They say they are now marooned on this planet and cannot return home. Other than this, they are functional, apparently sane people.

The famous arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi once sent a honey trap my way (she got naked in front of me, tried to tempt me into sex, and then said no at the last minute in the apparent hope I would cross the line into rape and get entrapped). After she failed in this mission, she told me that giant humanoid beings, similar in description to the Anunnaki, had experimented with her womb.

Japanese gangsters and professional assassins have also told me they have memories of being experimented with. One professional North Korean assassin once told me he had killed his “Jewish handler,” only to have the same person re-appear a few months later.

These are people I have personally met. I don’t know what to make of their testimony other than to say they didn’t have other, let’s say, mental health issues, and believe me, I’ve been approached by a lot of people with such issues.

That’s some of the first-hand testimony I’ve received. There is also a lot of testimony by multiple public figures talking about aliens and a “secret space program.” There are over a dozen former U.S. astronauts, for example, who have gone on the record to say they have seen aliens and that our planet is under their observation.

This is exactly what I was told when I visited the P2 Freemasons in the Vatican. They told me they had been in contact with these aliens for millennia and knew them as “angels, devils, djin, sprites, etc.” The P2 told me the aliens were going to fire Pope Benedict (maledict) XVI, and they did demonstrate this by forcing him to resign, thus proving they truly are powerful.

What is most interesting from my point of view is that I subsequently met these entities personally. I wouldn’t mention this if I had not taken photographs of them. The photographs can be seen below.

These entities were moving slowly up and down and appeared to communicate with me telepathically. “Alexander Romanov” of the Gnostic Illuminati also claims to have encountered these beings.

Here, for what it is worth, is what I learned from these plasma entities.

I was informed that our reality is the result of extremely complex mathematical equations. These equations have been redone countless times with minor variations. That’s why many of us, including this writer, have memories of slightly different versions of the current reality. In some, humans were allowed to explore and colonize other stars. In others, they were mostly wiped out by nuclear war.

What is happening now, which I have heard from these and other sources, is that various different scenarios are being morphed into one. That’s why people with memories of different histories suddenly find themselves “stranded” on this planet and in this particular reality.

Okay, let’s get back to what we can confirm from our own current “official” reality. One thing we all know, for example, is that in the 1960s and 70s we sent astronauts to the moon. We were supposed to send people to Mars by the 1980s, but suddenly it all came screeching to a halt. Yet NASA has also admitted several times that humans cannot get past the electrical barrier or ionosphere that surrounds our planet.

Paul Laine from the Pentagon’s psychic warfare division once even told me that NASA stands for “Not A Space Agency.” There are countless images (rabbits, lizards, tombstones, etc.) showing that the so-called Mars rovers are probably trundling around Greenland or some U.S. desert, not Mars. Photographs of the recent Chinese trip to the far side of the moon also showed clear evidence that the whole thing was done in a studio.

Clearly, none of the readers of this report are able to go to a nearby spaceport and get a ticket on a rocket ship to visit another planet. They also cannot go to the local stargate and travel to another dimension (and if any reader claims they can, I’d like to be taken along to record it).

No matter which way you look at it, we appear to be quarantined on the surface of this planet. There are several possible explanations for this. One is that this entire reality is a digital simulation and, like characters in a video game, we cannot get outside of the game.

Another is, as Paul Hellyer claims, we are warlike and destructive, which is why we are not allowed off-planet. Just as we don’t let lions and tigers roam around downtown New York, aliens do not let military-industrial war-practicing humans off-planet.

The aliens I encountered told me a very different story, though. They said an intergalactic war had been going on for millennia and that the leaders of a group known to us as Satan and his fallen angels had been chased down to this planet. The planet Earth is under quarantine so they could be finally captured, and thus the ancient war would end. When this happened, the quarantinewould be lifted and humanity would be let out into the universe.

No matter which of these alternatives you favor, or even if you think none of the above is true, there is a practical, here-and-now way to start a New Age or end-times event through our own actions in the here-and-now reality we all share.

