Fulford’s Report:
In a sign the tide is really turning in favor of the white hats, the corporate media and former KM bosses have started telling the truth. For example, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg published a letter saying Joe Biden’s administration “repeatedly pressured” Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram. to “censor certain Covid-19 content” during the pandemic. Also, former UK Prime Minister Elizabeth Truss says in public the Governor of the Bank of England is in charge of the UK, not the Prime Minister. She adds, “That is a problem in a democracy.” British military intelligence (MI6) is aware civilian governments have been hijacked and promised action to deal with the situation (better late than never).
The move by Zuckerberg is important because he is a member of the Rockefeller family. They control Meta, WhatsApp and Instagram, This is a sign the Rockefellers have either been replaced or joined the white hats. This follows the white hat takeover of Google and the ongoing battle over Telegram (more on that below), meaning the truth is winning over falsehood. It also is probably linked to US President Donald Trump saying Zuckerberg plotted against him during the 2020 election and promising the Meta chief executive would “spend the rest of his life in prison” if he did it again.

In any case, this means it is just a matter of time before the remaining sleeping sheeple learn their leaders have been trying to kill 90% of humanity and enslave the survivors. The most recent attempt was mass murder by vaccine and the truth about this is leading inevitably to war crimes trials. The takeover of social media by the white hats is preparing public opinion for these tribunals.
Remember, Satan is the father of all lies and any person who took power in the West under Satanic rule had to have a big lie they could be blackmailed about in order to force obedience.
Barack Obama Hitler and Emmanuelle Macron of France are blackmailed about the fact they are married to men pretending to be women (By the way, French intelligence contacted us to say Macron, who is a Rothschild, is married to his father, not his uncle as we previously reported).
In Canada meanwhile, Crime Minister Justin Castrudeau is blackmailed about the fact he murdered his brother Michael and his father is Fidel Castro.
In the case of the UK, Queen Elizabeth confessed she was being blackmailed with a video of her cutting off a child’s head and eating its’ heart. Similar blackmail affects most other public leaders in the G7.
Nonetheless, the Satanists are destined to lose because truth reflects the original creation and always wins in the end.
This is especially true when it comes to Satanically controlled central banks. No matter what sort of digital currency or other fiat (created out of nothing) money they try to use, they do not control the underlying physical reality.
This is why China and the BRICS are defeating the West. No matter what fake statistics the West churns out, the physical reality is the BRICS now control 80% or more of the physical real-world economy. For example, even if the US cut off all imports from China that would only affect 2% of China’s GDP while the loss of Chinese goods would devastate the US poor and working class.
This is why Barack Obama Hitler sent his National Security adviser Jake Sullivan to China last week on yet another begging mission. Asian Secret Society sources say Sullivan conveyed a message from his master Obama that “We colored people should stick together so please finance Kamala Harris to be the next US president.” They also promised to obey China and turn the US communist in exchange for money. The Chinese said no, and added they were against all forms of racism, including racism against Europeans. That is why Sullivan looks so unhappy in the picture below.
By the way, the white hats took control of the Biden actor pretending to be president and made him do things like take a dump in public so, Obama had him killed and replaced with a new actor. This is the one who handed the puppet baton to Kamala. The new one is taller.

The Western white hat alliance, for its part, supports the BRICS idea of a world village instead of a centralized totalitarian KM theocracy. However, they are also willing to fight China if necessary.
That brings us to the biggest unreported news of the past week. US surrogates killed over 2000 Chinese troops last week after they invaded Myanmar in an attempt to take control of tin mines there, according to US Space Force sources. The Chinese have now retreated back across the border, the sources say. Myanmar supplies two-thirds of the tin China uses and it is essential for many industries, notably electronics and automobiles. This tin has now been cut off and gives the white hats a powerful card to play in upcoming negotiations with China over the new financial system.

