Shortly after the Brussels attacks took place, several mainstream media outlets began showing alleged video footage of the event.
One of the CCTV videos featured were actually from an attack that took place in 2011 at Domodedovo Airport. Another video was of a bombing of the Minsk Metro from April 2011.
This twitter post shows a screen capture of CNN’s reporting of the fake CCTV video:

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack, leading many to conclude that this is most likely another false flag psychological warfare operation.

The attacks took place on March 22nd, the first day of the Season of Sacrifice. No doubt more false flag attacks will take place in the coming weeks.
CCTV purporting to show the deadly Brussels Airport explosions appears to be fake.
The footage resembles a video of the moment a bomb attack took place at Domodedovo Airport in Russia in 2011.
But the clip, which shows people walking before they duck and flee following an explosion, has been widely shared on social media since the Brussels blasts took place on Tuesday morning.

Witnesses said two explosions were heard inside the departure hall of Brussels Airport shortly after 8am.
VRT news agency apologised on Twitter for the CCTV footage being fake.

Shortly after the airport explosion in Brussels, a blast was also heard at Maalbeek Metro station.
Local media is reporting that at least 13 people have been killed and 35 have been severely injured.
All flights at the airport have been cancelled and arriving planes have been diverted.
Belgium’s terror alert level has been raised to maximum.
The blasts come four days after Salah Abdeslam, one of the suspects of November Paris terror attacks, was arrested in Brussels.
In 2011, at least 35 people were killed and more than 100 were injured after a bomb attack at the Moscow airport. The suicide bomber was identified as a 20-year-old from the North Caucasus.
These CCTV videos people are sharing are NOT from the Brussels attacks
One video, seen below, was recorded at Moscow’s Domodedovo International Airport on Jan. 24, 2011, when a suicide bomber killed 37 people.
People on social media shared it on Tuesday and said it showed the blasts at the Brussels airport.
Other videos, all showing different angles of the April 11, 2011, bombing of the Minsk Metro, are also being misrepresented as depicting the Brussels blasts that killed 15.

The false reports started when a Twitter account for a magazine in Lisbon, Portugal, tweeted the videos, which Storyful identified as a “key” link in the chain of misinformation.

A number of international news organizations, including CNN, then cited the account, @OnlineMagazin, as a source.

“Unfortunately, dramatic videos like these tend to get shared by hundreds of people, simply because they don’t have the knowledge or expertise to verify,” said Storyful journalist Joe Galvin.
“However, it is worrying when professional journalists and news organizations are doing the same,” he said.

At least 26 people were killed on Tuesday and more than 130 injured, when blasts tore through the departures hall of Brussels’ international airport and, later, a metro station in the heart of the city.
Residents there have been told to shelter in place as the authorities evacuate the dead and injured and brace for further attacks.
