‘Slash the Tires … Empty Gas Tanks’: CNN Analyst Calls for Violence Against Canadian Protest Convoy

(Mike Miller) Among all news outlet slogans on the planet — “Democracy Dies in Darkness”, “All the News That’s Fit to Print”, et al. — none is more hilariously ironic than “The Most Trusted Name in News” of CNN, whose viewership ratings continue to swirl down the public opinion toilet as fast as Joe Biden’s approval ratings.

The most hilarious part, of course, is that CNN and its remaining 147 diehard viewers actually believe that the official lapdog media of the left is trusted and does deliver solid news reporting. Neither could be further from the truth.

Quintessential case in point:

CNN analyst Juliette Kayyem fired up her Twitter machine on Thursday to suggest a “slightly different” approach to Canadian officials to end the Freedom Convoy protest: “Slash the tires, empty tanks, [and] arrest the drivers.”

Kayyem included in her tweet a link to a Wall Street Journal report about protesting truckers blocking the Ambassador Bridge, which connects Windsor, Ontario to Detroit — and over which 28 percent of trade between Canada and the U.S. is transported.

The convoy protest, applauded by right-wing media as a “freedom protest,” is an economic and security issue now. The Ambassador Bridge link constitutes 28% of annual trade movement between US and Canada. Slash the tires, empty gas tanks, arrest the drivers, and move the trucks.

In other words, Democracy CNN-style.

Kayyem was far from finished, this time taking it strong to the net as she listed additional ways she would “hurt” and punish truckers who have the audacity to stand against government tyranny and on the side of fundamental rights.

Incidentally, from Black Lives Matter and Antifa “peaceful protests” to protests against everyone and everything with whom or which the left disagrees, those same rights are not to be afforded to those who are brave enough to stand up to the federal government, if necessary, in defense of those rights.

Yet CNN’s Kayyem said she wouldn’t “run out of ways” to hurt the truckers and their livelihoods.

Trust me, I will not run out of ways to make this hurt: cancel their insurance; suspend their drivers licenses; prohibit any future regulatory certification for truckers, etc. Have we learned nothing? These things fester when there are no consequences.

Oh, we’ve learned a lot, Ms. Kayyem, trust us. Including yet another example of the hypocrisy of the left.

While Kayyem’s suggested “plan of attack” against the truckers isn’t going to happen, Canadian journalist Andrew Lawton on Thursday tweeted that the Ontario government has effectively frozen all donations made to the trucker convoy through GiveSendGo. It is now a criminal offence [sic] to have any “dealing” with money from donations through this platform.

One can only imagine the envy rattling around in the head of Joe Biden as he watches his pal, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and other Canadian lawmakers try their damnedest to destroy the convoy and all it stands for.

As to CNN’s Juliette Kayyem, “Beer30” asked the perfect comeback question: “Hey Juliette Kayyem what kind of car do you drive and where is it parked?”

Needless to say, Kayyem was unavailable for comment.

Let us hope the Freedom Convoy eventually breaks the back of the Canadian government’s heavy-handed COVID mandates — and paves the way for Canadian citizens to return to a level of pre-COVID sanity. And then? Biden.

    This He/She (come on, man) demon is going up against a wall of God’s Almighty fire! We The People have found our feet and stood up (Revelation 11:11) and we are not going to be threatened or amazed by the likes of CNN presenters! This demon doesn’t know the score yet; that CNN is running on nothing, nada, no more money! Their percent of devoted viewers is at 10%, and will decrease! This idiot’s mouthings are the last she will utter against We The People. As above, so below! We are waking up, fellows! Like the Berlin Wall, now we know that all we have to do is take down the wall one block at a time. As below, so above! Satan is waging war in heaven, against ANGELS! Get lost, Satan!