This failed invasion came up at a high level meeting between Western white hats and Asian secret society representatives in Thailand last week, according to meeting participants.
Much of the talk centered on the planned new BRICS currency. The conclusion was India holds the key at this point. An Indian official says the big BRICS meeting on October 21-22 in Kazan, Russia, will discuss proposals for the use of local currencies and the creation of a common BRICS currency. “Initially, India was not keen on the use of national currencies for trading with BRICS partners because of the China factor but is now supportive because of a compromise that lets India choose not to do with China in yuan and rupee while it may do with other countries, for instance, the rouble or rand,” the official says.
“The BRICS currency’s value will derive from the value of all the currencies in the basket put together. Notionally, one gets the impression that the yuan is a dominant currency. So, it will have a greater weightage. India has to see whether that will be acceptable to it,” the official said.
Since India is very influential in the global south, the talks are likely to focus on writing off the debts of developing countries and paying them a fair price for their commodities. This will require regime change in the West and that was promised at the meeting in Thailand.
During the talks, the Asians were told the white hat plan for the US was to have President Donald Trump’s Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance resign for “family reasons” and be replaced by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
RFK Jr. (We apologize by the way for repeatedly calling him JFK Jr.) says “If President Donald Trump wins people are going to see a very different Trump than they did during the first term…he said many interesting things about what he did wrong the last time…he had no idea he was going to win, he had no idea he was going to govern and…said ‘I appointed a lot of people I should not have appointed, I know who they are now’.”
Working with the new and improved Trump, JFK Jr. promises he’ll stop the criminal clandestine chemtrail operation poisoning Americans and citizens of other nations.
In a sign Trump is already taking action, a New York City hotel has been taken over by the military. “It seems the military is prepping for the inevitable; arrests and deportation as Trump had promised,” a Pentagon source comments.
Donald Trump promises to deport people like the gang members who took over apartment complexes in Colorado saying “We’re going to get them the hell out of here.”
By the way, as this video of Trump standing next to 5’8” Tulsi Gabbard shows, the Trump appearing in public is a white hat actor who is much shorter than the real Trump. Secret Space Force sources say he is representing the real Trump who is at Cheyenne Mountain. The real Trump, who is 6’3” does sometimes appear in person under high security, they say.
It also looks like the UN will be dismantled when Trump is back in office:
A United Nations legal affairs official has said he doubts the U.N. will survive a second Trump term and admitted that his colleagues are “terrified” of his reelection.

The functional parts of the UN will be taken over by a new organization whose headquarters are being built in Laos, Asian secret society sources say.
The Asian sources told their Space Force counterparts they would support a Trump presidency but insisted both the US and Israeli nation-states be replaced. The white hats agreed; promising to arrest Justin Castrudeau and then merge the US with Canada to form a United States of North America. Trump would be put forth as the first leader of the USNA.
The Asians also insisted Israel be replaced with the nation-state of Judea. This process is already happening.
“The Israeli regime is now in a precarious situation and sees itself on the verge of collapse,” Iran’s armed forces Chief of Staff Major General Mohammad Baqeri says. He promises a “calculated” response to the Israeli assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.
However, as a Mossad source points out, “It has been relatively quiet for over 2 weeks now. There is something definitely going on behind the curtain.”
This may mean the white hat promise to deliver Israeli Crime Minister Netanyahu as compensation for Haniyeh may have been kept. We were sent this picture of an obviously silicon-masked impostor Netanyahu as a hint.
This would affect US politics big time. Representative Thomas Massie notes Congress whores gave Netanyahu a standing ovation every few sentences, during his recent speech there. This is the “political theater” Americans are subjected to daily. Only 20% of Congress boycotted the speech.
Despite Trump’s promises and a possible Netanyahu removal, there is definitely a war still going on. Israel just attempted to inoculate 1.25 million Gazans with a vaccine for Polio, a disease not seen there for decades. “You would have to be out of your mind to take this shot. IT IS A SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED KILL SHOT,” warns a CIA white hat doctor. Fortunately for the Gazans, this plot was stopped after Iran threatened to retaliate by destroying Tel Aviv with a neutron bomb.
We also note: “Bitcoin Worth Over $2.6 Billion Withdrawn from Binance in 24 Hours.” Mossad sources say this is because Binance seized cryptocurrency from Palestinians as per request from Israel.

