Berberine can be a powerful ally in achieving profound differences in response to your dietary intake and efficacy of exercise. Berberine is so unique thanks to its many benefits, so we are going to take a deep dive on how it all works.
Berberine is a plant alkaloid found in a wide variety of herbs, such as goldenseal, Oregon grape and Barberry. Found in the stem, bark, roots and rhizomes of the plants, it has been used for thousands of years ago in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic medicine.