The first thing we need to do is achieve world peace. This is something we humans should be able to do without any “divine” intervention. There should be no justification for military-industrial mass murder on this planet. Already, the most powerful military forces on the planet—those of the United States, Russia, and China—have agreed to this and world peace is finally being negotiated in the Middle East, the Ukraine, parts of Africa, and other hotspots.

The second thing we need to do is stop environmental destruction. Again, this is very easy to accomplish if we make a collective decision to do so. It will mean sending special forces to places like Brazil and Indonesia to stop further burning of the rainforests. It will also mean deploying these forces to protect endangered species in protected zones. This is already happening to a large extent.

The other thing we need to do is end world poverty. Poverty stunts human potential. Also, starving peasants burning down forests to feed their families is one of the biggest causes of environmental destruction. India has lifted 271 million people out of poverty in the past decade. The world now needs to concentrate on Africa and a few other places to finally end poverty.

Once the emergency planetary housekeeping is done, we can start creating paradise here on Earth. There is no reason why we cannot attain immortality and super-powers with our newly found control of the human genome, for example.

The system of global economic governance has become dysfunctional at the highest level. The institutions created by the victorious powers after World War II—the IMF, the World Bank, the United Nations, etc.—have led to an extinction-level ecological disaster and extreme concentration of wealth in the hands of a parasitical elite.

China, with its multi-trillion-dollar Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), is rapidly sinking the gridlocked Western powers into irrelevance. For this reason, the White Dragon Society has been proposing the creation of a Western-led Future Planning Agency (FPA) as a complement to the Chinese BRI. This plan has high-level support from the Pentagon, the Vatican, and the British Commonwealth.

The FPA would be modeled after the Japanese Economic Planning Agency (EPA) that was behind Japanese decades of spectacular (often double-digit) post-war economic growth. The system culminated in the mid-1980’s with Japan having the highest per-capita income in the world and the lowest gap between the rich and the poor in the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development). Therefore, it would be a good idea to examine how the Japanese EPA worked before fleshing out plans for the FPA.

The heart of the Japanese system was an informal group of about 20 or so bureaucrats, industrialists, and politicians. The politicians would convey what the people wanted, the bureaucrats would say what was realistic, and the industrialists would advise as to what was profitable. Together they would come up with a plan of what they wanted to accomplish for the country over the next five years.

The plan would start with the Bank of Japan doing a systematic survey of the country. They would send officers to stores around the country to check the prices of goods. They would also survey businesses large and small as to what their business plans were, and in particular how much equipment they intended to buy. Based on this data, the BOJ would calculate exactly how much money would be needed to meet the investment plans without creating inflation.

The money was then allocated to the private banking sector. The private banking sector was divided into nationwide “city banks,” regional banks, and specialized banks. Each corporation had its “main bank” and these banks supplied the corporations with funds in accordance with the overall plan.

Once it was decided how much money was to be injected into the economy, then the other bureaucracies, especially the once-famous and feared Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), would make their plans. MITI was staffed by some of the most intelligent people in Japan who passed the nearly-impossible-to-pass top-level civil service exams.

MITI was not like a communist central planning authority, but rather created a general roadmap for private industry to follow. For example, if the five-year plan called for doubling the number of highways in Japan, MITI would make sure the car companies were given whatever help they needed to build enough cars to fill the new roads.

The main point of this whole system was that the country as a whole had a sense of direction and an overall plan for the future. This made it easier for companies and individuals to plan their own futures.

Despite its incredible success, the Japanese system had a major flaw. This was caused by a system of forced retirement of bureaucrats. Any bureaucrat who did not make it past a certain level of promotion was forced to retire early. These bureaucrats would then take a “golden parachute” and land jobs in the private sectors that they formerly had supervised. This created what was in effect a system of deferred bribery. Bureaucrats would offer sweetheart deals to corporations in exchange for a promise of a lucrative job after their retirement. Very low pay for bureaucrats only made the system worse.