This crypto-currency angle leads us into the ongoing saga of the arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov. It now turns out Durov is a member of the World Economic Forum. Also, both French and Russian intelligence informs us his girlfriend is a Mossad agent. Furthermore, his lawyer David Olivier Kaminski is a B’nai Brith Freemason and prominent French Zionist lobbyist who opposes UN assistance to the people of Gaza.

Durov has been charged with 12 criminal counts, has had an ankle bracelet put on him and cannot leave France.
Durov also gave a 60 Minutes overtime where he claimed he cannot remove criminal content because of encryption.
This is a lie because we have talked to the Russian FSB -who have taken over Telegram- and they are now promising to remove criminal content.
Mossad for its part says: “The French imbeciles arrested the wrong brother. The one with the encryption keys (which are already reconfigured), the brain, is Nikolai Durov, who has two PhDs in math. He lives in St. Petersburg and is a professor at a Russian University.”
Russian FSB sources say “the reason for [Durov’s] arrest is it seems he took part in hacking the Israeli military complex and spreading secret information through telegram channels to defend the Palestinians. He did this because Telegram is funded by the Arab Mubadala Foundation.”
The source adds “Pavel’s brother, the new CEO, is now Russian, and Russia will successfully take control of Telegram.”
The FSB warns the EU and US do not need Durov alive. His only protection is Israel who want to indoctrinate him and use his his capacity to hack and spread information, they say.
French intelligence confirmed all Telegram employees fled Dubai and their headquarters in Dubai were abandoned.
The FSB has already issued protocols for shutting down criminal activities on Telegram. This includes the pirate channels stealing this writer’s reports and using them to sell fraudulent crypto-currency products.
By the way, after reporting on Durov’s Zionist connections I was hit on by a woman in a local supermarket, In the real world, beautiful women do not hit on guys in supermarkets, especially not a “Moroccan” woman in a Japanese supermarket. You know you hit a nerve when they send a honey trap.
We have also been warned to beware of new bioweapons attacks. The current Japanese slave government is producing “replicon” vaccines that will make vaccinated people able to infect those around them. There will be a showdown in Japan later this month which should put an end to this with a new Prime Minister.
Stillness General Comment on Fulford Reports
I decided to add this general comment to all Fulford reports since I frequently receive the same questions about them.
Commentary:
In response to many questions and comments I receive from people wondering why I share these reports, I offer the following.
Speaking as someone who has been following Fulford’s reports since 2011, reading them should probably be done with a large grain of salt. That is to say, he seems to share information directly from alleged sources within the Pentagon, CIA, White Dragon Society, and so on. Often the data presented is contradictory on the surface.
The predictions and statements Fulford makes sometimes are highly accurate, whereas, in other instances, they are completely unfounded. Instead of looking to Fulford as one who is “tapped into” some greater truth, it would probably be more productive to consider his data as one possible perspective on what is happening on Earth at this time.
This of course extends to all sources of information. Fulford, like all of us, is only human and can make mistakes. But that doesn’t detract from the work he has done to spread awareness and move things forward to a brighter future for humanity.
Discernment is the process of understanding what something is, which in Fulford’s case, means entertaining his reports without believing them blindly, and then doing the follow-up research/fact-checking to determine what actually happened. In this way, it is a real-time discernment exercise.
The fact that so many people continue to read his reports despite their sensational and wildly inaccurate nature at times—while also being accurate and poignant—means the people he receives information from are probably using him as a mouthpiece to speak to you—the reader who is on their awakening path. As such, blind belief or callous rejection are not our allies but critical thinking and open-mindedness are.
As I have said before, if he is serving as a mouthpiece for various groups working to change the status quo or agents within the Cabal, we can decipher the data as if it is a form of awakening propaganda—information that certain players want to expose the masses to. What effect this has on your personal process is largely up to you. But I would suggest taking an active role in discernment and not falling into the trap of total acceptance or rejection.
