(Kyle Becker) A British soccer player named Lyle Taylor has done the world a favor. He has done something that few, if any, major American athletes will do: Call out the radical organization “Black Lives Matter” for the Marxist frauds they they are.

In an interview with LBC’s Nick Ferrari he showed that it is possible for a black athlete to criticize Black Lives Matter and not be instantly turned to dust.
“Enough is enough,” Taylor declared to LBC’s Nick Ferrari. Watch the phone interview below:
“I took the decision because I felt that enough was enough…not enough people have looked into the organization that has brought all of this to the fore,” he continued.
“I said before, that I agree with the message that black lives do matter and something needs to be done about that… the societal injustice needs to stop,” he added. This is a statement that almost no one disagrees with — or should disagree with.
“But by the same token we are hanging our hat on a Marxist group who are… looking to defund the police, they’re looking to use societal unrest and racial unrest to push their own political agenda and that’s not what black people are, we’re not a token gesture or a thing to hang your movement on just because it’s what’s powerful and it’s what’s going on at the moment.”
Tellingly, Taylor also gave remarks that show empathy towards white players who are put in the awkward position of being bullied into disrespecting their country, since they are afraid to be called a “racist.”
As the LBC noted, Taylor added that he “feels sorry for white players because they cannot take the knee without being ‘branded racist’.”
Taylor also said he was “branded racist” and was “racially abused” by fellow black people due to his stance against the Marxist group Black Lives Matter.
The closest equivalent to a current NFL player taking a stand against kneeling was the New Orleans’ Saints legendary quarterback Drew Brees.
After he made comments critical of kneeling for the national anthem, left-wing exploded and harrassed him until he caved and apologized.
“Drew Brees’s tone-deaf comments on protests are both ignorant and dangerous,” the left-wing Guardian blared at Brees. What had he said that was so “dangerous”?
“I will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag,” he had said.
It is important to note that kneeling during the national anthem (as opposed to any other time) was started by Colin Kaepernick, a Cuba-supporting radical who has made misleading statements about the police. Kaepernick himself said if was about disrespecting the American flag.
“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color,” he said. “To me, this is bigger than football, and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder.”
“The bodies in the street” include about 27 unarmed black men shot and killed a year by police officer out of a population of nearly fifty million blacks in America.
It is sad that it takes a British soccer player to show American athletes how to stand up to a Marxist mob. Maybe Americans can go back to acting like Americans and start speaking their consciences on such matters.
