In the document filed in February 2020, Alison accuses her mother Patricia of allowing and encouraging adult men to ‘engage in sexual acts’ when she was just 10 years old. Furthermore, she claims that she was also forced to watch other youngsters being abused ‘during middle-of-the-night satanic worship meetings that included ritual sacrifices’.

Alison Carey wants to use New York’s Child Victims Act – which temporarily waives the statute of limitations in underage-sex cases – to sue her mother, claiming the abuse caused PTSD, depression, and drug abuse that ruined her life.
The lawsuit filed at the State of New York Supreme Court stipulates:
Defendant, who is Plaintiff’s mother, allowed and encouraged other male persons whose identities are at present unknown to engage in sexual acts as defined in New York Penal Law, specifically 130.52 (forcible touching), and 130.65 (sexual assault in the first degree), while Plaintiff was approximately 10 years of age.
Defendant also forced Plaintiff to witness adults engaged in sexual acts with both adults and children during middle-of-the-night satanic worship meetings that included ritual sacrifices.
As a result of the above Plaintiff has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and major depression, leading her to misuse both legal and illegal drugs in an attempt to suppress the horrific memories, and to undergo extensive professional counseling.
Plaintiff now demands compensatory money damages for immense psychological and physical damage, mental pain and anguish and intentional infliction of severe emotional distress.
In a 2018 interview with The Sun, Alison Carey provided more details regarding her alleged abuse:
“It sounds hard to believe and I have so many memories I wish I never had. A close family member used to wake me up just before 2am and take me to an old hall that looked like a castle, which was a short walk from the church we used to attend in Huntington, New York. The place is still there I could show you exactly where it is.
The ceremonies or rituals were always between 2am and 4am and they weren’t every week as far as I can remember – just certain dates. Everyone would wear long robes with black hoods and walk in twos across to this place.
Inside they would start the rituals and they would be chanting in another language – I think Latin.
I never understood what was going on – I remember there was some kind of a table or altar and they would chant and every one would stand in a circle. There would be around 20 people there – including children.
Then terrible things would happen – things that a child should never see. I was sexually abused there. They told me that if I didn’t do what they told me or if I told them what was going on they would harm Mariah.
Imagine being told that as a child? Of course I went along with what they said. I think I was about six when I first remember going there and it went on for a few years.
I never heard them say the word Satan but the whole thing was so evil, so wrong – I’m sure they were Satan worshippers. It was terrifying – something that has stayed with me my whole life. I don’t remember ever seeing Mariah because she was a lot younger than me but that’s not to say she wasn’t there. It’s impossible to say.”
Morgan Carey, the brother of Alison and Mariah, confirmed he and Alison had been taken to occult gatherings as a child but declined to comment further.
Two Sisters – Two Paths

While Mariah Carey was the “golden child” who went on to become extremely famous and insanely wealthy, Alison spent most of her life battling drug addiction and working as a prostitute in New York City. At the end of the 1980s, right when Mariah was about to reach superstardom, Alison was declared HIV positive. After a huge fallout in 1991, Mariah cut nearly all ties with her sister.
In 2015, an intruder entered Alison’s home and attacked her with a baseball bat. The resulting injuries were so severe that family members turned off her life support machine. However, miraculously, she recovered.
During this entire ordeal, neither Mariah nor her mother visited Alison – despite the fact that they were only 10 miles away.
This lead Morgan Carey to call Mariah an “evil witch” in scathing interviews.

In 2016, while Alison was on the verge of dying in the hospital, Morgan lashed out at Mariah stating:
“She probably spends more on dog food than it would cost to make sure her sister gets properly cared for.
Your sister is dying and she is struggling and where are you? You think you are so fabulous, but you are a witch. Mariah needs to step up. I flew in from Hawaii last year when Alison was taken off a ventilator, believing she was going to die. My sister didn’t even show up at the hospital.
Thankfully Alison had a miraculous recovery but now she needs brain and spinal surgery and will be going into hospital any day.
Alison has desperately reached out to Mariah over and over again. We never hear back. I have not spoken to Mariah in two and a half years. I only heard she was getting married through social media.
I don’t even think Mariah is in love with James, she’s only in love with herself. She is evil.
Why isn’t our millionaire sister and her billionaire fiancé helping out? I think she could at least manage to put our sister in a good hospital and make sure she gets the care she needs.”
In Conclusion
Some might say that Alison is throwing these accusations as a desperate attempt to obtain money from her estranged family. Or, maybe, years of drug use messed with her brain and memory. However, throughout the years, Alison’s account remained consistent, complete with the exact location of the alleged rituals. Furthermore, her brother has confirmed the veracity of Alison’s claims – although he seems reluctant to address it further. While some might discredit Alison due to her troubled past, is it possible that the abuse actually lead her to this troubled past?
In any case, Alison’s chances of obtaining any kind of judicial victory are rather slim. Considering the fact that the alleged events happened a long time ago, that Alison is incapable of providing solid evidence and that she’s planning on representing herself in court, I don’t see anyone getting punished anytime soon. Maybe Alison is aware of this fact and that she’ only looking to get her story out there before it is too late.
Regarding Morgan calling Mariah Carey “evil”, he might be right. I’m pretty sure that he knows her better than I do. However, it is a known fact that Mariah had little to no control over her career – especially during her marriage with Tommy Mottola who was more of an MK handler. It is quite possible that she was told to cut ties with her sister. Furthermore, although Mariah leads an outrageously glamorous life that is at the extreme opposite of Alison’s – both sisters probably went through similar ordeals. In some cases, there isn’t much of a difference between an industry slave … and a prostitute.
