by Justin Deschamps,
If love is the answer, then wisdom is the way. There exists a method of redefining our experience so that we can feel good about facing challenges in life. This technique is known by many masters, which involves a type of mental alchemy for transmuting things we hate into things we love.
In this video, I’ll describe the science behind this process and some steps for how we can change our thoughts for a better life.
The stories we tell ourselves, how we define life situations, determines what we feel emotionally about them. Learning how to redefine our circumstances, so that we can face life’s challenges with grace, enthusiasm, and positivity can help us grow to our full potential, leading happy and fulfilling lives.
