Leadership:
We have a “president” that lost by a landslide whose largest voter base cast ballots from their coffins.
A leader whose main mission is to destroy every policy enacted by his predecessor, regardless of how beneficial they are to the country.
A Commander in Chief who just commanded his military over a cliff, losing a war America had already won while rewarding the “victors” with an $85 Billion prize in weapons and technology.
Media Accomplices:
We have a complicit media, that does the bidding of the Democrat party, destroying any remnants of a free and unbiased press.
A filthy, cabal of Bagdad Bob wannabees, who lie to Americans with impunity, demanding we ignore our lying eyes and censoring any opposing points of view.
Big Pharma and Government “Health” agencies:
We have compromised health agencies who are so invested, literally, in Covid vaccines and pandemic restrictions, that any alternative treatment that shows promise, any doctor or scientist that mentions tried and true alternatives to the shot, is summarily silenced, censored, mocked and cancelled; as they work with their tech-tyrant comrades to enforce their singular and accepted narrative.
Given then, these bizarre and infuriating times, it should come as no surprise that hospitals are REFUSING to use treatment requested by patients and their family members, and prescribed by their doctors, forcing patient advocates to turn to the courts for help.
One woman whose 51-year old husband was recently hospitalized with Covid and put on a ventilator, had to hire a lawyer and get a court order to force the hospital to comply with and administer the patient’s prescription for Ivermectin, requested by his physician.
The Epoch Times reports: A Butler County judge in Ohio has ordered a hospital to administer Ivermectin to a ventilated COVID-19 patient, granting an emergency relief filed by the patient’s wife.
Butler County Common Pleas Judge Gregory Howard ruled last week that West Chester Hospital, part of the University of Cincinnati’s health network UC Health, must “immediately administer Ivermectin” to patient Jeffrey Smith following his doctor’s prescription of 30 mg of Ivermectin for 21 days, the Ohio Capital Journal reported.
Smith, 51, is a Verizon Wireless engineer in Butler County. According to the lawsuit (pdf) filed by his wife Julie Smith, Smith tested positive for COVID-19 on July 9, and he was admitted to West Chester Hospital on July 15. On the same day, he was moved to an intensive care unit (ICU).
According to the report, Mr. Smith’s condition continued to decline after being admitted to the hospital, and on August 1st he was placed on a ventilator.
By Aug. 19, the ventilator was operating at 80 percent volume, with Smith’s chances of survival dropping to less than 30 percent, court documents read. At that time, the hospital claimed to have exhausted all options in its COVID-19 treatment protocol.
As the hospital began to write him off, Smith’s wife Julie fought to save him.
“At this point, there is nothing more the defendant can do, or will do, for my husband,” Julie wrote in an affidavit included in her complaint.
“However, I cannot give up on him, even if the defendant [hospital] has,” Julie continued. “There is no reason why the defendant cannot approve or authorize other forms of treatments so long as the benefits outweigh the risks.”
People seeking alternative medicines to use as either treatment or prophylaxis against Covid have hit walls and barriers purposely set up by the committed leftists. Any information regarding Covid treatments that dare mention Ivermectin or HCQ and other alternatives is quickly removed by the tech tyrants and ignored by the MSM.
In spite of the barriers, Mrs. Smith was fortunate to have read about lawsuits that were featured in the Chicago Tribune and The Buffalo News where patients who were deathly ill with Covid recovered after being given Ivermectin. Armed with that knowledge, she was able to mount a winnable fight to save her own husband.