Singapore solved this problem by not forcing bureaucrats to retire, and paying them salaries that were competitive with the private sector. This meant they could concentrate on the greater good, not simply the good of whomever it was they were supposed to supervise.

Overall, the Singaporean and Japanese models combined the best of Western capitalism and East Asian Confucian meritocratic bureaucracy. Other countries like South Korea, China, and Vietnam copied their examples. The overall result was for Asia as a whole to have a larger GDP than the West as a whole.

This fundamental change in the balance of economic power led to Asian countries demanding more of a say in how the planet as a whole is run. Unless the West reforms its systems by incorporating and improving on the successful parts of the Asian model, the more time that passes, the stronger Asia will become as the West becomes weaker.

Now let us examine the failure of the Western system, especially after the end of the Cold War. The West experienced massive economic expansion as a result of World War II. This was because of industrial planning related to the war effort.

When World War II ended, the original impetus in the West was to dismantle the military apparatus and bring it back down to traditional and minimal peacetime levels. However, the industrialists who profited from the massive military buildup staged a coup and came up with a plan for a “cold war” to keep the massive military spending going.

This contrived Cold War was good for the economy as a whole until the early 1970s. However, the military-industrial complex was basically dedicated to creating instruments of military-industrial mass murder. At a certain point, it became parasitical. As a result, the real living standard for 90% of Americans has been dropping since the early 1970s.

The collapse of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War should have created a huge peace dividend for the victorious West. However, because there was no system of future planning such as exists in East Asia, this opportunity was squandered.

Instead, the oligarchs heading the West came up with what can only be described as a criminal and stupid plan to revive the Cold War by creating a nebulous “terrorist” enemy. Thus was born the fake War on Terror, combined with never-ending low-level conflicts in places like Afghanistan and Iraq. The end result was to squander trillions of dollars on meaningless military conflicts.

Western infrastructure, especially in the U.S., became dilapidated and the U.S. became the most indebted country in the history of the world. This worked as long as the debt was owed by captive slave states like Saudi Arabia and Japan. However, this is not the case with China. The Chinese, aware of Neocon plans to invade and dismember China, rightly asked, “Why should we pay for you to kill us?”

The inability of the Americans to pay their debts to China is the essence of the ongoing trade war. The administration of Donald Trump is saying, “Buy a bunch of our stuff so we can avoid bankruptcy.” The Chinese answer, “You don’t have enough stuff to sell.” The Americans are now upping the ante by trying to cut off Chinese access to semiconductors and may soon try to cut off oil as well. The Chinese have foreseen this and have waited until they had enough alternatives to Middle Eastern oil to make their move.

The only card the U.S. has to play now is World War III, but no matter how many times the Pentagon plays its war games, the result is the same—90% of humanity dies and the entire Northern Hemisphere of the planet becomes inhospitable.

The solution the White Dragon Society (WDS) has negotiated with the Asian secret societies—and that has received the support, as mentioned above, of the Vatican, the British Commonwealth, and the Pentagon—is to create a Western-led future planning agency. This would be preceded by a jubilee or one-off cancellation of all debts, public and private.

This proposed agency, with a budget of trillions of dollars and a multinational meritocratic staff, would start a Western counterpart to the BRI. It would come up with big plans to turn the deserts green, eliminate disease, prolong lifespans, replenish the oceans, explore the universe, etc. The actual work would be put out to the private sector via competitive bidding.

Currently, the main obstacle to this plan being carried out is the fanatic Zionists who seized control of the Western central banking system. They cling to an apocalyptic vision of a war between Gog and Magog that would kill 90% of humanity and allow them to enslave the survivors.

The WDS and its allies therefore have been left with no choice but to hunt down and kill or arrest these genocidal fanatics until their final defeat and surrender is a fact. The process of removing them from power is well under way and, if all goes well, could be completed as early as this autumn.
